She grimaced and then closed the file.

She did a standard IP address lookup to see who had sent the mail.

Unfortunately, the search was interrupted midway through, and a message box reading “invalid address” popped up.

“What did you say?” Odin asked in a flat, impersonal tone.

He was seated in the chair in the CEO’s office of Sullivan Group.

With his long, narrow eyes, he surveyed the assembled staff.

Several department heads were now standing in front of the desk.

Upon hearing Odin’s rhetorical inquiry, everyone bowed their head and kept silent.

Odin clicked the pen’s cap back onto its barrel.

He alternately pointed with the pen at the men before focusing his attention on the man standing at the other end.

He commanded, “Repeat that.”

The manager being pointed at shook uncontrollably and swallowed hard.

“Our servers were breached 15 minutes ago.

The hacker has taken all of the information and blueprints for our multi-faceted science and technology park project.”

Five years ago, Sullivan Group made the proposal for a Large-scale scientific and technology park.

They signed contracts with Apliaria’s main divisions two years ago.

It would take a lot of time, money, and people to execute this project, but once it was done, it would undoubtedly become popular throughout Apliaria.

This was why the group had spent the last two years continuously refining its data and layout for the best results.

It was entirely dependent on this park as to whether or not Sullivan

Group would have any voice in Apliaria in the next decades.

There was clearly a lot of work that went into it from the group.

The initiative attracted a lot of interest from the outside world, but they could only watch it unfold since the data was confidential.

But now, a hacker out of nowhere had taken all of the project’s data and design drawings-just before the last draft of the plan was going to be turned in.

Bang!

Odin hurled the pen at the manager’s head when he spoke.

The pen’s cap was only half on, so its tip was exposed when it dropped.

And the tip landed squarely on his forehead.

The pen’s point made a nasty scratch on his forehead.

Black ink from the pen ran along with the blood that seeped from his forehead.

When the pen hit the floor, it shattered into several pieces.

In the heated atmosphere that ensued, no one dared to speak out.

Knock! Knock!

Odin responded sternly, “Come in!”

When the door was pushed open, Wallace walked right in.

Upon entering, he saw the manager bleeding.

He was taken aback, but after his eyes adjusted to the shattered pen on the floor, he grasped what had happened.

He carefully addressed Odin.

“Mr.

Sullivan, I attempted to track the

IP address of the attacker, but the individual is extremely skilled and has already made preparations…”

At this, Odin scowled angrily.

“What do we know so far?”

Wallace waited a moment before speaking.
