As she stared at Wallace, she did everything she could to control her growing resentment.

Wallace took a look at her and was astounded.

The staff member departed, leaving the two individuals alone at the door.

She was able to see Wallace’s expression through the sunglasses.

She removed her sunglasses gently.

At the sight of her eyes, Wallace’s grin stopped and he stared at her in disbelief with wide eyes.

He wondered if his eyes were playing tricks on him.
