Alpha’s Slave Luna -
Chapter 73
Conrad's
POV:
"How can there still be so many enemies, and there are still their people hiding inside the forest!"
"No, why is this happening!"
"When in the end will Marsh be able to return, it would be nice to have him ......"
When the warriors of Dusk Pack inside the forest came out, panic had already started to appear inside Blue-moon Pack.
I looked at the wounds on their bodies and the warriors who were panting violently, while looking at the energetic Dusk Pack warriors on the opposite side.
"Retreat behind the fence and lean on the cover of the forest wolves, everyone needs to hang in there!"
I growled at everyone, but Bruce's mocking voice rang in my ears.
"Alpha Conrad, how long do you think you can hold out, even if you have those puppies inside the forest, but you are facing the most powerful wolves in the forest!"
After saying that, his gaze went to those Dusk Pack warriors who had just gone through the battle.
"All of you rest in place, until you are almost healed, maybe there is still a chance for you to fight, no, maybe it is not even necessary for you to fight."
After he finished, not only Bruce, he and the rest of the Dusk Pack warriors sitting in place laughed at the same time.
Their laughter shot up into the sky as if it were a rising air current, and I saw the faces of everyone on the Blue-moon Pack side turn a little ugly.
When their laughter stopped, Bruce gave us another provocative look, then he waved his hand, and the group of energetic Dusk Pack warriors were already charging towards us! "Meet the fight!"
I roared with a fierce face, and immediately afterwards, I once again guarded the front of the gate, guarding the center of everyone, resisting the pressure from the front.
A new round of killing started again, the blood red on the ground became deeper and deeper, the dark red blood almost penetrated that some snow, the smell of blood enveloped by the tip of the nose, almost overshadowed all other smells. Suddenly I felt five or six Twilight Wolf Army warriors rushing in front of me at the same time, and there was a stronger captain mixed in between these five or six warriors.
At the same time I had an uncomfortable feeling in my body, as if I was being watched, but I couldn't feel where the gaze was coming from.
"My Blue-moon Pack's territory will never be touched by you."
Ignoring that strange feeling, the upcoming battle cleared my mind of my thoughts, and as I watched the warriors arrive in front of me, my sharp claws slapped on the snow at that moment.
The tremendous force made these snowflakes fly in the air, the flying white covered the eyes of those warriors, and I also at this moment, focused my power to the waist, and came to the forefront of a warrior in less than a second.
The blockage of vision seemed to make him unable to see my figure, but my sharp claws had already slapped on top of his chest at this moment.
The power of the wolf beads flowed inside my body, and at this moment I did not release my grip, but ran with my remaining three sharp claws at the same time, another sharp claw driving the body of that Dusk Pack warrior into the body of another warrior! Violent collisions rang out in the snow, and under the strength of the wolf beads and me, despite the weight of the two warriors, it was still like two ordinary pieces of flesh as I continued to slam into the third warrior with their bodies.
The sound of screams accompanied by the collision sounded in front of the gate, and the scene before us was like dominoes, a large group of Dusk Pack warriors fell to the ground spitting blood under such a collision.
These warriors were almost all hit with internal injuries, even trying to stand up has been very difficult, although not dead, but I did not look at them again.
Losing the ability to fight on the battlefield is the same as being useless, and I could not afford to waste my strength to kill these useless things.
The scene in front of me seemed to give the Dusk Pack warriors some scruples, and I watched as they seemed to slow down their attacks on me, but that didn't stop me from killing.
The thrill of killing almost made me addicted, within thirty feet of the Grey Wolf Pack gate, my form weaved in and out of the Dusk Pack warriors, every time I passed an area, two or three Dusk Pack warriors would always fall, until the neighborhood was was already covered in bodies and the Dusk Pack warriors' attacks became slow.
Suddenly that feeling of being watched reappeared, my brow furrowed and I used the Wolf Pearl's boost to my senses to the limit until I found a mental tingle as I swept through a patch of trees.
"Here it is!"
In that instant I identified the location of my target, and then my gaze was turned in that direction.
The sight in front of me made my pupils shrink, a violent sense of danger pulsed in my heart, and even the power of the wolf beads could not disperse this feeling completely!
At the top of a tree shrouded in foliage in the back, a man was sitting coiled on a wide branch.
