Alpha's One Night Bride
Alpha’s One Night Bride – Chapter 80

For a long time, Nikini thought the worst of Emlin. Her heart had been shattered by someone she loved dearly. She was even willing to give up her pending marriage to be with her; despite society being against same-s*x relationships.

Her marriage to Boris was arranged by both their families. Her parents were all about power and money; they were greedy wolves and love was never a factor to them. As a young teenager, Nikini was told that she was to marry a rich Alpha and reside in a manor her entire life. That wasn’t something she cared about at first, but as time went on, her mother began digging her way through her brain and it ended up being the only thing she ever knew.

They introduced her to Boris when she was 16 years old, and she had to admit that she was attracted to him when it came to his looks. But his personality was dull; he was a typical rich kid that never had to work for a dime in his life. Nikini couldn’t really hate him for that though because she also never had to work for a dime in her life.

However, Boris always acted tough and treated her as if she was incapable of the smallest tasks. That always bothered her because she felt she was so much more than that. But he never saw that. The only thing that really got her through, was her passion for art. She collected the finest paintings and drawings and read many art books. She even did some drawings herself, though she never showed anyone her work.

When Boris brought Emlin home, she was skeptical of this new pretty female. She could tell Boris was attracted to her and that made her sad because they were to marry in the upcoming week. Boris found her wandering around the streets of Silverside, taking random photos. He had never seen her in town before and found her fascinating.

Even Nikini had to admit that she was a charming and small thing.

Boris expressed to Emlin that they needed a photographer for the wedding and offered her the job. It wasn’t a lie. The photographer they hired initially quit only a few days prior and it was one of the things that Nikini has been worried about: finding a new photographer in time for the wedding. It was almost as though fate put Emlin in their path.

Emlin agreed to be their photographer and was brought to the manor to reside with them until after the wedding. Nikini tried to keep her distance from this young woman because she didn’t want to frighten her into quitting. She was self-aware of how intimidating she can come off; especially with women that Boris finds attractive.

But there was something about this woman that Nikini couldn’t get out of her head. She was striking and looked so full of life. She was eager to be there despite the fact that her future husband, the Alpha of her pack, Ironclaw, was tentative about her residing in Silverside for so long without him. She didn’t talk much about her husband, but it didn’t seem as if she was eager to return home.

There had to be more to this woman than they knew and Nikini wanted to find out for certain who she was. She waited until Emlin wasn’t in the room they set up for her and she went snooping through some of the little belongings she brought. Nikini remembered, when Emlin arrived a few days prior, that she was carrying a bag that was kept close to her chest.

There was something in that bag that she was protecting and Nikini wanted to find out what it was. Once she entered the guest bedroom, she was glad to see that the bag was left on the neatly made bed.

Digging through the bad she came across a notebook; taking a closer look, she realized it was a sketchbook. She flipped through some of the pages and saw some of the most beautiful sketches she had ever seen in her entire life. She was in awe of the pencil markings and the details put into each drawing.

As she continued flipping through the pages, she came across a sketch of a woman that had more details than any other drawing in the book. She even had her beauty marks along her neck and the dimples around her jawline when she smiled.

It was a sketch of Nikini.

She nearly dropped the notebook due to being so in shock and so in awe of what she was seeing. It was the last sketch in the book before the pages turned blank, indicating that it must have been a newer sketch.

She jumped at the sound of the door opening and Emlin stood there with her wide green eyes. She looked from Nikini to the sketchbook, realizing what Nikini was looking at, and then her face went completely red.

“I…uh…” she stammered nervously, trying to come up with words.

“You drew these?” Nikini asked, eyeing her carefully.

After a brief hesitation, Emlin finally nodded; she looked almost defeated as though she was caught red-handed. However, Nikini wasn’t mad at her. She was in awe of her.

“These are beautiful,” she breathed trying to keep her tone soft.

Emlin looked surprised at her words and her jaw dropped open.

“Thank you…” she said nervously; Nikini noticed she was biting the bottom of her l*p.

Perhaps that was a nervous tick. She wondered where she got that habit from.

