The menu was filled with delicacies, which were all sold for thousands of dollars. It could be seen that people who came to this restaurant were either wealthy or powerful. Scarlett had been in Juanton City for so long. If not for Alexander, she wouldn't have known such a place.

A dish was sold for thousands of dollars. To be honest, even if she was rich, Scarlett was unwilling to pay for it.

Yet this was Alexander's treat.

The name of every dish was as graceful as that of the restaurant. And there were detailed descriptions of the dishes so that the customers wouldn't be puzzled.

Although the dishes were expensive, the ingredients were worth it.

They were a group of five. Six dishes and one soup were enough.

Since Scarlett and Raymond were divorced, she didn't look like a material woman anymore. Alexander and the others were friendlier to her than before. Cindy had been charmed by her face for many years. Now she was able to get close to Scarlett. Naturally, she was nice to Scarlett.

It was a happy meal. The atmosphere was cordial.

After dinner, Scarlett looked down at her watch. It was past two p.m. when she left home, and now it was nearly eight p.m.

In the blink of an eye, the day had gone by.

She took a sip of water to clean her mouth. As she was about to leave, Alexander asked, "Scarlett, you don't have anything else to do tonight, right?"

Hearing this, Scarlett raised her eyebrows and put down the cup. "Do you want to ask me out?"

Instantly, Alexander choked on his water. "Don't get me wrong. We'll go to a bar tonight. If you're free, let's go together."

After saying that, Alexander hurriedly glanced at Raymond, trying to prove that he wasn't going to date Scarlett.

Alexander thought, 'Don't misunderstand! I just want to help you!'

Scarlett laughed. "No, I don't like bars."

She didn't like quiet bars either.

Alexander didn't believe it. "Really? The last time you danced at Night Party, you looked like a regular customer."

Scarlett was stunned. "Well, I'm just declining your invitation."

Now that he didn't need her to be polite to him, then she wouldn't bother.

Alexander immediately understood that Scarlett didn't want to stay with them any longer.

Alexander glanced at Raymond. "Then let's gather another day."

Scarlett picked up her bag. "Thank you for dinner, Mr. Smith."

"You're welcome. I'll treat you next time you're free."

Scarlett didn't respond. She didn't think there would be a next time.

Seeing her leaving, Cindy stood up in a hurry." Scarlett, are you going back?"

After spending some time with her, Scarlett had a pretty good impression of Cindy.

Hearing her question, Scarlett nodded. "Have fun."

Cindy replied in disappointment, "Alright, we're done eating. Stephen, let's go back too."

Stephen glanced at Cindy and nodded. They all got up and left the room.
