Looking at his son's flippant attitude, Ella was amused. "Cut it out. If you want me to accept Ariah, go and get your marriage certificate. Otherwise, what would other people think of you guys?" "Okay, I'll make sure to do that."

Ella's expression turned better. "Are you coming back for dinner tonight?"

"No, I have some work to deal with."

"You guys are rarely home. So is your brother. He left in a hurry just now. I asked him where is he going, and he said he's going to a hotel. Who would go to a hotel in the daytime?" Ella muttered. Wearing a grim expression, Jimmy gripped the steering wheel tight until his knuckles turned pale. His body was tensed, and his temple was throbbing as he tried hard to restrain his emotions.
