Bedmates Soulmates -
CHAPTER 359
Kira wanted to slap him.
Austyn pinned down her wrist.
His eyes were cold.
"Liam can touch you, but I can't?'
There, he finally said it.
It had gnawed at him for days.
He stayed away from the hospital because he wasn't sure he could control his temper when he saw her.
Every time his eyes landed on her lips, he couldn't help but think who had last tasted those lips.
It bothered the hell out of him that Liam kissed Kira.
He knew it wasn't her fault, but the green-eyed monster was not one to listen to reason.
Just the thought of Liam putting his hands on her was enough to make Austyn see red.
If he hadn't followed them to the restaurant, what else would have happened?
He clamped his teeth down on Kira's earlobe,
Kira yelped in pain.
She was still trying to process his words.
How could he say such a thing?
He knew Liam kissed her forcibly.
She put up a fight with all her strength, but she couldn't overpower Liam, a man who was taller, heavier and stronger than her.
Just like she couldn't overpower Austyn now.
The fight went out of Kira.
Her body sagged.
Austyn didn't stop.
His hands roamed over her body, taking, squeezing, pinching 'Are you going to rape me?' Kira asked, her voice barely audible.
Are You Going To Take Me Against My Will Too?
Austyn reared back as if he'd been slapped,
"What?"
Kira's t-shirt was torn
The zipper of her jeans was undone.
'Liam kissed me against my will," Kira said in a monotone. "Are you going to take me against my will too?"
Austyn froze.
Big, fat teardrops rolled down her cheeks.
Her eyes were open, staring vacantly into space.
Austyn got up slowly.
He pulled up his pants.
There were scratch marks on his chin, his neck, his bare chest.
Austyn looked at Kira.
She didn't move.
Austyn staggered to his feet and left the room
Closing the door behind him, he leaned against it, panting.
He'd almost done something unforgivable
Austyn slumped down onto the floor, cradling his head in his hands.
It took Jesse almost fifty minutes to drive to the villa.
When he arrived, it was twenty minutes past ten.
The front door was open.
He headed straight for the second floor.
Austyn was leaning against the wall, smoking.

The carpet around his feet was littered with cigarette
'She's in the bedroom," he said to Jesse in a hoarse voice.
'Are you all right?"
Austyn didn't reply.

"Do you w
"I'm fine. Tend to her first."
Jesse shrugged.
He knocked on the bedroom door twice before pushing it open"
There were no lights on inside.
He could barely make out vague silhouettes of the furniture with the moonlight streaming in from a window.
Jesse moved into the room and almost jumped when something crunched under his foot.
He bent down and saw it was a broken shard of porcelain.
The plush carpet was strewn with fragments of vase and ashtray.
He also saw a phone and a candlestick.
Following the trail of wreckage, Jesse saw a coffee table lying on its side.
Are You Bring To Take Me Again My Will Test
"Tsk tsk.
When Austyn called him and asked him to bring over ointment for bruises, Jesse suspected it was for Kira
He'd heard about her daring escape from the hospital.
A fight between the couple was inevitable, but he thought it was going to be of the verbal kind.
But now it looked like the fight had gotten physical.

When light flooded the room, he surveyed the scene.
The bed was empty.
Was Kira in the bathroom?
Jesse headed for the bathroom, then he stopped.
He whirled around and aimed straight for the balcony.
He pulled the curtains aside.
Kira already had one leg raised over the top rail of the balustrade.
She froze
She looked back and saw the doctor, who wore a floral-pattern polo shirt and a smirk on his face.
Jesse saw the bed sheet in her hand.
It had been braided into a rope, with one end tied around a baluster.
'Are you going to slide down to the first floor like you watched on TV?
Kira pursed her lips, embarrassed at getting caught.
Jesse came out to the balcony and looked down.
He laughed.
'It's just two floors, but your rope is not long enough. Nor is it strong enough. What fabric is this?"
He tugged at the DIY rope.
"Satin? It's great for sensitive skin, but it's too smooth. You're going to lose your grip. A fall from this height won't kill you, but you're going to be laid up in hospital for at least a month."
Seeing Kira hesitate, he added, "Nothing major. Just a twisted ankle, a couple of broken bones here and there. The really unlucky ones break their spines and end up a paraplegic for life.' Jesse grinned. 'If you still want to go down, I won't stop you.'
He even took a step backwards.
The doctor folded his arms in front of his chest and watched Kira with an amused smile on his face.
Kira glanced at him, then at the ground below, then back at the rope in her hand.
The smug-looking doctor was right.
Her arm was hurting like hell.
It was almost pitch dark outside.
The weak moonlight was useless.
If she couldn't see, she might land on a
a rock and twist her ankle.
Besides, it was her first time making a bedsheet ladder.
She'd seen in on 'Charlie's Angels."
It hadn't worked out well for Bosley...
'Fine. You win."
Are You Guing To Take Me Against My Will Too?
Kira relinquished her hold on the rope and left the balcony reluctantly.
Jesse, smiling, slid the French window closed
He pointed to the sofa. 'Have a seat.'