“I enjoy art myself,” Nikini told her. “I collect famous art pieces and do some sketches myself. I’m definitely not as good though.”

Emlin’s eyes lit up.

“I would love to see them,” Emlin breathed.

Now it was Nikini’s turn to be embarrassed.

“I’ve never shown anyone my drawings before,” she chuckled nervously.

Emlin frowned; Nikini found it oddly adorable.

“Why not?” Emlin asked.

“I don’t find them to be good,” she admitted. “It’s just something I picked up during my childhood. A hobby.”

“Well, you’ll never know if they are good unless you show them to someone,” Emlin told her. “But I won’t force you.”

This made Nikini want to show Emlin her drawings. After a hesitation, Nikini finally agreed and went to search for her sketchbook. She had it hidden in one of her drawers inside her bedroom. Once she returned, Emlin was sitting on her bed, patiently waiting for her.

Nikini sat beside her and handed her the sketchbook.

Emlin began flipping through the pages as Nikini sat there tugging at her fingers, nervously. This was the first time anyone has ever seen her drawings; not even Boris had seen these. She worried they might be a little too dark. She often drew what she felt, and her thoughts and feelings were often dark due to her constant unhappiness. She drew a lot about her childhood and drew some about her current life with Boris. She often drew herself and her many stages of emotions.

“Wow… these are…” she paused.

“Bad?” Nikini asked, nervously.

“Incredible,” Emlin whispered.

She continued flipping through the pages until she reached the last sketch. It was of Boris. It was drawn how Nikini saw him; a rich and stuck-up man that wouldn’t know happiness if it hit him in the face.

“You don’t want to marry him?” She asked in a whisper.

Nikini wasn’t sure how to answer that; she wasn’t sure how much she should tell Emlin. However, there was a part of her that trusted her and wanted to be open.

“Do you want to marry Rock?” Nikini asked her in return.

Emlin stayed silent, confirming Nikini’s theory of her not being eager to return home. She wondered what life with Rock was like in Ironclaw. Was he as bad as Boris? Was he worse? She wanted to ask Emlin more questions, but she also didn’t want to pry.

“Why did you sketch me?” Nikini found herself asking, changing the subject.

The redness returned to Emlin’s cheeks as she grew more embarrassed. She gave Nikini a nervous chuckle before answering.

“I’ve always found you to be so beautiful in the magazines and television,” Emlin admitted. “Then, when I saw you in person for the first time the other day, I didn’t realize how deep and natural your beauty went. I knew I had to draw you…”

This made Nikini’s heart skip a beat; no one has ever said such beautiful things to her before. She wasn’t sure how to react to it.

“I want to hear more about your drawings,” Emlin said, eyeing her face.

Nikini smiled. For the first time in a long time; it was a genuine smile, and it came so easy to her.

They spent the remainder of the night talking and laughing about their drawings and other things. She talked about their past and their wants for their future; they even spoke about their marriages and neither of them wanted to marry their husbands to be but needed to for their families and packs. They talked about how many children they wanted.

The conversation seemed to flow easily and naturally; they lost track of time and realized they were up all night talking with one another. However, their conversations didn’t end there. They continued to talk each night while Emlin stayed at the manor. Nikini would sneak into her room and talk to her nightly, sometimes throughout the day. There never seemed to be a liont of how much they can talk and what to talk about.

Growing up, Nikini wasn’t allowed many friends. They had up to her family’s standards. The friends she was allowed to have been always stuck-up, like Boris. She found she couldn’t relate to them as much as she could with Emlin.

For the first few days of her and Emlin talking, Nikini thought she was the friend that she needed. But realized soon enough that it was much more than that.

As Emlin’s soft lips brushed against hers, she pulled back in shock at the k**s. Emlin looked almost mortified.

“I’m so sorry…” she breathed, on the verge of tears. “I shouldn’t have done that…”

Nikini was at a loss for words, but she wasn’t upset.

“Don’t be…” she finally said as she leaned closer to Emlin and pressed her lips firmly against hers.

