Chapter 22: Jane's POV - Diary entry 3

Hi diary,

Its night now and I’m sitting at the table. I woke up feeling very scared and alone until I felt a tail, Jessie’s tail softly curl around mine and everything was okay for a moment I was so happy I almost cried.

I had to move away or I might not have been able to stop myself from curling close to his warm body . . .

I have a big problem . . . I feel like I like Jessie . . . like, like him you know like the way Ian liked Jenny and look at how that turned out.

No Jessie is not like Jenny but I saw how Ian was and how he feels ever since he found her out I don’t want anyone to ever again have that much power over me . . .

Besides Jessie is too young. . . way,way too young for me.
