Betrayed By Everyone Loved by Four Bonus Chapter 7

Leo's P.O.V.

Things have been stressful over the last month. Thanks to my dad, I am part of a personal program run by my professor. It's essentially the same thing as what you see in legally blonde. Do not ask me how I know that movie.

Anyways, a select few of us from class are in charge of helping out with a case. Unfortunatley, it's a long case, with a lot of information to go through. I've been spending every day with the group going over the case.

There are 12 of us in the group. I don't remember everyone's names though. Only three of them really stick out to me. Debbie, who is an extremely intimidating woman. She's only a junior here, and I admire her greatly. Debbie is ridiculously smart, and very out spoken.

Then there is Devon. He reminds me a lot of Milo in that carefree way. Devon is also extremely smart. He's observant, and seems to pick up on things that other's overlook. I'm sure that's what got him noticed by Professor Knight. Lastly, is Eli. Eli is the quiet type like me. He's brooding, and intimidating. Although, he's not as much of a grip as me. Eli is, of course, extremely smart as well.

If you ask me, they are the top three in this group. The others are smart, but don't apply themselves enough. I think they will be great lawyers, but they have nothing on the four of us.

Then you have Teresa. I only know her name because she's practically been glued to me since my first day. I don't know how many times I've told her that I'm taken. I even told her that I have a girlfriend, and three boyfriends. Stupid girl doesn't care at all. Devon has tried to pull her off of me several times. It worked for a while. I even thought maybe they would start dating. But no. They just f****d, and now Teresa is right back to being glued to me. Debbie has openly shown her disgust to Teresa over the way she acts around me. She tells Teresa all the time to respect my relationship. Which is why I got so pissed off when Teresa showed up while I was with Millie. Teresa just had to say some dumb shit about not knowing I have a girlfriend in front of Millie. I could see the doubt in my princess's eyes. The way that Millie walked away from me though..

I can't get that look on her face out of my mind. Millie hasn't looked that sad in so long. I know that I've not been around a lot lately, but Millie knows the pressure I have on me. I figured I would make it up to her later.

Then she called, and that stupid bimbo answered my phone. I told Teresa several times to stop going through my stuff. I've already caught her deleting texts from Millie before I see them.

I think that might be why Teresa said all of that shit about being a bad girl, and being called princess. Stupid bitch was trying to role Millie up. I don't know why else she would say those things. Which is why I didn't tell Millie about her in the first place. You think I would have learned my lesson after Holly, but I guess not. Now Millie has doubts in her head. I could tell by the stuttering in her voice on the phone. I need to have this one drink, and get back to her. I will spend the rest of the weekend making it up to her.

"Oh, finally done with your call I see." Teresa said from behind me.

I turned to glare at her.

"If you do not respect the fact that I am in a relationship, I will report you to Professor Knight. I'm not going to play your little games, and I have told you more than once to back the fuck off." I stated.

Teresa gave me a fake pout. I don't intimidate her in the slightest. It's annoying. This is all some big game to her. "Awh, don't be like that Leo." She said.

I pushed past her to join the others. They have all been begging me to go out with them for weeks. I always deny them because the weekends are the only times I get with Millie. I feel terrible that I haven't had much time for her lately, but my excuses ran out. I promised earlier this week that I would have a drink with them tonight. I just.. forgot to tell Millie.

That's fine though. She has our others. Oliver didn't walk her home, but he should be there now. Same with Milo, and Atlas. Millie said Atlas baked a pie, I bet she's loving that.

"Bout time you made it." Debbie said once I entered the bar.

"Here, have beer." Devon said as he slid a beer my way.

This is the only way I can drink considering I'm not 21. Not that the bars around here seem to care all that much. Guess that makes a bit of sense, being so close to a college. "Glad you could finally come out." Devon said as he threw his arm around me.

"I'm only staying for one drink." I said.

"Awwhh come on." Devon whined.

"He has to get back to his boyfriends, and his smoking hot girlfriend." Eli teased.

I narrowed my eyes at him.

"How do you know what my girlfriend looks like?" I asked him.

Eli smirked at me. "Saw you talking to her earlier." He said.

"Oh, you mean when he was dragging her around campus?" Devon teased.

"Or when Teresa made a complete fool out of herself trying to interrupt them?" Debbie added.

Did everyone see that?

We all looked down to see Teresa flirting with some random guy in the bar. All of us turned back to each other, and busted out in laughter. I really like these few. It's kind of nice having more friends.

"Last call!" The bartender called out.

"Last call? Shit. I gotta go." I said as I rushed to the door.

"Wait Leo, let me go home with you." Teresa said.

I turned to give her wide eyes.

"Shut up Teresa." I slurred.

Shit, I had way too much to drink.

"Come on, you're too drunk to walk alone." She said.

"I'll walk him home." Eli said coming up beside us.

"I can handle it." Teresa argued.

Eli shook his head.

"Face it Teresa, Leo is taken. Not for you. Give it up. You're looking desperate." He said.

With that, Eli grabbed my arm, and drug me out of the bar. We walked all the way back to my apartment. Which took us a bit of time. Time enough for me to sober up.

"Millie is going to kill me." I mumbled as we reached my complex.

Eli chuckled. "Better make it up to her. A smoking hot girl like that will get snatched up quick." He said.

I glared at him.

"She is mine." I stated.

"Chill killer. I was just saying." He said.

"Yeah, well.. I do need to make more time for her." I said.

"Maybe you should bring her around some. Ya know, show her off to all of us. Make her feel good, make Teresa back off a bit." Eli suggested.

"That's.. not a bad idea." I said.

Eli gave me a nod.

"Well, goodnight." He replied.

I made my way up to my apartment. Flicking the lights on I see that a few pairs of shoes are missing from our entry way. I walked through the apartment to find Atlas's pie sitting on the top of the stove, untouched. Millie didn't eat it?

Making my way down the hall, I found Milo asleep at his desk. His hand clutching an empty cup. I pulled a blanket over Milo for now. I'll come back for him in just a moment. After I check on Millie.

I made it to our bedroom to find Millie alone in bed. Why is she alone? Where the hell are our others?

Millie is clutching her phone. There are tear stains down her cheeks. I knew she had been crying. I should have came straight home, or asked her to come out with us. I'm such a fucking idiot.

I grabbed Millie's phone out of her hand, and started to go through it. Seems that she was on snapchat. I can see that both Oli, and Atlas have posted on their stories, but I have no idea where they are. When I went to the text's I see that no one replied to Millie either.

That means.. Our girl cried herself to sleep. All alone. Probably thinking none of us love her anymore.

Where the hell are Atlas and Oli? They should be here with our girl. We all should have been here. Milo included.

I sighed as I brushed some of Millie's hair from her face.

"I'm gonna make it up to you baby. I promise."
