Chapter 8

AMERY'S

POV:

"Pink and perfect." A cocky voice whispered in my ears, fondling with my n*****s.

"Gosh! P-please." I wanted to plead but it came out as a croak causing whoever to increase his pace as he sucked my n*****5.

Another hand made it's way to my a*s cheek, caressing and fondling gently. I turned and squirmed letting out low moans.

"s**t!" I cursed at the feeling of a moist tongue lapping and licking me out. My breaths hitched up in pleasure as I allowed whoever continue their s****l toture.

Wait, who were these men? Despite the pleasure I was getting it didn't feel all right. I tried to get a glimpse of my tormentors but it felt so blurry, like it was all a mirage or a dream.

A hand running through my petite body, sliding through the sides up to my shoulders gently fondling with my skinny shoulders. At this point I was focused more on the hands on my shoulder and monitored its movement. Suddenly I felt choked, my eyes became teary as I struggled to take in breaths. Suddenly my eyes snapped and I was met with the familiar grey eyes and the peculiar disgust and anger that clouded it whenever he stared at me. Levi! I felt his strong palms squashing my necks together. My heart thudded against my ribcage threatening to break out the next minute.

I managed to pull his hands a little and dared to ask.

"W-what are you doing?" I choked out. "Why do you want me dead?"

This wasn't the first occasion where he had shown how much he hated me or wanted me dead. The first meeting with the wolves brothers was enough proof he hated me at first sight.

His voice broke through my reverie, my eyes teary as he tightened his grip on my neck.

"What does it look like I am doing?" He laughed hysterically, leaving a smug smile on his lips when he was done. "Ending your life, Amery"

I shivered in fright as I felt an insane wave of panic and dread flood through my veins as I saw the look of determination flash through his grey eyes.

I closed my eyes gently praying for someone to barge in but no one came in, so I did the best thing I could do.

I screamed!

"f**k!" He cursed, but it was too late as Asher and Quincy rushed into the room, with concerned looks on their faces.

Asher's concerned face turned dark with anger, he charged forward pulling Levi away from me.

Phew. I sighed, my throat ached and felt all clogged up. I needed water to clear my parching throat. My mind felt all foggy and I wasn't thinking straight.

"Here." A calm voice spoke to me holding a glass of water in his hands, I looked up and it was ever brooding.

"Thank you." I muttered, grabbing the water from his hands, gulping all the content down, but in the process his muscular hands touched mine, and Lord, it left tingles on my palm.

I felt a weight on the bed, Asher sat on the bed and caressed my hair with his hands leaving tingles on my scalp.

Smiling down at me, I blushed avoiding his gaze turning my face to the other side.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

Right now I could boldly say that Asher was my favorite amongst the three of them and my least favorite still remains Levi.

"Yes." I replied to him, playing with the glass cup in my hands.

"Right. We are leaving."

Huh? I snapped my head towards his direction as confusion mapped around my brain. Leaving? To where?

"To our pack, to present you as our mate to our father, The Alpha King." He stated.

Oh, my heart hastened a bit as fear of the unknown wanted to take over. I fisted my hands in nervousness. Ever since I found myself here I tried to blank my mind to a whole lot of things, ignoring some thoughts I knew I would face later on. Sean, Natasha, My parents. They all felt like my past, I wasn't hurting anymore from Sean cheating on me or Natasha's betrayal. But I was quite broken as I remembered my parents.

I refused to believe it was a lie that they've been lying to me my whole life, refusing to believe I am a wolf.

"Don't think too much." Quincy spoke up, probably after noticing my pale looks.

"Let her think as much as she wants to think. She won't be accepted into our pack as our mate."

"And who would be the judge of that?" Asher asked, getting irritated at Levi's attitude.

Asher mentioned I was their mate, but he never told me I'd follow them to their pack. With Levi talking about rejection, I just hope I was accepted because my life outside was a complete mess.

"The Alpha King."

"Who is the Alpha King?" I immediately slapped my hands over my mouth as I blurted out the question.

They all looked at me but their gaze held different meanings.

"He is the ruler of the pack, and our father." Asher replied to me. "You don't need to be scared, I am here."

Quincy excused himself minutes after, he had to fix up his loads as well as the loads of his brothers before heading out, leaving Asher, Levi and I in the room.

Levi left almost immediately but not without casting a look of disgust at me.

I sighed. Let's see what this journey would bring, I braced myself up mentally for what the Journey would bring.

I tried to contain my nervousness but I guess it was just too much and could keep me contained or kept away. I don't know why, for some reasons I was extremely scared and skeptical about meeting their father, The Alpha King.

I would blame it on what Levi told me when I was standing outside, with Asher running inside to grab something. The Alpha King was really heartless like Levi, has a very handsome face but ruthless. I wondered why Levi told me these but I listened anyway.

The Alpha King had once fed one of his servants to a pack of starved newborns to be eaten just for interrupting him when he spoke, a chill shiver ran through my spine as the thought came running back.

My palm became sweaty and the more we moved, I realized how close we were to the pack. My heart kept beating. My eyes darted around in panic.

"Amery, you good?" Asher asked me, pulling his eyes off the road and landing on mine.

"U-m yes." I managed to tell him, immediately turning my eyes away from his handsome face towards the window.

"You have not heard anything about the Alpha King and you are this shaky...or?" He gave me a pointing look. "Has he told you?"

I immediately nodded in disapproval, I don't want them fighting and arguing because of me, especially when Levi seemed to tick everyone off with his nasty attitude.

"Don't lie to me." His voice thickened and became dangerously low.

I panicked as the car sped on praying we didn't crash or hit anything. I avoided Asher's gaze, I still stand on not telling him about it.

"I'm sorry." He blurted out, his face back to normal, his voice sounded like the usual caring Asher I have always known since I met them.

"It's fine. But be rest assured, no one told me anything." I lied, giving him a large smile.

After driving for a few minutes I felt the car stop, I felt too scared to get down. Fear and dread filled my bones as I felt the whole world crumbling between my eyes.

We were in what seemed like a garden, various ornamental flowers scattered high and low across the environment. Servants were at work, trimming the flowers, plowing the soil. "Let's go." Asher got down from the car waiting for me to do the same, I took deep breaths, I finally got down.

"Gosh. Is she the new Luna?"

Luna? Whatever does that mean?

"She has a pretty face but looks very weak."

"She isn't that pretty as I am."

One after the other servants gave their opinions to my sudden appearance at their pack, I felt a masculine Aura standing right at my back, his hands on my waist as he glared daggers at them. "One more word and you all would be thrown into the dungeon, to be fed off from your flesh till you die." He threatened, his deep voice vibrating in his chest.

"Let's go." He led me slowly through a dark passage which revealed a magnificent palace.

I gave a deep sigh, this is it.
