Betrayed By Everyone, Loved By Four
Betrayed By Everyone Loved by Four Bonus Chapter 15

After I ate breakfast, Atlas did up the dishes, while Oliver gave me a foot rub. Leo is still back in our bedroom, probably calling Milo to yell at him. I, however, am totally enjoying my foot rub.

A minute later, Leo came down the hall. I smiled at him, and he returned it. Then he set his phone down on the table next to me, and bent down to give me a kiss.

"So, what do you want to do today princess?" Leo asked me.

I shrugged.

"I have a paper to finish, and an assignment for-" I started, but Leo interrupted me.

"Nope, you can do it tomorrow, or later tonight. What do you want to do? Anything you want." He told me.

I put my finger to my chin as I thought about it. There isn't much I want to do really. Not without Milo anyways.

"Well, there's this new art exhibit place that opened up a few streets down. I hear that they have a taste of all different kinds of arts. I was going to see if you guys wanted to check it out this weekend, but then... Everything happened." I told them. "Let's check it out then." Leo said with a smile.

"Yeah, that sounds pretty cool angel." Oliver agreed.

"Maybe when we get home, you and I can make a cheesecake for tonight." Atlas added.

I smiled at that.

"That all sounds really great, but.." I trailed off. "Maybe tomorrow, or a different day." I said. "Why not today?" Leo asked.

I averted my eyes from him. I don't want to go without Milo, but I don't want to tell Leo that. Milo is busy, and I understand that trying to be a doctor is a lot of work. I don't want Leo to reprimand Milo just because of how hard he's working. "You don't want to go without Milo." Leo stated.

My light green eyes met his dark ones. I gave him a pout hoping that it would ease some of Leo's anger. Not that it has ever worked before.

"We should go without him." Leo said surprising me.

"What? No." I said.

"Why not? He isn't here." Leo said.

I crossed my arms as I frowned at him.

"Because he's working hard to become a doctor. It's not like he's purposely staying away from us." I argued.

Leo let out a hollow laugh.

"He told you he needed space, and to leave you alone last night, and you're still going to defend him?" He asked incredulously.

"He was just under a lot of pressure.." I said softly.

Leo shook his head.

"Don't make excuses for him princess. He didn't need to say that to you." He said.

I know that Leo is right, but..

"You also didn't need to keep Teresa a secret from me. Oliver also didn't have to stay away from me all night for a sea turtle. And Atals didn't have to leave as soon as I got home." I said.

Leo just stared at me.

"Look, I'm not saying that Milo didn't hurt my feelings. You all did. But I also understand that we all have a lot going on. I want us all to spend more time together. I'm so happy that I get to spend my whole day with the three of you at least. But I don't want to go out on a date when one of us is missing." I explained.

Leo gave me an understanding look.

"Fine. What else do you want to do then?" He asked.

"We can tie you to the bed." Oliver suggested.

I gaved him a bored look before giggling at him.

"I can teach you how to make homemade bread." Atlas suggested.

I giggled at them.

"How about a movie?"

*****************

The four of us have been cuddled up on the couch enjoying one of my most favorite movies. X-Men. We decided to start with the very first one that came out, and go in order from when they were released. I've honestly been having a blast. I let out a yawn as the first movie finished.

"How about some lunch babygirl?" Atlas asked.

I smiled.

"That sounds gre-"

Our front door opened startling me. Milo rushed into the apartment looking like he ran all the way here from the bus stop. His eyes scanned the room until they landed on me.

I'm sandwhiched between Atlas and Oliver on the couch. Milo marched straight up to me. He held his hand out to me. I placed my hand in his. Then he pulled me to my feet. "You're home ear-"

I was interrupted by Milo smashing his lips to mine hard. My eyes went wide, but quickly fluttered shut. Milo slipped his tongue in my mouth, and I moaned into his. My arms wrapped around his neck, and Milo's wrapped around my waist. All too soon, Milo pulled away from me.

"I'm sorry. So so so so so sorry cupcake. I can never apologize enough for how I've been acting." He rushed out.

"It's okay Milo. I know you've been-"

Milo shook his head interrupting me.

"No. It's not okay at all. Especially what I said to you last night. I.. I didn't mean it baby. I don't need space, or want you to leave me alone. Ever." He said.

"Then.. why did you say that?" I asked.

Milo sighed. He pushed me to sit back on the couch. This time in Leo's lap. Then Milo sat on our coffee table across from the four of us.

"I know that I've been being crazy lately. All I do is focus on school." He told us.

"It's okay Milo." I said. "I'm sure that trying to be a doctor is hard. You've been doing so good though. We're so proud of you baby." I told him.

Milo gave me a sad look that I don't understand.

"I wasn't." He said.

I gave him a confused look.

"You weren't?" Leo asked sounding just as confused as I feel.

Milo shook his head.

"Weren't what?" Atlas asked.

"Doing good." Milo answered.

My eyes went wide.

"You weren't doing good?" I asked.

I'm still a little confused.

Milo sighed.

"I thought that I had a good balance at the beginning of the school year. Things were going alright, but.. I forgot to turn in a paper that was a big chunk of my grade. Then I failed a test. My mom found out, and lectured me about how I need to be doing better.." He told us.

Milo shook his head, and looked down at his feet.

"I was falling behind before I knew it." He said sounding ashamed.

I reached out to grab one of Milo's hands. I waited until he looked up at me before I spoke. Those deep blue eyes finally connected with my light greens.

"Why didn't you tell us?" I asked.

"Yeah, we could have helped." Oliver added.

"I.. was too ashamed." Milo said. "You all are doing so well. Millie and Oliver are stupid smart. Like, do you two even study for tests? An-and Leo is busy with his own shit. Being super f*****g smart too. Atlas is excelling in culinary!" Milo rambled.

I looked to Oliver. We shared a look before bursting out in laughter. Oh, Milo is too cute.

"What's so funny?" Milo grumbled.

I wiped a tear from my eye as I looked back at Milo.

"Oliver and I study together all the time Milo." I told him.

"Yeah, Millie is the best study buddy when it comes to preparing for tests." Oliver said.

"And Oli is very good at proof reading my papers before I send them in." I added.

"Lila also helps us out with a few things." Oliver added.

"If you weren't so stuck in your own world, you would know that the three of them meet every Wedensday and Thursday to study." Atlas said.

"You do?" Leo asked.

I crossed my arms as I leaned back against him.

"You and Milo have been too stuck in your school work. I get that it's a lot for the both of you, but.. I think we need to figure something out." I said.

"Figure something out?" Milo asked. "Like go back to spending Sunday's together?"

I nodded.

"Well, that yes. I think we should definitely make time for each other." I said. "But I mean that maybe we should study together more. You and Leo spend all weekend long catching up on your assignments, or studying. What if we did that together?" I asked. "Yeah, maybe it would help you more than locking yourself in your office." Oliver added.

"I think that sounds great." Leo said.

"I can make you guys snacks all day. That would be my homework." Atlas added making me giggle.

All of us looked to Milo.

"You... would do that? You aren't.. mad at me?" He asked.

"Oh, she's mad." Leo said.

I turned to give him an annoyed look, before turning back to Milo.

"I was very upset yes. You shouldn't have ignored me the way you did, and then said what you said." I told him. "But.. that doesn't mean I want to stay mad at you. I love you. I don't like to fight. I wish that you would have told me sooner. We could have avoided all of this." I said.

"I know baby, I'm sorry." Milo said sadly.

"It's alright Milo. Now we have a plan. Things will be different now. In a better way." I said.

Milo beamed at me, and I returned it.

"Well, now that that's settled." Leo said. "How about that art exhibit?"
