Chapter 631 Defeating the Golden Spirit Eyes

Immediately following the loud, rumbling noise in the distance, a magnificent wave of golden light violently collided with Ricky's strike, scattering ripples of massive energy everywhere, almost inundating the whole world.

Ricky and the Golden Spirit Eyes smashed into each other. The Golden Spirit Eyes’ impact on Ricky's unassailable second level of Ultimate Golden Body created endless ripples of blasts in all directions. Within the realm of the middle spiritual king, Ricky feared nothing, having mastered the strategies of attack and defense.

The Golden Spirit Eyes also exhibited an indomitable nature. After possessing Martin's body, it had gained better control over the ghost and resentment.

By simply waving his hands, it summoned the Ghost Enlightenment and Resentment Enlightenment, and morphed them into two dark sabers.

Those two sabers were powerful enough to tear a rift through space with a single stroke.

The Golden Spirit Eyes were inconceivable. His strength and experience had outwitted Martin.

"Hum! Look. Within the Land of Legacy, your Golden Spirit Eyes are not that impressive at all. No matter how powerful they are, they are now suppressed by the supreme enlightenment,” Ricky said apathetically, staring at the unpleasant Golden Spirit Eyes.

"And this is precisely a herald of my champion. I will become your new master, and I will certainly obliterate all your psychic intelligence before that happens.”

The Golden Spirit Eyes’ psychic intelligence said nothing in reply, but golden beams started bursting out of it. It tried to manifest his ultimate strength, hoping it would shut Ricky's mouth.

Boom! Then, the sacred fire finally burst out, the actual power that belonged to the Golden Spirit Eyes.

"Grr! All your psychic intelligence will perish under the invincible sacred fire! Go to hell!"

The Golden Spirit Eyes’ psychic intelligence roared. Golden beams furiously radiated from its glowing eyes, surging toward Ricky and setting aflame everything on its path. It turned the land into an ocean of fire.

"Oh, well. This seems to be the sacred fire of the Golden Spirit Eyes. I'll get another type of sacred fire myself. The journey to the Land of Ghosts never fails to live up to my expectations,” Ricky said, feeling thrilled

"Alright. Let's see whose flames will stand out.”

Boom! Then, the chaotic fire runes diffused from Ricky's golden body. Giant flames rose. The Devouring Fire, the Heaven Melting Fire, the Massacring Fire, the Heaven Slaughtering Fire, the Ruin Fire, and the Gale Fire simultaneously broke out.

"Flame Torrent!" Ricky bellowed.

All six magnificent flames transformed into six raging torrents with tremendous momentum and rushed toward the Golden Spirit Eyes.

"Oh, gosh!" The Golden Spirit Eyes could not believe what he was seeing. Its eyes widened and glazed with mixed fear and panic.

It clearly recognized the six magnificent flames, each of which belonged to either sacred fire or peculiar fire.

It was highly unlikely for one man to possess six different kinds of flames even in the ancient times. The Golden Spirit Eyes’ psychic intelligence started feeling overwhelmed by its rival, a man who possessed a far more complicated and powerful nature than it had thought.

Looking at Ricky's Flame Torrent, it guffawed.

"What the hell are you laughing at?" Ricky questioned.

"I have to acknowledge that you are more than extraordinary indeed. You would've been matchless in the ancient times. I've underestimated you," the Golden Spirit Eyes’ psychic intelligence answered "Oh, really? Does that mean you're acknowledging me as your master now?" Ricky replied with a meaningful smile.

"Don’t be ridiculous. Your six magnificent flames are superior to any middle spiritual king. They can easily turn your enemies into ashes," the Golden Spirit Eyes’ psychic intelligence replied sarcastically. "Still, you are too clever to be wise. Releasing all your magnificent flames is simply bonkers."

"Oh, really? Bonkers? We'll see about that," Ricky retorted, unmoved.

"Blah! You are wholly ignorant. I've told you. I will show you my true power.” The Golden Spirit Eyes" psychic intelligence laughed once again and then fixed its eyes dead on Ricky's Flame Torrent.

Like a fiery sea funneling into a strait, Ricky's Flame Torrent flowed right into the Golden Spirit Eyes without being resisted in the slightest. Now six clusters of flames danced inside the eyes like blazing silk ribbons gently blowing in the wind.

Ricky stared at the Golden Spirit Eyes blankly.

Then, his lips slowly curled into a triumphant smirk. He started clapping loudly.

"Excellent!" Ricky exclaimed. "Excellent! Golden Spirit Eyes, you are a true master of flames!"

A worried frown slowly replaced the mocking smile on the Golden Spirit Eyes’ face. It did not expect that reaction from Ricky.

That move was supposed to scare this master of six flames, but it did nothing.

Then, a horrifying thought crossed its mind. Could this man possibly control any type of flame? If he could, that would certainly explain why he reacted the way he did.

Perhaps, this was his plan all along.

"You knew I would do that, didn't you?" the Golden Spirit Eyes" psychic intelligence asked.

"Yes, I did, but I meant my praises. Too bad this battle is about to end soon.” Ricky grinned and raised his hands slowly.

They glowed with the chaotic fire runes.

"Now, I shall tell you the truth. No one can control my flames, and you are no exception. But I can control your flame."

A solemn look took over Ricky's face, displacing the mocking smile.

"Chaotic Fire, reverse!"

Instantly, the Golden Spirit Eyes" sacred fire changed its course. Controlled by the chaotic fire runes, it now surged toward the Golden Spirit Eyes.

At Ricky's bidding, the Golden Spirit Eyes’ sacred fire combined with Ricky's Flame Torrent right inside the eyes.

Then, the seven magnificent flames conflated, rearranged themselves into an invisible flaming saber, and pierced the Golden Spirit Eyes.