This man has very long brown hair, the length of hair can almost reach the waist, his body draped with a bearskin coat, snowflakes fell on his bare neck, just in a moment the snowflakes have melted into water, and then slowly turned into water vapor from his body rising towards the sky.
And this man is quietly watching me, his gaze inside no expression, there seems to be no killing intent, no hostility nor friendliness, he is just watching, just like a statue.
It seems to be for this reason that my senses did not detect him in the first place!
The feeling of danger was emanating from this man's body, and while I was looking at him, the man seemed to have found me, and a look of surprise appeared on his face, followed by a smile at the corners of his mouth.
Who is this man, I pondered the memories in my mind but could not recall, but the dangerous aura of this man and his location must be someone from Dusk Pack!
In the two short seconds I had to think, Bruce's voice interrupted my thoughts.
"Damn, Alpha Conrad, you actually killed so many of my Dusk Pack warriors, I absolutely can't let you continue to be unbridled!"
Bruce looked at me angrily, and the next moment he transformed into a strong-bodied wolf, seemingly wanting to duel with me.
But before he could act, the man in the tree spoke up.
"Bruce, Alpha Conrad is stronger than you, you are likely to lose your life once you fall into the enemy's surroundings, you fool!"
The man cursed in an icy voice, but with that one sentence, he made the anger-filled Bruce wince and stop in his tracks.
"I'm sorry, I was impulsive, Your Excellency."
Bruce's voice seemed to have some trembling, and after he finished speaking he once again turned into a human and stood at the back to command the Dusk Pack's warriors to attack towards me.
The surprise in my heart was even stronger when I saw this.
Bruce but Dusk Pack once gamma, now there is a man can actually command him so easily, the other party's strength must be much stronger than Bruce!
This man is likely to be Dusk Pack's current Beta, or even Alpha!
But why haven't I seen him before, could it be that one of Dusk Pack's top brass has been replaced by this man?
Doubt appeared in my mind, but I knew that now was not the time to think about this, because a group of Dusk Pack fighters had rushed towards me again, while I saw a smile appear on Bruce's face once again.
"Conrad, you're afraid you don't know, we've already found out the direction of your safe house long ago, and there's already a small group of warriors ambushed there!"
I froze for a moment when I heard his voice, but I didn't feel worried because among the team that went to escort the clan this time was Otis!
Her strength is probably no less than mine now, and I'm sure she'll be able to keep the clan safe!
Bruce seemed to be surprised by my lack of response, followed by angry curses.
"Conrad, you heartless coward, actually even your people do not care!"
He seemed bored after cursing for a while, then he stopped cursing and with a fierce look on his face, he commanded the Dusk Pack warriors to attack towards us!
The snow in the sky was getting heavier and heavier, and by now it was like the feathers of a goose, and the snow on the ground was getting thicker and colder, and the freezing temperatures had caused some of the water droplets on the roof to freeze. But despite the temperature reaching this level, I am still emitting a mist of water all over my body.
This is the heat in my body evaporated sweat in the cold air to form a water mist!
The long fight seemed to know no end, and I gradually felt some fatigue, just after I tore a Dusk Pack warrior apart with my claws, my body suddenly stiffened.
I saw the Blue-moon Pack's trainer, the strong-framed head chef, being pounced on by three Dusk Pack fighters at my side.
Anger burned in my heart and I wanted to go help, but I looked behind me at the gate and eventually stopped in my tracks.
Behind me was our Blue-moon Pack. If I left from here, the other side would be able to attack through the gate to the inside of our Blue-moon Pack.
This would disrupt our defensive formation, and then more Blue-moon Pack fighters would be killed or injured!
"You damned things, I will kill you all!"
The Blue-moon Pack's trainer kept hissing as he sank his teeth into the shoulder of a Dusk Pack fighter, but another Dusk Pack fighter was tearing into his side abdomen.
The trainer was gasping for air, blood was pouring out constantly, and if no one helped him he might have died here, but the other Blue-moon Pack fighters were already wrapped up in the Dusk Pack fighters!
I felt some pains in my heart, and these pains stimulated my desire to kill and made my tussle more frantic.
This is the war between wolves, sacrifice is inevitable, and when the clan sacrifices, grief has no effect, but it can turn that grief into the power of anger!
I watched the trainer's breathing getting weaker and weaker, but just at this time, a silver-white light seemed to flash above the trainer's head.
