“Shelia is dead,” Rachel interrupted.

“Five years ago, when you and

Tara took her out of prison, you forced her to drink poisoned water and killed her.”

Wallace did not respond this time.

“After you killed her, have you ever considered that you’ll drink the same poisoned water that you forced on her back then?” Nudging the bottles of water with her foot, Rachel continued, “Both of these have poison in them.

One will make you feel excruciating pain all over your body every five days, and you can’t speak again.

The other one is the same poisoned water that you gave Shelia.

If you drink it, you’ll die in less than five minutes.

As for which bottle you will drink from, that depends on God.”

Wallace, visibly shaken, flung the bottles away in panic.

“Fuck you!”

A resonant crash echoed through the empty warehouse as two water bottles were tossed against the wall before eventually landing on the floor.

“I won’t drink it!” Wallace shouted.

“Whatever, Rachel uttered, looking unperturbed.

There was neither food nor water in the warehouse, and it was common knowledge that extreme hunger could force a person to eat even dirt.
