Anything For You
Chapter 118

The air inside the room was getting suffocating with each passing by moment. Both the ladies were lying over the floor, one like a dead leaf and the other into a state of unconsciousness, while the only man was sitting like he had been struck by a thousand volts of lightening. May be because he knew what had happened. May be because he was the one to blame for all this. May be because, he involved the witch into this and Estella got harmed. Moving his body he almost dragged himself and then approached the girl lying inside the boundary, looking pale, shattered, lifeless. Yes, lifeless was exactly what you say when you see her. Estella had regained her human form after Evanora dropped down unconscious. Her snake form was also giving off the vibes of heart-piercing scene. Taking her head gently in his lap, Valor stroked his fingers over her cheeks, and caressed her hairs.

The beautiful apple like red cheeks of hers had lost their natural tint, and turned dried. The hairs which looked like cascading waterfall, were now frizzy and dishelved. Her lips which had always been inviting to him, were no longer peachy and were replaced by a purple tinge, giving off the signs that she was no longer alive. But how was that even possible? Wasn't she the most powerful Snake Queen! How could she die so easily?! These thoughts made Valor even more restless and hopeless when the fighting flashback suddenly played in the backside of his mind. Tear drops rolled down his dried skin landing over her chin and jawline smoothly, just like the drops of rain wets the ground.

He patted her cheeks, tried to move her limbs, but in vain. She didn't even flinch. No movement at all. Horrific!

This was the word that crossed his mind like millions of times in this short span of time, even if he was not in a state to think properly. All of a sudden, he wanted to suffocate Evanora to death. She snatched his best friend again, even before he reconciled with her properly. Why was his fate this disasterous? Exactly how many number of times, did he have to go through this pain? He yelled with tear studded, red, raging eyes, looking upwards on top of his lungs, "WHYYYYYYYYY?? WHYYY ME...!!!"

if questioning the heavens. He got glued to the same spot, and slowly Estella's body started to change color, turning all pale. The skin of her hands started to wrinkle and then shedding off. All this happened when she was lying in Valor's lap, and in a swoosh, there was left nothing but a pile of bones in his hands. Her skin, and every last bit of energy left was mingled with its surroundings, and only bones were left. It wasn't possible to Recognize whom they belonged to. Valor's heart dropped. He felt like he had been thrown into the darkest pit with no flicker of light and hope to take him out of it. First his liitle rat, now Estella. How many more...!!!

Collecting all the left over bones of hers in the same urn that was now lying down over the marble floor, he covered it with the lid and secured in his arms. At this time, he didn't want to have anything with that witch, who killed his friend. She, whom he supposed to be a reason for her survival, turned to be her destroyer. Just when he was about to leave the room, a faint voice echoed in the room making him stop in his tracks.

"Ahh..."

Evanora staggered and got up slowly rubbing her head. She wasn't unconscious anymore. Her round sharp eyes darted everywhere in the room, only to spot Valor. While Estella was nowhere. But then another thing which caught up her attention was the urn, which was held tightly by Valor as if his life depended on it. Just when Valor set his foot to leave the room, she immediately casted magical boundary stopping him there, and slowly hauled up. Balancing herself, she approached him slowly who had his back facing her, "Where are you going? That urn belongs to me. Give it back to me. Now!"

Her commanding voice sent a shrill down his spine for a moment, but then he braced himself, and held it even more tightly. Turning around to face the reckless witch he denied shaking his head,

"This may be yours. But Estella's last remains are not yours. You... you have already taken everything from her. You killed her. You killed her, Evanora. You F*****g killed her, You witch." He blamed her directly pointing all his blame arrows towards her. She didn't believe her own ears and Murmured,

"How could she die? The snake-charmer never told me that she could die. That traitor!!"

Taking a step closer to valor, who retreated back in reflex and his back almost touched the invisible wall behind him casted by EVANORA a while ago,

"I just wanted her powers. I didn't wish to kill her. Besides, I was going to release her after..."

