Sue was a pretty girl, and she never lacked a suitor. But she was not into marriage.

Although she looked gentle and soft, she was actually a resolute girl. She started her own channel on Instagram in college, and she had her own studio before she graduated.

Over a year after she graduated, she had achieved a million dollars in annual income. That was a big success for most graduates!

Basically, Sue had money and lots of free time. She usually enjoyed tending her garden. She didn't have much interest in finding a boyfriend.

Vicky was amused at Sue's words. "You are

funny! It's easy to find a guy but not easy to find a guy like Harley!"

Sabrina was married, but she didn't have her wedding. She agreed with Vicky," Exactly."

Sabrina was not unhappy with her husband. But her husband was an engineer. He loved Sabrina very much, but he was straightforward, not romantic. He never paid much attention to the subtle details. After a thought, Sue thought Sabrina was right. "I don't think the reason I've been single all these years is on me."

She pushed up her glasses, "It's because I ever met a guy like Harley."

"You're bragging. Even if you did meet one, I bet you wouldn't dare to go up to him. Do you have Cindy's guts?"

Actually, all three of them thought Cindy was the one who initiated confessing her feelings to Harley.

Sue got another blow from her friend." Whatever. I feel fine being single."

"Don't be upset. You have a chance."

Cindy was sleeping drowsily. She had no idea that the other two were envying her. Cindy had motion sickness patches on her temples, so she didn't feel particularly uncomfortable in the car, but she was sleepy. Unconsciously, her eyes closed, and she drifted off to sleep.

Cindy slept for a long time. When she woke up, she found herself lying in bed somehow.

She was confused. She remembered she was in the car. How come she woke up in bed now?

The curtains were drawn closed and it was dim in the room. Cindy couldn't see anything after she had just woken up.

She panicked and got a little scared." Harley?"

In the large, dark room, no one answered. Cindy was instantly awake. She hurriedly got up and fumbled for the light switch on the wall and immediately turned on the light when she touched it. But the light was dim. When the light came on, Cindy squinted and realized she was in a hotel room.

Cindy felt insecure when she woke up and found Harley was not around. She hurriedly groped for her phone and called Harley while walking out of the room.

It was a suite. Outside the bedroom were a small living room and a dining room.

Cindy walked into the living room. Harley quickly answered the phone. "You're awake?"

Cindy felt at a loss and she was a little anxious, "Where are you?" Her tone sounded pitiful.

"I went to get our luggage."

Just after Harley's answer, Cindy heard a sudden "drip" at the door, and the door was thrown open.

Harley walked in with the luggage. Cindy froze for a second. Then she ran right over to Harley and threw herself into Harley's arms and cooed, "I woke up and couldn't find you."

Many people felt at a loss when they woke up, and some people got moody. Cindy was not moody but felt insecure when she woke up and saw that she was in a strange room, without Harley around. Now that Harley was back, she immediately got emotional.

This was the first time Harley had seen Cindy like this. She hugged him tightly as if she was afraid he would be gone the next minute.

The door was still open. Harley pushed the luggage aside, circled Cindy with one arm, and closed the door with the other.

After closing the door, Harley leaned in and kissed Cindy on the lips. Seeing Cindy's bare feet, he frowned and carried her up in his arms. "Why aren't you wearing slippers?
