Chapter 1182 The Start of a Conspiracy

"Oh? How should we test this out?" asked Wu Yang quizzically as he looked at Chen Lan.

"Of course, you should test the Green Dragon Force's abilities. Didn't this young lady say that they have improved in leaps and bounds under this instructor's tutelage? I happen to have my new disciple with me. I have only taught him for only a month or so. Why don't you use him to test the Green Dragon Force's accomplishments and see how capable Instructor Chu is? What say you Commander?" said Chen Lan slowly with a smile as he looked at Wu Yang.

In reality, Chen Lan had deliberately brought his disciple so that he could spar with the Green Dragon Force.

Chen Lan only intended on embarrassing Ye Fan a little and improving Wu Yang's impression of him.

However, they happened to run into such a well-timed situation which would undoubtedly become the last straw for Wu Yang.

Chen Lan was keenly aware of how suspicious Wu Yang was feeling about Ye Fan's abilities.

Hence, Wu Yang had no reason to deny his proposal now.

"What about all of you? Any problem with that?" asked Wu Yang coldly as he looked at the Green Dragon Force members.

Since Tai Shan and the others were young and full of vigor, they never backed down from a single fight. Moreover, they had recently defeated Lu Cang-Qiong's supposed special troops and stole all the limelight. They accepted the challenge without hesitation.

"Tell us. How should the challenge go?" asked Li Zi-Yang as he looked at Chen Lan's disciple proudly.

"Don't bother. All of you can attack together," said the man expressionlessly in a cold voice.

Li Zi-Yang and the others were instantly shocked to hear his suggestion. "What? Dude, you are bold! Regardless of your abilities, I already like you for your confidence. Since we are sparring, it has to be a fair fight. If we win because of our numbers, it won't be considered a fair fight. Although I am the weakest in the group, I think I have what it takes to teach little dogs and cats like you a lesson."

Li Zi-Yang's expression instantly turned cold as he shouted, "Let the fight begin!"

He clenched his fist hard.

Li Zi-Yang swung his fist towards the man's chest viciously.

However, Chen Lan shook his head and scoffed at Li Zi-Yang as he said, "You are too slow."

Sure enough, Chen Lan's disciple instantly attacked the moment he finished his sentence.

His whip kick flew towards Li Zi-Yang like a poisonous snake with gleaming scales.

With a thud, Li Zi-Yang was kicked in the stomach. He screamed excruciatingly before shooting off like a broken kite. "Zi-Yang!"

Ma Ming-Bo and the others instantly ran over to support him.

"You are too weak. You're no better than a chicken and dog that's made from mud," Chen Lan's disciple spoke coldly.

Ma Ming-Bo instantly blew up. "Asshole! How dare you insult us! Go to hell!"

Ma Ming-Bo charged over furiously.

However, Ma Ming-Bo was incapable of even coming close to the disciple this time. The disciple sent Ma Ming-Bo flying several meters right away.

"I told you to attack together if you want any chances of winning. You are asking for insult by fighting me alone," said the man deeply in an indifferent voice that was filled with contempt. But the Green Dragon Force found it a sheer insult.

Tai Shan and Gao Da-Zhuang instantly exploded.

"You asshole! I'm going to kill you!"

The two of them shouted as they charged towards the man.

They sandwiched him as they struck him repeatedly.

However, Chen Lan's disciple remained calm despite their combined attacks. He stood with his hands behind him with utter calmness in his deep eyes.

The man nonchalantly turned to the side only when Tai Shan and Gao Da-Zhuang finally stood before him and attacked him.

He jumped into the air and served them perfect flying kicks to their heads.

Tai Shan and Gao Da-Zhuang were sent flying through the air.

Of the five members of the Green Dragon Force, four of them were defeated in seconds. Also, Chen Lan's disciple hadn't even finished executing one move when he fought them. "Beautiful!" Lin Qing-He instantly clapped and applauded the disciple's brilliant moves.

He kept praising the disciple and Chen Lan, "Famous masters have great disciples."

After finishing off four of the Green Dragon Force's members, Chen Lan's disciple stood with his hands behind him as he looked at the last person standing, Ye Yu-Yan.

Before she managed to reply, Li Zi-Yang and the others had already stood up to shout with their faces livid. "Come on! Again!"

"We aren't going to accept defeat!"

Just as they were about to charge forward and engage, Wu Yang finally blew his top after watching in silence all this time as he suppressed his disappointment.

"Enough! Aren't you embarrassed with how you turned out? None of you were capable of withstanding a single blow from him. What has all these days of training done for you? Do you think you can become China's elites with these moves? Dream on!"

Wu Yang was certainly furious.

Even though Wu Yang had been mentally prepared for this outcome when he saw Li Zi-Yang and the others sleeping while they soaked in tubs during training hours, Wu Yang didn't think that the Green Dragon Force would be this disgraceful.

There were so many of them but they couldn't even hold up against one move.

Wu Yang was so angry that he trembled. He felt like Ye Fan had made a fool of him, and he had entrusted the troops to the wrong man.

"Commander, we..." Ye Yu-Yan wanted to explain.

"Enough. Don't say a word. Stay put and wait for your orders! You are forbidden to leave during this time," shouted Wu Yang furiously before turning to leave.

Lin Qing-He and Chen Lan looked at each other and smiled like they were villains who had gotten their way.

They didn't linger and quickly followed behind Wu Yang.

However, Chen Lan told his so-called disciple to leave first.

"That's all, Junior. Go ahead and leave."

"Sure. Senior, all the best. I hope you'll become the chief instructor!" The man who defeated Li Zi-Yang and the others overwhelmingly smiled as he spoke to Chen Lan before he left.
