Silas’s pov

The bastard sits on his throne casually, staring at us. His men surrounding us, like we were their fuc* ing prisoners.

Oh how I wanted to attack him right here and begin the war.

But I stop myself.

Patience.

We have to be patient. It’s not that easy to defeat a man as strong as him.

I look around at the area, which was once the mysterious forest.

And I must admit. He has changed it completely to an inhabitable place for his pack.

The bloodhounds have changed to be his pack members.

What a joke? I wanted to laugh at it.

” I wasn’t informed of the arrival of the third guest we have here.”

He says, settling his eyes on my cold ones. And I clench my fists. Looking back at him with nothing but hated.

Daniel and Volkan look at each other to only have Daniel to speak up.

” Last minute change of plan. We hope you don’t have a problem with it.”

He smirks. Shrugging his shoulders. To lean back.

” Of course not. Instead we are happy to have the newly coronated king among us. Aren’t we?”

I am sure you are, you fuc” er!

I say to myself.

As he asks the bloodhounds and wolves around him. To have them answer with a low growl.

” Where is my daughter Than?”

Volkan asks coming to topic and and Than nods at the guards. Asking them to get her.

Few minutes later, they return bringing along a girl behind them. And I couldn’t stop myself, from looking at her.

She was a little thing.

Her dark hair long, reaching her waist. Kept untidy. Her features nothing special, just ordinary. Her figure was thin, like she wasn’t eating properly.

And she looked rather weak to me.

Are they sure , she is the summouner of light?

And the one that can defeat him? The death wolf?

The girl can barely stand.

Looking weak like an Omega. How can she be my Queen?

However, my mind went blank as soon as she looks up. A sharp pain hitting my chest as her beautiful grey eyes met mine.

Fuc*! They were the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen.

They were storms of grey, veiling storms underneath.

She blinks, as if not able to believe that it was me. To only smile.

I don’t reciprocate.

Keeping up my cold fascade. Making both Daniel and Volkan to rush forward. Hugging her, like she was their life.

Their reunion ends and she takes slow dreaded steps towards me.

Her eyes tearing.

Why the hell is she crying? Is she sick or what? Don’t tell me I have to keep up with this psycho.

” S- Silas?”

She asks. And I wanted to roll my eyes at her. Of course I know my name. She doesn’t need to tell that to me.

Biting my tongue, stopping myself from retorting. I see her moving closer to me.

Making me a little anxious.

What does she want? I don’t even know her.

And then. Before I could stop her.She literally jumps on me with tears streaming down her eyes.

Hugging me tightly like her life was dependent on it.

” Sil..as I miss- ed you so much!”

She cried. And I just go still. Not hugging her back. Doing nothing.

I gulp. Feeling her scent hit me and I couldn’t recognise it.

There was no sparks, nothing.

I don’t know how long we stayed like that. I almost felt suffocated. I wanted her to move back, but she doesn’t.

Not even realising that I wasn’t hugging her back.

Was she acting?

If she was, I must say it was brilliant. I almost got fooled by it.

” Alexandria”

Daniel calls from behind. And she finally let’s me go. Looking back at Daniel and then back at me.

” Dad..he is doing good dad. My Silas is fine now”

She says, pulling up my hands. To hold them. Moving her trembling fingers on my forearms…she feels my touch. Like she has longed for it for ages,while I feel bothered.

I hate it when they touch, why is she touching me like this.

And that also without my permission.

I pull back my hands from her grip but she doesn’t seem to notice. To happy to see me.

Daniel realises my discomfort and pulls her back, trying to stop her. But she refuses outrightly.

To settle her eyes back at me. That smile persistent.

” You..you remember me.Don’t you Silas? You still…you still love me right?”

I look at her with widened eyes.

What the fuc*?

Love?

Stepping back from her immediately. And her hands drop. Seeing my expression.

That smile vanishes, to have her just blink at me in horror.

Clenching my fists. I refuse to look at her. Trying to ignore her when she audaciously cups my face in her palms, asking me in fear.

” You…you don’t remember me?”

And that was it. My patience drops. And I push back her hands. Roaring at her in disgust.

” What the fuc*! Stop touching me !”

Daniel and Volkan rush forward to attack me, their wolves getting on surface when instead she shows them her hand. Stopping them.

” Don’t”

She utters. Looking at me ,while I meet her vulnerable gaze with my cold one.

” Just don’t”

She repeats her words. Clenching her small hands in fists. To only nod at me, breathing heavily.

Turning around to leave. She looks over her shoulder at Than one last time, who had a smug look on his face.

” Let’s go”

She announced with a voice which was in complete contrast to how I perceived her.

The authority seeped through her words. Showing indeed, she was an Alpha b***d.

Walking away towards safety, Daniel and Volkan follow her.

” Stop my little dove”

Than calls on her. Getting up from his throne to approach her. And her footsteps stop.

Her fists clenching.

Standing in front of her. He smiles down at her. Blocking her path.

” Take care. You know me where to find me.”

He speaks and they continue to stare. Not saying anything. To have a small smile mock in the corner of her lips.

” You too take care Thaneos”

Stepping closer to him. She literally challenges him with authority.

” For who knows when a war breaks out and the history repeats itself.”

” Leaving you at my mercy?”

Shock covers his features, just like all of ours. Fuc*! That was hot. I never thought the little scared girl had it in her.

It was the Thaneos. We are talking about.

He can kill all of us in a second if he wishes to.

Yet see her bravery.

Than takes a loose tendril of her hair and sniffs it. As if trying to control himself from loosing his sh**. To only hmm , a small smile on his lips as he tucks it behind her ear, stepping back from her path, letting her walk away.

” I will be waiting for you my little dove.”
