Chapter 85

Third Person’s POV

“The memories come slowly, I see.”, She took a seat on the bed and signaled Grace to sit beside her.

“Who are you? And how come you are in my dream and How do I know your name? And…”

“Take a deep breath, Grace!”, She said, interrupting Grace in between.

“There are a lot of things to explain but right now, you can consider me as your guardian. And I am just here to warn you that some creatures have already started their moves to hurt you.”

“Hurt me?”, Grace asked in confusion. “But why?”

“You are Dominic’s Mate, his luna. He already claimed you and made this bond official if you forget.”, Blushed, Grace put her chin in her lap and hugged her feet while Jane just laughed a little.

“Do you know why he chose me?”

“When the memories come into your head, you will understand.”, She said and tapped Grace’s head like she was a child. Sighed, she closed her eyes when she felt something come into her head.

‘A dream in a dream?’

‘No….’

‘It was something else.’

“A memory…”, Jane answered her and smiling “Let it come, race. You need to remember.”

Grace closed her eyes and let the picture come. It was fast at first, a picture of the prince was shown and this time it was clear. He had tied his long hair with a ribbon and was on his knee. Grace was shocked to see Zayden at the place of the prince. And then the pretty Jennifer, with her short black hair, who had her feet on Zayden’s left thigh and Zayden was making her wear an anklet made up of flowers.

For an unknown reason, Grace started feeling jealous.

“Don’t be jealous. Look clearly.”

Jane’s voice made her think really hard to see her clearly. It was hard at first but she tried to concentrate when finally she saw her clearly.

‘Oh god…’

‘Why didn’t I realize it at first?’

Gasped, she opened my eyes and met Jane’s warm gaze with her teary eyes.

“Jane…she…she is..”, Choked, Grace couldn’t finish her word but Jane nodded her head to answer her.

“She is you, Grace.”, She confirmed.

“That’s why I was having the same dream again and again?”, Grace asked, to which Jane nodded. “And that’s why he chose me as his mate?”

“Yes. Zayden might have had no idea about it but…but Dominic knew it’s you from the first time he saw you, Grace.”, explained and like the picture, Grace felt something inside her heart.

It was the feeling that Jennifer felt.

Every laugh, every memory came into her mind and she tried to not throw up with it.

It was too much…

“Take a deep breath and relax. I know it hurts your head.”, She said softly.

“But who are you?”

“I am someone because of whom you died in your previous life. And I blame myself for that. But I promise that history won’t repeat this time.”

Grace looked at her in confusion.

“Stay strong, Grace…”

Gasped,

Grace got up from her bed and realized she was back from that room to her room where she was sleeping with Zayden.

“Argh..”, She touched her head when it hurt before feeling someone touch on her head. From the warmth and how soft she felt, she knew who he was.

Zayden…

He watched her with a worried face. “You are hurt, Sweetheart?”, he asked. Crying, She knew why he suddenly chose her as his mate, the moment he saw me months back.

I couldn’t imagine how Dominic waited for almost a whole decade to finally meet me.

He waited patiently until God released my soul and finally the reincarnation of Jennifer to the earth.

I am Jennifer.

I am her reincarnation…

“Grace?”, Grace met Dominic’s gaze and he knew that she understood everything by now because he already had an idea of it. Sobbed, she cupped his face before abruptly embracing him tightly.

‘Oh God, how this man keeps waiting for me, for Jennifer.’

“Dom…”, She murmured while putting her face on his neck.

Taken aback by her words, She felt him tense before pulling back a little to meet my eyes. Grace could see that Dominic had taken control of Zayden’s body. He looked shocked, shocked that she had been called by the nickname which she used to call him in their previous life.

Slowly he gave her a small smile before speaking. “You remembered me?”, He whispered while cupping her face.

Finally…..

“Jennifer…My Jennifer…My Grace…Mine…Mine…”, he whispered then gave her a tight embrace.

They kept hugging each other as their life depended on each other.

‘Oh God! Why didn’t I see it earlier?’

‘Why did it take this long for me to finally remember him?

‘This is the place where I belong, with my mate, my lover, my man, my husband, my Dom and Zay.’, She thought.

Jane smiled when seeing both of them finally together and happy.

She knew it’s too early to feel happy, but she couldn’t stop the smile from her face.

They need each other.

They belong to each other.

But then, she knew the curse which Dominic had received.

Now that, he had claimed his mate in every way. It was the time when the curse would start working in this way or that way.

But with the power of seeing a glimpse of the future, she promised to keep Grace safe as much as she could.

Suddenly, she saw a vision!

Is that?

A bunch of vampires.

Wyatt.

Sighed, she knew how badly he wanted to take revenge on Zayden, and now he would do anything to make sure that Zayden’s mate would die.

‘But I can’t let that happen.

I can’t see my baby sister dying again.

And for that, I know that I have to change the future.’

Seeing, Grace in Zayden’s arms, Jane smiled and ran away from there to work on her plan.
