~LUKE'S HOUSE (MORTAL WORLD)~

Scarlet was hoping for Luke to answer all her doubts, questions and queries' but she wasn't aware of the fact that he himself was not in light with all the things. He was merely a mentor that was provided to her by the orders of Emperor which Empress was following and he knew only that much which she told him.

He had powers, he could see the past and future and could connect to the fairies and demons equally but not according to his own will. He was always a guide and mentor for the aspiring wolves in WEREALM. His ancestors did the same job too. It wasn't his choice to be the one, it was a lineage passed on to him. Although he wished to live a normal life, he always wanted to go to human world but everybody doesn't get the chance to choose. This was same for Luke Camel.

Scarlet was happy because she was in her thoughts that her questions would be answered. She had set all her hopes on the man who according to her pretended to be her guide or mentor, whatsoever he called himself thinking that he would surely tell her about that Unicorn.

Her thought bubble got popped up when Luke came to her while draping an apron around his waist and wearing a perfect chef hat with two plates of Italian Pasta and Schezwan noodles.

He bowed slightly maintaining his usual aura and Observed the glint and glistening happiness in her eyes which were literally drooling over the contents of plates. She just came forward to almost snatch the food plate but he held it back and glared at her gesturing her to first wash her hands and then settle down at the dinning table in hall room.

She just made poker face like an angry cute kid and went on to tidy herself. Within a blink of an eye, she came back and grabbed a comfortable position besides him on the dinning table arranging herself like a decent lady showing her table manners and took out her fork, knife and spoon all in one go in case she needed it.

Luke although was working like a trained chef in his kitchen but the corner of his eyes were watching this clumsy girl behaving all nice and decent just to have the food. He was wondering if she was really that cute and adorable as she appeared to him sometimes, although most of the times she was pretty much unruly making him reflect on the fact if she had any manners. But the very next second, she was amazing him always doing something unexpected.

Watching her sitting with all the accessories needed for having food and putting an aura like she was the noblest and most well behaved girl on his dinning table, he smiled faintly. While he knew very well how much she was drooling over the food for he could smell her greed.. all thanks to his werewolf senses.

Taking small and gentle steps with the food perfectly seasoned and with mouth-watering playing, he approached her on the dinning table and kept the dishes in the middle bowing a little ahead of her making her gasp and wonder as from where did he learn all these things!!

The moment Luke gestured her to eat she just attacked the food like she had been starving since ages. Watching her eat like a rogue woman, he felt disgusted and all his thoughts about this always clumsy girl behaving decently were shoved away. He held her head with his one large calloused hand making her halt in her pace and just poked on her forehead to which she just retreat back to her chairs, when she heard him ask her...

"Are you an animal ?? why are you eating like this.?

Are you sure you are a woman?" and gave her a disdained look.

"Well ... yes I am an animal. Did you forget it Mr. Llama !!" she spat out a curse word calling him Llama sitting there crossing her arms over her chest and giving him a helpless look.

"What ??? Llama !!! Do .. do I look like a llama to you ??" Listen girl ... I ...." he was cut amidst when she stopped him saying or almost schooling ....

"Mr. Camel... if you are done schooling me, then can I have my meal ?? I am really starving. And ...." poking her fork towards his face which was having a piece of pasta struck over it ... she added again ...

"And ... if you won't let me eat now ... I am afraid ... I would behave more like an animal Camel SIR...." she stressed the word SIR showing her hunger to him and earned a helpless sigh from him in return.

Why he had to always be in these helpless situations?? This girl was always testing his patience. But still, watching her eat he couldn't help but smile and adore her for she made him remember his little sister. The Only difference between the two girls was that his sister was way more well-behaved and a werewolf but this girl here was way too clumsy and a mermaid... not to mention her animalistic features which surfaced up today after watching the food.

They soon finished their meals and Luke like a decent man cleaned the dishes while Scarlet sat over the huge couch like an octopus spreading all her limbs here and there, which according to Luke was totally not like a lady.

He sighed helplessly and sat besides her in a corner which was the only space available for him at that time looking at her sitting posture and she was totally engrossed in TV watching the famous cartoon series 'Shin Chan' laughing like a maniac. "Are you sure Miss Lozenge that you are a 21 years old adult...!?" Luke asked her maintaining his composure.

"Huhhh..?" She turned to him not understanding what he asked and raised an eyebrow saying ...

"Ofcourse... I am. But... Why do you ask.....?"

"Because you don't look like one to me." he replied while she glared at him and showed her teeth gesturing him to stop insulting her or else she would bite him forgetting that he was a wolf and had got even more sharper teeth than hers.

Luke surrendered himself raising his both arms in air which was a first victory to Scarlet. He asked her to shot her questions. She immediately told him everything and expected the answers to her questions.

"A Unicorn !?? I mean you ... are you sure about it ??... I have never heard anything regarding that. I mean do they exist or were you sleepwalking...??" Luke asked her disbelievingly to which she replied....

"If werewolves like you, mermaids like me exist, I wouldn't be surprised for a unicorn Mr. Camel."

"Hmm.... give me some time. I will look into the matter. Till then we should get to know more about your powers.

Last time, you discovered any powers??" asked Luke.

"No..." She told him getting all bored and regretting that she just exhausted herself by coming here in vain when this wolf didn't know anything.

"Come with me ... to the backside. We will explore your powers." Said Luke shifting back to his mentor role which made Scarlet puff put air and her face got contorted as she was in no mood to do anything but relax.

In the backyard of Luke's house which was like a huge bungalow, there was a pool which she knew ofcourse was going to be used by her right now.

She slipped down into the water slowly and changed herself into her mermaid form looking stunning and breathtaking as always. She followed Luke's commands and flapped her fish tail, which made a whirlwind of water around her radiating different colors and fragrances.

"Hmm.. looks like there are so many hidden powers in your sleeves little girl. We would be exploring all of them slowly." Whispered Luke to himself but it was loud enough for Scarlet to hear and with a huge frown over her angelic face, she retorted back saying.... "I am not a little girl."

"Alright... I know, but for me you would be a little girl." He said tweaking her nose lightly. She scoffed, but it was for the first time ever since they met that he had called her sweetly. Deep down in her heart, she was happy but she didn't want to express it. Suddenly, her eyes got closed and her lips started to move in synchronization as if she was casting a spell and in no time there were dark black clouds hovering over the pool with strong thunderbolt and lightening ready to start a deadly downpour. Looking up sitting on his toes besides the pond, Luke was amazed and the corners of his mouth formed a v-line making him look seductive. Turning his gaze at Scarlet who was totally surprised noticing the black clouds only above her and nowhere else, he murmured softly holding her hand in a protective way ...

"Little girl, you can control the weather and water element. I wonder it will be helpful not Only to you but also the others in the times to come."
