I went to purchase the lottery ticket earlier today.

After almost thirty years the time has finally arrived for the draw of that number that I made a point of writing down in my very first entry of November 28th, 1965.

Luckily I came to my senses in time!

What the hell was I doing? What the hell was I thinking?

I’m the CEO of what was fast on its way to becoming a multibillion dollar company. I don’t need any more money – especially money that could bring unnecessary attention my way.

I tore it up, and never even bothered to watch the draw that took place earlier this evening.

Yep, it’s great having money to burn!
