POV.

'That was the point he was trying to make! I caused it all' she soliloquized in her room with her eyes turning Red as tears began to flow down her eyes.

She was trying to figure out a way to make Jack calm, to make him see reasons with her when suddenly, a statement he made had just pulled her off balance.

"Listen Albert!! She caused this to herself so please!! Leave me out of this!" Jack begged with a cold glare at Albert.

He had taken three steps forward when he suddenly stopped to make one last statement.

"Besides, if she wants to take her life... I won't care!!" Jack asserted like a cold hearted and Ruthless billionaire who never loved Abby.

Abby heard it all, Abby became bitter that she wished she never had a child.

She sobbed continuously as she sat still on her bed in her room.

She wished she could stop all these, she wished she could go back in time and reject Jack continuously.

"Jack never loved me too, right? He was using me to get what he wants right? I wasn't the only one using him for the sex feeling right?" She questioned countless times the moment she saw Albert the doctor walking into her room. His hands were both folded like they had lost a soul, his head shook endlessly in pity for Abby.

He wished to stop Jack and make him see that Abby still had a chance of giving birth to a normal baby but Jack was just too hard to communicate to.

"I am sorry it has to be like this Abby" Albert apologised as he walked closer to where she was sitting.

He placed his hand on her hair and caressed it gently so she could feel loved.

Abby, still in tears, leaned her head on Albert's body since he was standing close to her.

His aim was to soothe her and that was working fine until a quick question popped into Abby's head.

"What will really happen to my child Albert?" She pulled out from his grip before she questioned.

She placed her hand on her eyes and rubbed off the tears that were running down from them as she awaited the doctor's response.

'I can't tell her what I told Jack! I can't make her feel bad because of her child. Telling her the truth would definitely ignite the anger and pain she has on the inside.....' Doctor Albert said Inwardly as he kept on staring at Abby who was ready to commit suicide because of what was happening around her.

"I will lose my baby right? That's how it would be right!" She chuckled bitterly with her eyes still moist from the tears she had been shedding since Jack left the hospital.

"Listen closely Abby... you.. you..." Albert stuttered as he tried saying the truth to her.

"I will what? Not have a normal baby?" She said out with a sad look on her face.

"Your baby would be a hundred percent normal Abby. It just takes faith and good medication. Trust me, you and your child will always be healthy!!" Albert lied without thinking twice anymore.

It was better to see her smile right now than to see her shed tears till dusk.

"If my baby would be fine and healthy just like you said Doctor... why then did Jack turn me off his life totally like I am a stranger?" She inquired out of curiosity.

"He loves you Abby and wouldn't be happy to see you get injured so I feel that's......" Albert was going to tell more lies when Abby suddenly had enough of it.

"I understand Albert. Thanks for staying by my side... I would love to be alone now Doctor" she insisted and had to lie on her bed with her bed sheet covering her up from the top of her head to her toe.

"I will check up on you later Abby. Please, be safe okay?" Albert pleaded before he dashed out of her room.

It was obvious that she had caught him lying to her. He heaved a soft sigh as he stood still in front of Abby's door for a while before he left the scene.

"I shouldn't have accepted his proposal! I shouldn't have fallen in love with him. Why was I so stupid?" Abby still regretted her actions to love Jack as she laid under her bed sheet.

She became restless for the day, she couldn't sleep or think straight knowing that Jack was gone.

It was really a long day for her and that wasn't advisable knowing her condition.

She wished to rest, to sleep but thoughts popping into her head weren't willing to let her be.

Abby never had peace of mind since Jack abandoned her in the hospital.

He never cared to come check her health status, he never visited to know how strong she was and how the baby was doing.

Jack turned to a ghost all of a sudden just because of the baby's health and no matter how bitter Abby was, she was still determined to take care of her own child.

"You are my own and not his... I will carry you till the very end and no one will stop me, not even Jack." Abby asserted as she rubbed her tummy continuously with a painful smile on her face.

"I promise not to abandon you even if you are born as a premature child" She added like she was talking to a living being standing in front of her.

*********

Four days Later!!!!!

It was time to go home, it was time to get discharged and go take a rest at home before her baby would be born.

It was already three months of pregnancy and in the next eight months, Abby was going to deliver her child.

Abby was found in her hospital room arranging her belongings carefully knowing that she was leaving that day and soon.

"Abby?" She turned to her door side when she heard someone knock on it three times calling her name.

"Oh hey!! Good morning Doctor Albert!" She smiled as she ran over to where Albert was and opened the door.

"I see you are just so excited to go home Abby" Albert said out at the glance of her face and how her smile had brightened up after so much pressure. "I am Doctor...." Abby responded with a giggle like a child.

"Jack will be here soon, right? Cause I can't see him anywhere" Albert stretched his neck as he looked out the door to see if he would see Jack anywhere.

"I don't need him!" Abby suddenly turned to a cold hearted lady as she responded to Albert.

Albert who was astonished hearing Abby say such turned swiftly to Know how serious she was.

"I know you don't mean it Abby!! Deep down, I know you still love Jack!" Albert added like he could see through Abby's heart.

"Do I?" Abby chuckled as she still continued to pack her stuff into her luggage.

"I see you don't Abby.... I shouldn't have come!" Jack voiced out as he stood in front of Abby's door.

"Jack!!?" Albert and Abby chorused the moment they saw Jack in front of Abby's room.
