"What?" Nina was stunned. She immediately pulled her hand away and stepped back. "What nonsense are you talking about? You want me to abort the baby now? I won't do it!"

Nash's eyes bore into hers with a stern intensity. "Your body is not fit for pregnancy. If you terminate the pregnancy, it won't drain your nutrients, and you might live longer. The longer you live, the more chances you'll have. Do you understand?" His words were urgent and decisive.

"I don't believe you! I don't trust you! You're trying to deceive me!" she shouted, shaking her head.

"Nina!" Nash moved closer. "I will find a way. Just trust me. If you terminate the pregnancy, you won't have to suffer this much!"

He knew exactly what she was going through. From the moment her arms started bruising, he knew her days would only grow more painful.

"Stay back!" Nina's eyes were red with tears, her voice filled with despair. "How can you say such things?
