Chapter 416 Take Me to Meet Your Parents as Soon as Possible

"Are you downstairs?" Evelyn subconsciously stood by the

window and looked down. Then, she realized that the kitchen

was not facing the road.

thermos bottle and left the kitchen. When she saw that Lucy was still sitting in the living room, she took out the trash bag she had just tidied up and said guiltily, "Mom, I'm going downstairs to throw away the garbage and take a walk."

asked, "Why were you crying on New Year's Eve?"

family make things difficult for you?"

Huston listened without showing much expression. There was

no anger or annoyance on his face. He simply felt sorry for Evelyn. If the other person weren't her aunt, he would have made her pay for it. What a pity.

"So you should take me to meet your parents as soon as possible. That way, people won't gossip and speculate." This

was the only and best way to resolve these matters.

At the mention of this, she felt a headache coming on. She

had thought that it would be best to let the relationship develop naturally, but she had forgotten that, besides herself, her parents were also bearing a lot of pressure.

Evelyn thought for a moment and said, "Didn't my dad agree

to let my mom accompany me back to the Royal Villa and meet you? If my mom is available and wants to go, I won't stop

her."

"Okay." Huston couldn't wait to see her parents. He had

wanted to see them for a long time but hadn't had the chance. "I will return home in the afternoon on January 4th. Sadie will also be there, so there should be enough time for

dinner."
