"Erica..." Logan's voice trembled as he softly called out her name. "What are you doing here?" Erica's voice was cold and distant.

Logan didn't answer right away. Instead, he walked up to her and knelt down. "I swear there's nothing going on between me and that girl. She's like a sister to me." "Then why were you in her hotel room? And her hair was still damp!" Erica shot back.

"I swear, it wasn't like that! I'll show you the text messages. She tricked me into going there, saying someone was trying to harm her and she needed my help!" "I ran into you right as I got to the door after your interview."

Logan held her gaze without flinching and pulled out his phone, scrolling to the messages.

The texts clearly showed their relationship was purely platonic, nothing more.

He took Erica's hand and, in front of her, deleted the girl's contact.

Erica pulled her hand away and headed to the bathroom, closing the door behind her. Logan quickly followed, blocking the door and slipping inside.

He stood in front of her, his eyes sincere. "Erica, just trust me this once. I admit, I used to be a player, but since I met you, there's been no one else." Seeing she was still unmoved, he quickly began deleting every female contact from his phone, decisively and without hesitation.

But there were too many contacts. Even after several minutes, he was nowhere near finished.

Finally, in a moment of sheer resolve, he tossed his phone into the toilet.

The water flushed away his phone and, symbolically, his past mistakes.

"I'll get a new phone, a new SIM card!" he declared, as if swearing his loyalty and determination to Erica.

Erica watched him, tears slowly streaming down her cheeks.

"I'm sorry for hurting you," Logan said softly, wiping her tears and pulling her into a tight embrace.

Then, Logan kissed Erica in front of the sink.

She resisted at first, refusing to open her mouth. But then, she closed her eyes and started to respond,

reciprocating his kiss. Con Slowly

Logan lifted Erica onto the sink, kissing her passionately.

Erica hesitated for a moment but then chose to unbutton his shirt herself.

...

Camila had been sitting on the couch for a long time, waiting for them to come out, growing more worried by the minute.

"I'll check on them." She stood up and walked toward the bathroom, Connor following close behind.

Suddenly, they heard intermittent sounds from the bathroom, soft but unmistakable. Camila froze, her face turning red. She awkwardly looked at Connor.

Connor chuckled softly, taking Camila's hand and whispering, "Let's give them some space." Camila nodded quickly, pulling Connor away.

In the elevator, Camila fanned her face and sighed softly, whispering, "Do you think they made up?"

Connor grinned and teased, "If one round doesn't do it, maybe two will."

"We should head home," he murmured into Camila's ear, "I've missed you."

Camila turned her head slightly, a faint smile on her lips. "Well, it's that time of the month."

Connor froze for a moment, then grinned yly, "You're kidding, right? I

remember it's supposed to be t

at the

end of the month!"

Camila paused, surprised that he actually remembered!

Caught in her lie!

So frustrating!
