Dear reader:

You are valuable, important and you are enough—more than enough. Never doubt that. You don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need to have all the answers.

I’m going to risk myself here and ask you a couple of things. First, don’t be hard on yourself. You have been through a lot, so please be kind to yourself and to others. And second, please don’t give up. You are not alone in this.

I know sometimes the panorama might look dark, but there are things in this life that are worth living for, to keep fighting for. And if things are getting out of hand, it’s brave to ask for help. Mental health matters in the same way physical health matters, so don’t hesitate to ask for help.
