They got out of the car.

Once you and Roger get married, I’ll be your sister-in-law.

You can call me Clara.”

“Why are you here?”

Let’s go inside first,” Roger suggested.

Clara glanced at him as she smiled.

“It’s all because of this brat.

He was worried that you would be unsatisfied with the dress, so he asked me to come and take a look.

I’m a pregnant woman who is about to give birth!”

She rolled her eyes and continued, “But I also want to see how you will look in the dress.

You’re so beautiful and have such a good figure.

I’m sure you’ll look beautiful in the dress.

You looked pretty at the party before.

And since this dress is tailor-made for you, it will be much more beautiful.

You will be the talk of the town at the engagement party.”

They followed the staff into the studio and went straight to the fitting room which was on the third floor.

Eva was waiting at the door of the fitting room.

She was surprised to see Rachel, but she immediately schooled her features.

“Miss Bennet, I didn’t expect my client today would be you.”

Eva accompanied Rachel into the fitting room, while Clara and Roger sat on the sofa in the hall as they waited outside.