She deepened the k**s and allowed her tongue entrance into Emlin’s mouth. Their soft lips overlap and become a unit. Nikini bit the bottom of Emlin’s l*p, pulling it gently into her mouth and sucking on it. Her heart was pounding against her chest quickly; this was completely new territory for her, and she wasn’t sure how to proceed.

But at that moment, she knew what she wanted. She knew what her body has been craving; what it’s been lacking. She never felt this way towards another wolf before; she thought it was just mere friendship, but realized it was so much more than that.

It was love.

Nikini pulled Emlin’s shirt off, revealing her beautiful chest. She brought one of her breasts into her mouth and slowly sucked on her nipple. She tugged it gently with her teeth, hardening it, before going to her nipple and doing the same thing.

Emlin threw her head back and breathed in sharply as the sensation of Nikini’s mouth against her coursed through her body, giving her nothing but pleasure and satisfaction. She m****d softly as Nikini trailed small k****s around her chest and continued sucking and tugging at her nipples.

Emlin worked to remove Nikini’s shirt and proceeded to bring her breasts into her mouth. The softness of Emlin’s tongue circling her nipple was almost numbing. Nikini combed her fingers through Emlin’s thick blonde curls and held her against her chest for a little while as Emlin continued tugging at her nipples.

Nikini couldn’t help but m**n as pleasure ran through her body.

Emlin played with Nikini’s waistline, tugging at her pants until they were around her ankles; Nikini kicked them off the bed and removed her underpants. Emlin gently shoved Nikini until she was completely lying down and exposed. She trailed k****s down Nikini’s torso until she reached her most sensitive areas.

As nervous as Nikini was, she wanted this more than anything.

She felt the softness of Emlin’s tongue, circling gently around her clit. It was a toe-curling sensation. Nikini m****d softly as Emlin deepened her tongue into her.

“Don’t stop…” Nikini whispered; she wasn’t sure if Emlin could hear her through her gasps, but it didn’t matter.

She felt her climax and she whispered Emlin’s name as she finished.

Emlin trailed her k****s back up her torso until she reached Nikini’s mouth. Their tongues wrapped around each other’s and Nikini could taste the saltiness of herself on Emlin. Emlin removed her own pants and underpants and Nikini moved her fingers down to Emlin’s sensitive areas.

She rubbed Emlin’s clit with the knuckle of her thumb as they continued to k**s one another. Emlin breathed heavily as the sensation built up. Nikini felt her wetness oozing over her fingers and wanted to taste it. She nudged Emlin to lie down, and Emlin complied eagerly.

Trailing k****s down Emlin’s body, she reached her waistline and spread her legs. She slowly trailed her tongue through the slit of her v****a; pulling it open with her fingers, she revealed the pinkness of her v****a and the juices that flowed within it.

She tasted the saltness and sweetness of Emlin as she circled her tongue around her clit. Emlin exhaled sharply and let out a soft m**n as Nikini continued working her tongue. This was completely new territory for Nikini, she never thought in her life that she would ever make love to a woman. She wasn’t even sure she was doing it correctly, but the way Emlin was reacting to her touch, made her feel as though she was doing everything correctly.

It pleased Nikini knowing she could provide such pleasure to Emlin. It turned her on, even more, the more Emlin reacted and m****d.

It didn’t take long for Emlin to reach her climax, exploding the rest of her juices around Nikini’s tongue.

Both women breathed heavily as Nikini collapsed on top of Emlin. They chuckled softly as their lips found one another once again.

For the remainder of the night, they held each other.

“I don’t love him…” Nikini admitted as morning began to near.

They were still undressed and holding one another; they dozed off for a little while as their adrenaline began to come down. However, neither of them was able to sleep fully. Nikini could hear how heavy Emlin’s heart was beating, and it soothed her knowing that it was beating for her and her alone.

“Then don’t marry him,” Emlin whispered. “Let’s run away together.”

Nikini chuckled, unsure if Emlin was joking or not.

“I’m serious,” Emlin told her, looking up at her and into her eyes. “I love you, Nikini. Runaway with me. I don’t want to marry Rock. I want to be with you…”

Nikini felt excited; for the first time in her life, she was actually excited. However, she knew it wouldn’t be possible so that excitement didn’t last long; it turned into sadness.

