A gentle smile formed on Rachel’s lips as she greeted them.

“Rachel, I heard you’ve been very busy with your work lately, and you’ve just returned and retaken over the Bennet Group.

Aren’t you tired?” Roger’s mother felt helpless when she saw Roger’s gestures.

Rachel replied.

Roger’s father reached for the cup on the table and took a sip of tea.

He then put it down slowly, stood up, and glanced at Roger.

“Roger, come with me.

I have something to tell you.”

Confused, Roger raised his brows as he looked up at his father.

He didn’t expect his father to ask him to leave so suddenly.

He didn’t even give Roger a chance to refuse, nor did he give him an explanation.

He turned around after saying that, walked out of the living room, and headed to the study upstairs.

Roger frowned and remained still for some time.

He was concerned that if he left, Rachel would feel uneasy.
