CHAPTER 40: NIKE WOMAN

"Luca can we do something?" I ask.

"Like what?" He questions looking up from his laptop, I shrug.

"Anything other then sitting down for the whole day" he sighs and looks over at the couch where I'm sitting.

"We could go on a hike?" He shrugs, I stand up off the couch.

"Good idea! We will invite Storm, Tyler, Lexi and Xavier" he grimaces.

Oh right... Him and Xavier haven't been on exactly good terms after the incident but Xavier said that he would never hate him.

"He doesn't hate you, you know that right?" I walk up to him and hug him from behind.

"I think he does."

I sigh, Luca just doesn't understand "I spoke to him and he said he could never hate you, he might be upset and angry but you can sort that out today on the hike!" I smile at my brilliant idea.

He runs a hand through his hair thinking things through "fine" he grumbles and I squeal standing on my tippy toes and kissing him on the cheek.

"I will call them!" I grab Lucas phone tentatively and type in the password.

I go on contacts and click Storms name, she answers after 3 rings "what do you want Luca? Want to get my mate to force me into something again?!" "Uh... No. It's me Lily" I say.

"Oh... I'm sorry Lily, what's up girl?" I smile, I love her so much.

If you don't have a best friend then I feel sorry for you, they are like your sister or brother! Lucas like my guy best friend...

"I was wondering if you wanted to go on a hike with Luca and I, invite Tyler" I grin.

"Oh Luca..." She grumbles "I will go but only for you" I smirk cheekily.

"Great, see you at 10:30 am my house, bye Stormy!" I chirp.

"Don't call me that!" I cackle evilly and hang up.

I go onto Lexis contact and press her number, she answers on the 5 ring. I hear a sigh "Luca...-"

"It's not Luca it's me Lily."

"Oh... Hey lily!" I laugh.

"Hey I was wondering if you and Xavier wanted to come on a hike with Storm, Tyler, Luca and I" I bite my lip hoping she will say yes. "I don't know" she mumbles.

"Cmon it will be a good way for Luca and Xavier to re-bond, Xavier is my brother and I say he has to go" I say.

"Okay, we will go" I smile.

"Great! See you at my house at 10:30 am."

"Bye" I hang up and check the time, it's 8:45 am right now.

"It's settled" I place Lucas phone on the counter, he spins his chair around and wraps his arms around my waist. "Great" he grumbles.

"You'll be fine, maybe expect a punch in the face, that's all" I wave it off like it's not a big deal.

"That helps so much Lily" I grin.

"Do you want some breakfast?" I ask.

"Yes please" I nod and put four pieces of toast in the toaster.

I grab the chopping board, butter and a butter knife then turn around "what do you want on it?" I ask.

"Peanut butter please" I nod and rummage through the cupboard to get out the peanut butter, I place it on the chopping board and hear the sound of the toaster popping.

I quickly get the cooked bread pieces out and put only butter on mine but peanut butter on Lucas.

I leave them on the chopping board and place them in front of Luca, I bite into one of my two pieces and Luca grabs one clicking on his laptop with the other hand.

I finish up breakfast and clean up after while Luca stays seated on the stool and does work.

I walk upstairs into our room and open the closet, I grab out a white Nike singlet and red Nike bike pants.

I put on a sports bra then throw the singlet over my head, I was already wearing just underwear so I put the bike pants on.

I grab plain white socks and put them on and then I grab out my new Nike joggers, I feel like a Nike lady.

I place the joggers next to the bed and brush my hair, I put it up in a high pony tail and I spray deodorant on.

Luca walks in the room, smiles at me and walks to the closet.

He comes out with clothes and shoes in his hand, he puts a shirt on over his shirtless chest. I see that it is a Nike black singlet, he then takes off his pants and puts on skins then shorts on over it. He puts on his socks then walks into the bathroom and does his hair, he sprays deodorant then walks back out.

"Can we get a Tv installed?" I ask laying on the bed looking at the plain white wall.

"Sure" Luca shrugs.

"What time is it?" I ask, he grabs his phone and checks the time.

"9:45" I groan.

"We have so long left" he mimics me and I glare, he smirks.

I stand up "do you ever shift Luca?" I ask.

"All the time" he says.

"I don't like shifting."

"Why not?" He asks.

"It hurts" he smiles.

"Not if you do it a lot" I sigh "we can practise some time if you want?" I smile and nod.

Luca goes on his phone and I stare at him, he looks so beautiful! "I love you" I randomly blurt out.

He looks up and winks at me "I know you do" I pout, he stands and walks to where I'm sitting on a simple leather single chair in the room. He lifts me up, sits down then places me back on his lap. He kisses my neck and trails his lips up it until he reached my face, he kisses my cheek and I close my eyes.

"I love you too."

I hear the door opening then sets of footsteps walking in and up the stairs, the door opens and they all walk in together.

"Let's go love birds!" I stand up off his lap and he stands after me, I put my shoes on and walk out with Luca trailing behind me.

I get the two water bottles off the bench and we walk outside and get in the car.

"It's so far!" Storm complains, I pant and nod in agreement; too tired to say a word.

I drop the ground purposely and lay on it "rest!"

"We are never going to reach the top with you girls" Tyler says.

"Get off the ground Lily" Luca says.

I hear someone else dropping to the ground and I look to see Storm and Lexi on the ground.

"How can you do this?!" Lexi complains.

"You really need to get fit, all of you" Xavier grumbles, I feel hands on my waist lifting me up off the ground.

"Can I go on your shoulders Lukey?" I ask, he sighs and crouches down.

"Hop on" I grin and walk up to him placing one leg over his shoulder then the other. He stands and u grip his hair "ouch!" I quickly retract my hand to his shirt.

I look at the girls to see they are on their mates shoulders, I smirk and fist pump the air they do it back and I laugh.

I look out at the land beneath this very high mountain and smile, it really is beautiful.

Pine trees are nearly everywhere with splotches of blue from the lakes, I run my hands through Lucas hair as he grips my legs.

He releases one and I grip onto him, he moved his shirt around fanning himself "gosh it's hot."

"I agree" Storm says smirking at him seeing him do all the work.

"Tyler's doing everything for you! I'm doing everything for Lily and Xavier is doing it all for Lexi!"

"Take off your shirt then" he looks up at me glaring.

"I can't!" I sigh.

"Put me down" he lifts me over his shoulders and onto the ground, he takes a few gulps of water.

"Take off your shirt now" I say.

"Perve" he mutters, I glare and he throws his shirt over his head.

I put it in Storms back pack and the guys take off their shirts as well while we wait to get back on them.

I feel really lazy, actually I'm gonna walk!

Storm jumps on Tyler's back and Lexi hops on Xavier's, Luca turns around for me to hop on "I will walk" I say and he looks at me in surprise.

"okay."

We start walking again up the mountain, when we reach the top I drop the ground in relief.

Luca squirts water on me and I sigh in delight, I drink some as well and they get out the snacks.

Luca grabs my hips and places me on his lap, I lean back onto his chest glad that he's blocking the sun.

We eat snacks and I smile "this is the life!"
