Chapter 657 Drastic Changes

The Sand Region was divided into multiple sub-regions which distinctly separated the warriors from the each other.

Rumors spread that the Massacring Sand could be found in every region. But on the downside, it was not evenly distributed. And in order to obtain the Massacring Sand, one should be ultimately powerful and, most importantly, blessed with luck

But as of now, Ricky had only collected a small amount of Massacring Sand which, as it turned out, was not even enough to cultivate the Source of Golden Body. However, it wasn't that much of a big deal yet, since the most important task ahead of him was to make a breakthrough.

As for the Massacring Sand, he had his own brilliant plans for it. “It seems like Pearl and Brian are also looking for the Massacring Sand. And I would be fighting against them sooner or later. I guess I'll just beat them to a pulp and take the sand that they have. That's going to save me a lot of time and effort in searching for more, *' Ricky thought to himself.

Meanwhile, the entire Sand Region was in a fanatic state as the Massacring Sand fever was on everyone's mind.

However, Ricky had already quit the heated race in search for more sand. And to make his time more worthwhile, he entered the Chaotic Fire Zone and started his cultivation.

But before he could start his cultivation, he must do something of utmost importance—extract the White Tiger blood from Jackson. While this was something that other middle spiritual kings could not do, Ricky could do it with ease with the help of his four zones.

Meanwhile, inside the Chaotic Fire Zone, Ricky saw the cadaver of the White King Tiger which had been burnt into a crisp. "How much power can I possibly refine?" Ricky questioned himself inwardly. "Ricky, don't be all too positive about this. You don't want to be disappointed. After all, you might only be able to get a tiny trace of blood power from his body, since that's all he had,” Tina warned him.

"I guess that will do. In fact, all I need is a trace of White Tiger blood power and that would be enough for me to have a breakthrough...I hope. After all, I'm not hoping to integrate the While Tiger blood power into my own blood," replied Ricky.

Then, Ricky summoned both the sacred fires and the peculiar fires in his body simultaneously. He combined the power of the fires using the chaotic fire runes and started to heat up the White King Tiger's body.

Getting rid of any unnecessary and unwanted waste, Ricky employed the devouring runes to wash them off. After doing this, he would be left with only the blood power of the White Tiger.

For three whole days, Ricky cleaned the corpse relentlessly until it was refined and reduced to a small droplet of blood.

With one small drop of blood, Ricky's nerves went all excited as he felt the purest form of white golden power and a sense of murder surge out from it.

Apart from that, the tiny droplet had such big impact for it was also full of essential energy. Meanwhile, Ricky took a peek at what was inside the blood. A normal looking white tiger met his eyes, but something was oddly special about it for it emitted an aura that made it feel like it was the king of the world.

And without a shadow of a doubt, the figure inside the blood was indeed the White Tiger.

And that drop of blood was the pure manifestation of the White Tiger's blood power.

"Wow, that's some huge amount of power for something so minuscule! I can't believe that only a tiny amount of blood power could be extracted from such a huge body,” Ricky commented. Despite that, he was still exhilarated.

He had a strong feeling that the power ingrained in the blood sample would be enough to help him with his breakthrough.

"It is known that the White Tiger is one of the most powerful creatures in the world, making every trace of its blood power invaluable. If only White King Tiger tribe had a bit more of the White Tiger blood power, then they would not have been constrained in the Eastern Land at all,” Tina said in a matter of fact.

Meanwhile, Ricky started his cultivation as soon as he was ready for it.

Then, without hesitation, he swallowed the drop of blood and began to refine its power.

With the blood that he had just ingested, Ricky planned to make a breakthrough to the peak of a middle spiritual king, which was regarded as the highest allowed power in the Land of Legacy.

But as it turned out, he might have underestimated the power of the White Tiger blood because right after he had taken half of the sample, he had already peaked the middle spiritual king level. "Perhaps, I' have underestimated the White Tiger blood's power," Ricky murmured

If only he weren't in the Land of Legacy, he would have refined all of the blood power. But being in the Land of Legacy, he was not able to do it. Otherwise he would be either teleported out of this region, or be eliminated by the supreme enlightenment which ruled in the region.

“Since I still have the other half, I shall use it to cultivate the Ultimate Golden Body, * Ricky thought to himself. "I'm only at the initial state of second level of Ultimate Golden Body, and if I refine the Massacring Sand, I can surely reach the major achievement and even be closer to completeness.’ Without further ado, he started his cultivation and began to cultivate the Source of Golden Body. On his left, he had the half drop of the White Tiger blood, while on his other side, the Massacring Sand.

However, the Massacring Sand was suppressed by the Chaotic Fire Zone, due to the fact that it was able to attack on its own.

The Source of Golden Body was surrounded by four runes which enabled Ricky to absorb the power from the White Tiger's blood and the Massacring Sand.

And while Ricky was deep into in his cultivation, drastic changes had been happening around the Sand Region.

Among these was the change that happened at the center of the Sand Region.

An enormous sandy lake appeared out of nowhere.

And on top of that, this mysterious sandy lake continued to expand! Even though the expansion was not at all that rapid, it was still clearly visible to anyone who would lay their eyes on it.

But luck was in their favor for the sandy lake didn't have the attraction force like what the Virulent Sand Flow had. With this, creatures could still fly over it and not be sucked down into the lake. Over the said sandy lake, huge amounts of sand floated over it.

Everything about it was out of the ordinary especially the appearance of its sand. While it expanded, something peculiar was happening to it for the sand didn't look like sand anymore—they looked like water bubbles instead.

For years, no one had ever seen a sandy lake in the region, let alone a sandy lake this strange. Apart from the sudden appearance of the sandy lake, another surprising news was about Henry. The news that Ricky killed Jackson might have shocked everyone, but that was already yesterday's event. Everyone stopped talking about it for they were drawn to a fresher scoop.

News spread like wildfire and the people found out that some recent fight involving Henry was just a one-sided battle—he just slaughtered all of his opponents Brian and Adrian single-handedly.

This news, however, made everyone who witnessed the gruesome battle become intimidated by Henry's power and strength.

Right after he killed every single one of his enemies mercilessly, he stood up and made a public announcement on why he did not spare a single soul of the Nether Army. And his reason shook the audience.

"This, right before you is a pile of lifeless flesh from the warriors of the Nether Army. I did not spare their dirty souls because the Sand Region is a divine place. I would never allow these bodiless creatures who cultivate filthy evil spirit to stain the divinity of our land!"

With his explanation, people had doubts and raised their eyebrows.

'It is true that the Nether Army are bodiless creatures who cultivate the evil spirit, but what does it have to do with the Sand Region?’ the people wondered.

With those doubts running in their minds, all of the warriors became tensed and fearful that Henry would start another round of slaughtering for some strange and not so logical reasons.

While Henry drew most of the crowd's attention, Ricky and Pearl seemed to be forgotten and blurred into the background of everything that had happened in the Sand Region.

"Indeed, there is no doubt that Henry is powerful.

I can't believe that he defeated Brian, Adrian and the entire Nether Army,” a young man clad in blue clothing murmured to himself in the void.

And this young man was none other than Ricky, who had just finished cultivation.

Coming out of the Chaotic Fire Zone, he heard the news that everyone had been talking about. And just like the rest, he was surprised to hear at how Henry displayed his strength and power against his enemies.
