Chapter 355 I Grew Up with Him

Mia raised her eyes and looked at the man who was walking toward her. She had a kind of excitement that she finally began to conquer. She called out to him with a smile,

"Huston!"

"I'm here." Huston handed her the mask in his hand. "Put it on

first. The lights at home may be exciting. I'll get someone to change them tomorrow."

It had been less than five minutes since Mia entered the door,

and her cheeks had begun to turn red.

Mia put on her mask and exposed her eyes. It was not difficult

to tell that she was in a good mood, and her eyes were full

of smiles. "Huston, I'll have to trouble you in the future. Don't

dislike me."

Her tone was very intimate, as though they were family that had been together for a long time. However, Mia did not

address him as a brother.

Evelyn stood at the side and watched. Mia hadn't even

taken the initiative to greet her, but Evelyn was afraid of interrupting. Evelyn looked like an outsider who had been neglected.

Out of the corner of her eye, Evelyn saw that Sadie was going to get her luggage. It was not easy for her at such an old age. She took a step forward and took it from Sadie. "Sadie, take the small one. I'll carry this."

In fact, there were only three pieces of luggage, two big

boxes, and a small box.

"No way!" Sadie refused to let go of her. "I'm used to working.

It's okay. Miss Shelton, you don't have to help. Just give it to

me."

Neither of them gave in. Suddenly, a black shadow pressed down on their heads, and then the back of their hands

became warm, and then the heavy force disappeared.

Huston held the suitcase with his big hand. It looked so heavy just now, but now he felt relaxed.

Evelyn sighed from the bottom of her heart. "As expected of a

man who gets up at six o'clock every morning to exercise!"

After that, Evelyn gave Huston a smile.

Sadie was amused by her. Sadie turned her face away and pursed her lips secretly. Huston raised his eyebrows as if to confirm her praise. He picked up the baby with her other hand and turned to go upstairs with him.

She and Sadie looked at each other.

Mia watched as Huston went upstairs. As if she had just thought of something comforting, she came over and

greeted her. "Hello, Miss Shelton, I'm Mia, Huston's childhood

sweetheart. We've met before."

Childhood sweethearts?

Evelyn bit the soft flesh on the wall of her mouth with her teeth and smiled. "Hello, I'm Huston's girlfriend."

Mia didn't expect Evelyn to be so straightforward. Her eyelashes fluttered, and Mia raised her hand to brush the hair behind her ear. "It seems that you have a good relationship

with Huston. I haven't heard him mention you before. I hope you don't mind."

"I don't mind." Evelyn quickly distanced herself from him. "I'm just introducing myself."

Evelyn had to admit that her sister, Miss Klein, was

overthinking things.

Mia smiled and didn't say anything else. Just as Huston came

downstairs, the two of them stopped talking.

After moving the luggage upstairs, Mia arranged a guest

and quiet, suitable for patients to recuperate.

Although Mia was not very satisfied, she could not say anything, so she had to make do with it.

Sadie had cleaned up the house. The furniture and clothes

were all new, enough for her to wear.

When she was packing up, Mia suddenly took out dark gray stuff from the compartment of the suitcase. Mia opened it and saw that it was a wool scarf.

Mia handed it to him and said gently, "When I have nothing

to do in North Town villa, I weave things to kill time. I didn't

celebrate your birthday this year, so I wanted to weave a scarf for you. It's just a little ugly."