“We can’t,” she responded, keeping her tone low. “Our families would never allow that and society would never allow us to live in peace.”

“I don’t care,” Emlin said, her voice growing louder as she sat up. “I don’t care what anyone thinks. I’m in love with you and I think you love me too…”

She did.

“It doesn’t matter how I feel about you…” Nikini tried to say, but her voice trailed off.

“Yes, it does,” Emlin argued. “I can’t be your photographer for your wedding, Nikini. Not with how I’m feeling. I’m leaving tomorrow. I don’t know where it is I’m going, but it’s not going to be home to Ironclaw. I can’t marry Rock.”

“Emlin…” Nikini whispered, staring at her in shock.

“Come with me…”

Nikini told her she would need to think about it. It was a tempting offer, but fear was stopping Nikini. The thought of losing Emlin forever was troubling for her; she couldn’t bear watching her walk away. She knew she didn’t want to marry Boris and that she wanted to be with Emlin, but she didn’t want to be a disappointment to her family. Plus, a lesbian relationship was looked at as wrong in society and she didn’t want to be looked at funny.

However, when she was with Emlin, she realized none of that mattered. Emlin was right, she was in love, and she couldn’t handle not being with her. Emlin gave her space for the day to think about it; she spent the day avoiding Boris. Not that it made a difference, Boris typically spent his time at his office in the station and when he was home, he would spend his time in his study. He hasn’t even noticed that Nikini hasn’t been sleeping in their room in the past week.

Boris’ lack of interest was troublesome for Nikini; she felt unseen and unheard. She felt as though her presence didn’t matter. She didn’t want to go into a loveless marriage and have children with someone who wasn’t going to be there. Boris was a wonderful detective and Alpha to the pack, but he was a horrible husband to be.

It took her a day, but she made up her mind. She wanted to run away with Emlin and start over. She wanted to have children with Emlin somehow and be married to her despite what society thinks. She no longer cared about disappointing her family; her family spent their lives disappointing her, so it only served them right. She didn’t want to live under her mother’s orders any longer and she didn’t want to get trapped in a marriage she wasn’t invested in.

She would be doing both herself and Boris a favor in the long run.

Once Nikini made up her mind, she was excited to tell Emlin. That night, she ran to the guest room to talk to Emlin and tell her that she will run away with her. As she pushed open the doors to the guest room, she saw Boris on top of a naked Emlin.

He was inside of her and kissing her lips.

At that moment, Nikini’s world was shattering around her. She felt as though the walls were caving in. Her body felt numb, and she had to lean against the door to keep from falling over. The sound of her hitting the door startled them. Boris jumped off Emlin and Emlin stared at Nikini, mortified.

Emlin opened her mouth to say something but only air came out. It wouldn’t have mattered though; Nikini wouldn’t have heard her. Everything was distorted.

“Get the f**k out of my house…” Nikini heard herself whispering. Emlin grabbed her shirt off the end of her bed to cover herself up.

“Nikini…” Emlin whispered.

“Get the f**k out of my house…” Nikini repeated, louder.

Her voice was hard, and it no longer felt as though it belonged to her. She held back tears that so desperately wanted to escape from her eyes. She wouldn’t show them her weakness; she wasn’t going to give them that satisfaction.

Boris casually got dressed; his face was expressionless.

“GET OUT!!!!” Nikini finally screamed as Emlin scrambled and struggled to get dressed.

Nikini noticed Emlin’s body was shaking; she was frightened. She should be frightened; Nikini was furious and hurt. She had never felt more betrayed in her life.

She watched as Emlin finished getting dressed and packed up her bag. Her fingers shook as she struggled to zip the bag closed. She walked over to Nikini who was staring at the door; her eyes were misty with tears and her l*p was quivering as though she was about to burst into tears.

“Please…” she whispered. “Listen to me…”

“I don’t ever want you around here again,” Nikini hissed between gritted teeth.

Tears fell from Emlin’s eyes as she continued staring at Nikini.

“I never want to see you again,” Nikini said, her tone was low and threatening.

Emlin said nothing; she let out a sob as she passed Nikini and left.
