"Be right back," Hamilton replied, hanging up the phone.

At the Fowler Estate.

Westley sat in the living room, his face a storm cloud of anger.

Next to him were Victor's parents.

Victor was the sole heir of the Henkel family.

This time, Hamilton had gone too far with Victor, and the Henkels were ready to burn bridges with the Fowlers to seek justice.

The moment Hamilton walked in, Westley hurled his cane at him.

"You damn fool! Are you trying to be the death of me?"

Hamilton dodged smoothly and picked up the cane, walking over to Westley.

"Don't actually die on me!"

He handed the cane back to Westley with a calm demeanor.

Fuming, Westley grabbed the cane and lashed out at Hamilton, who didn't even try to dodge this time.

The cane struck him hard.

Alden, watching from the side, winced at the impact.

But Hamilton just scoffed, "Had enough? Or do you want to hit me again?"

Westley felt his blood boiling with rage.

"You're a disaster! For some worthless woman, look at what you've done! You've been ruthless to your own brother, crippling a lifelong friend! Hamilton, you're really something!" Hamilton just smirked, "I'm just ridding society of vermin. It's a favor, really."

That comment set the Henkels off.

"What do you mean by that, Hamilton?"

Hamilton, still wearing a smile, said coolly, "What I mean? Surely, you know what kind of son you've raised? Nothing but trash. What I did to him was letting him off easy!"

The Henkels were red with fury at Hamilton's words.

"Mr. Fowler, our families have been connected for decades, and look at what your grandson has done!"

Westley slapped Hamilton across the face without a moment's hesitation.

Hamilton took the slap without flinching, then chuckled, "Oh, and not only did I deal with Victor, but I also broke his legs. He hasn't received proper medical care these past few days, so standing might be a challenge for him now." Victor's mother fainted upon hearing this.

Idris Henkel, boiling with rage, stared at Hamilton, "Do you think our family is afraid of the Fowlers?"

Hamilton looked down on him, his eyes full of disdain, "If you dare, then bring it on."

Idris, nearly choking on his anger, helped Lorelei up, casting a forced smile at Westley.

"What a splendid heir you've raised!"

Westley's face was dark as thunder.

"Don't worry, we'll return the boy to you, and I'll ensure he gets the best medical attention to recover fully."

With Westley's promise, Idris gave Hamilton a final glare.

"Mr. Fowler has truly become formidable. We wouldn't dare to offend!"

After they left, Westley grabbed a coral decoration from the table and threw it at Hamilton, hitting him hard enough to draw blood.

"You'll reflect on your actions at home. The affairs of the Fowler family don't need your meddling for now!"

After Westley left, Alden rushed to Hamilton's side, "Bro, are you okay?"

Hamilton just smiled, lighting a cigarette, "I'll live."

Alden frowned, "I've called a doctor. Just hang on."

Hamilton took a drag, "Yeah."

Alden hesitated, wanting to ask about Natalia, but ultimately held back. Elsewhere.

Anita Fowler, having heard the news, rushed to find Bella in the garden.

Bella sat there, embodying grace in her simple yet elegant dress, looking exceptionally beautiful.

Anita ran up to her, "Great Aunt, grandpa beat up my big brother terribly."

Bella stood up immediately, "Where is he?"

"In the living room, with Alden."

Bella hurried off, "Was it because of that woman again?"

Anita nodded, "It seems big brother is serious this time."

Bella's eyes flickered with intrigue, "Anyone who can capture your brother's heart must be special."

Upon reaching the living room, Bella's concern was palpable.

"What are you doing here?" Hamilton's tone darkened.

"I heard you were hurt."

She looked at him with a mix of concern and reproach, "Why must you always antagonize him?" Hamilton brushed her off.

"Aren't you happy to see me like this?"

Bella's face showed hurt.

Anita couldn't stand it anymore, "Big brother! Great Aunt is just worried about you, can't you see?" Alden pulled her back, "Stay out of it."

Their family knew about the friction between Hamilton and Bella.

Anita, furious, declared, "He deserves it for being so stubborn!"

She turned to Bella, "Let him suffer. He brought it on himself!"

But Bella only cared for Hamilton's well-being, "Did you call a doctor?"

Hamilton took a puff of his cigarette, "Yeah."

Bella nodded, relieved, "Rest up these next few days. I'll make you some soup."

After finishing her sentence, she turned and walked away.

Hamilton watched her leave, his eyes still frosty.

Natalia had been resting at home for five days before she started to feel a bit stronger.

She tried to adjust her mood, trying not to dwell too much.

But for some reason, she couldn't help but think of Hamilton. He even appeared in her dreams these past few nights.

She poured herself a glass of water, distractedly not noticing it had already overflowed.

Scarlett came over and took the jug from her hands.

"Sweetie, let me handle this kind of stuff from now on, okay?"

Natalia offered a strained smile, "I was just spacing out."

Scarlett looked at her.

"What's on your mind?"

Natalia avoided her gaze.

"It's nothing."

Seeing her reaction, Scarlett didn't pry further.

"Don't overthink; let the past be the past."

Natalia nodded, "Yeah."

She gathered herself, ready to head to work.

But before she could step out, Scarlett let out a shout.

"Holy smokes! Who the heck posted this online?"

Natalia paused, "What?"

Scarlett quickly hid her phone.

"It's nothing, Natalia, you... you should rest at home for a couple more days."

Natalia's smile tightened.

Scarlett felt guilty under her gaze.

After a moment, she finally showed her phone.

On the screen was a video of Natalia, with Victor pinning her down.