"Yes! You release her indeed. You F*****g released her from her life. She is dead." Valor yelled on top of his lungs, his lips quivering and shivering, while eyes filled with sadness, pain, guilt and fury.

"She will be reborn again. If she didn't get killed, she won't be reborn. For her soul pieces to unite, she had to be killed." Evanora finished her sentence which was cut amidst by Valor's accusations. His eyes darted almost glared towards her,

"Still, you had no right to kill her. She was innocent." His tone soft and pathetic.

"Hand me over her mother's corpse. I will cremate her. Regarding Estella, all I am left with are her bones. I can't even cremate her. At least, I can fulfill her wish of getting her mother's body cremated." He asked her in a requesting tone. Closing her eyes, she called for the dead snake's body that she had stolen from Estella's house from her memory world back then. The dead snake appeared over a red cloth and rested on the ground.

She crouched down to its level to pick it up. "I never wanted to kill her. It's her fate maybe." When her hands touched the dead snake, she felt a lightening and was thrown towards the other corner of room. The dead snake moved a bit and a beautiful soul emerged out of it scaring both the witch and Valor, who stepped backwards staggering, with eyes wide open out of shock.

The soul belonged to Estella's mother. It's eyes travelled towards the same urn that Valor had been holding and carried a very soft, affectionate and loving look. But the other look she spared Evanora was full of fury and hatred. It yelled pointing towards the witch, "I helped you back then. You should have cared for my daughter. I trusted you. She trusted you. But after all you are a witch, not to be trusted at all. You.. you killed her! Why..?? Just because you wanted her powers!! How greedy you are, Eva. Now see for yourself the outcome of this greed of yours.

I, the former snake queen, Lisa Navaire, Mother of the Only Virgin Snake Queen, Estella Navaire, whom you killed mercilessly for your greed, power and your own profit.... CURSE YOU s With all my powers and my soul's energy that the most powerful weapon you would ever have will be the reason for your doom, your death. You will die painfully, loosing every breath slowly. And you will never remember this Curse until your doomsday. I CURSE YOU EVANORA. Only then, Will I rest in peace." Saying that the soul disappread and the dead snake's body vanished into air, leaving a few golden flickers which eneterd the lid.

After a while, everything went back to normal. Evanora looked here and there wondering why she was over the floor. She hauled up. Looking at Valor, who seemed to be in dazzled state, she suggested,

"Waiting won't do anything. We collected your friend's fairy dust, and also Estella's snake skin. Now all we have to do is put them both in the pots concerned, and keep them safe until her next birth." Valor just nodded as if they both forgot what had happened. The urn was gone too.

Taking the green snake skin that Evanora extracted from Estella's body while absorbing her powers, she approached the green pot that was kept in the left corner of the woodden shelf. Keeping the skin inside it, she breathed in longingly and a sighed. "Valor, put that hair strand in the golden pot. It belongs to your fairy friend." It was the same strand that she had made pluck from his little rat's head when she wanted to perform magic over it to find her soul. She kept it safe too! Valor looked at it and opened the golden pot. Before he could keep it there, he was stunned by a loud roar of clouds. It appeared to be a thunderstorm. Not paying much attention to it, Evanora gestured him to go ahead, but was stopped after hearing someone's command. "Stop right there, you thieves."

Both were startled and turned abruptly, valor still holding the hair strand, which was now in the hands of that person who stopped them. The person was none other than his little rat's father, Ester Cross.

"Father..!" Valor's faint voice wasn't enough to let Ester stop and he raised a hand in the mid air announcing him to stop right then and there.

"Valor, You intruded in the Fairy land and that too in the past. Royal king saw you with this witch. You barged inside our territory with a witch. Do you have any idea, what effects it could have!!? She had seen everything there. How could we ensure the safety of Fairy land now? Not only that, you ... you stole my baby's Fairy Dust!!! Your only friend's Fairy Dust!! She was your little rat, our Trinity. The "Blood pact" wasn't enough for her poor soul, that you even stole her fairy dust!! Now, her soul is wandering. She is still wandering. Do you hear me??"

