"Gerald, maybe you won't understand my words, but believe me when I say that I am not killing you for my satisfaction. This is for the innocent creatures and the relatives that you have killed out of your greed for power,” Ricky declared.

"Perhaps to you, I am being nosy, or maybe even quite ridiculous. But all I know is that I want to keep my conscience. That's all.”

Ricky roared in anger, and his saber swung and collided with Gerald's powerful attack.

After crashing into each other, both of them decided to integrate their bodies into their moves. Once successful, the collision between the two attacks would determine the winner of the bout. There was no turning back at this point, for they had gambled and risked their lives to put an end into this fight.

At that moment, both of them were in a deadlock as Gerald's brutal strike tried to annihilate all of Ricky's power.

However, Ricky's power was the strongest chaotic power, aside from the primitive power. At this moment, he was no weaker than Gerald with the help of the chromatic energy and the golden blood power.

As a result, after a short standstill, Gerald's ruthless attack suddenly fell apart.

Simultaneously, Ricky's real body gripped the saber's handle. Giving his all, he pierced through the Seven-string Zither and penetrated into Gerald's body.

When Ricky landed on the ground, the Seven-string Zither was destroyed in an instant, turning into smithereens.

Despite Ricky's mercy, Gerald could not find it in his heart to forgive himself.