Ester Cross questioned Valor, but Valor didn't respond at all. His lips were glued tightly. He knew he had done a crime. He was ready for punishment.

"I had done everything for her Royal Father. She was long gone. It's been decades since her death. I wanted to know what happened to her. But when I talked to her soul, she said she was around me. She told me to search for her. I...

"And then you followed this witch and Stole her Fairy Dust!! She had long gone and her soul was destined to follow a decided path, but you dare ti interfere in that. It's a crime, Valor. You have already left Fairyland. But you exiled on your own. So, we didn't cut your ties. But now what you had done is not forgivable. It's punishable. And as a punishment, I CURSE YOU, To always long for your love. She will be always around you, but won't be yours. You will not die until this witch is killed. You will continue to live always, for eternity until your Crime partner dies. This is your punishment for bathing in The Fairyland without permission, with an intruder (eyeing at Evanora), stealing Fairy Dust of A royal fairy and getting involved in a murder of innocent soul indirectly (referring to Estella, about whom Valor had forgotten that she is dead. He thinks she left after Evanora sucked her powers due to her mother's curse.)"

Averting his gaze to Evanora, who was stunned watching Ester Cross standing in front of her in all white clothes radiating positive aura and super strength that made her gulp, he continued,

"And you.. You did so many bad deeds. Luring people, helping them and them asking for something in return, killing innocents (referring to the snake-charmer and Estella. She too forgot about Estella due to curse). You were blessed with powers by goddess of luck and power to help people. You were born in this Youngblood bloodline. Your crimes were meant to be dealt with after your death. But barging inside a holy land where you are prohibited, stealing Fairy Dust, preforming Dark magic on Fairies, and many more.... For that you are punished too according to Royal laws that were formulated by your elders. Your great grandmother sent me here to deliver the punishment, Evanora. You are CURSED to have a long sleep. All your powers will be sealed inside your body for the time you sleep. You will be a living dead till someone wakes you up with a drop of blood of a Queen. The Curse will take effect from now onwards."

As soon as his words finished, Evanora herself plopped over the floor like a dead person with eyes shut tightly sleeping in a slumber sleep for heaven knew how long, and Valor was left standing alone. Before he could say anything, The male Fairy Ester Cross disappread with the hair strand, making the room silent for millennia.

Valor took EVANORA's sleeping body and out her in a coffin sealing it with her magical stuffs, and buried it under her house's backyard. She had gone for quite long time. All the pots of Fairy Dust were kept secured in a hidden room along with her other belongings. He left after locking the house and taking the keys with him to his rest house, only to find that Egon and Akhim had left long ago.

Now he was all alone, and on his own in this mortal world, living with a Curse for the coming years without knowing how to get out of this mess.

The Grand Empress sighed heavily, and closed the Holy Book with a light thud dropping her lazy tired body over the side rug with millions of questions and thoughts in her head. She wasn't going to have a good rest even after this whole second Life of her grandson and the girl he got involved with. She hoped the next life to be a little less painful, closing her eyes slowly and drifting to sleep.

-DESTINY LAND-

"Sometimes, I feel that I am the only one to be blamed for all this. If I hadn't written all their dates like this, they wouldn't have been suffering." Destiny sighed with a tiny of tears in her eyes.

"No sister, don't blame yourself. You are not at fault. I know the FATE MANUSCRIPT works according to your written words, but don't forget that you are only writing what you are said to. The dreams that you have while sleep decide the tragedies of fates of everyone. So, you can't blame yourself for that. Besides, isn't it always what Aunt Myna says... "Everything happens for a reason." Choice assured Destiny patting her back, and got wrapped in a tight hug.
