When Henry called her, Scarlett was picking a book in the study.

Henry snorted. "No. I didn't ask him to say that! He was simply expressing his appreciation for you. Now things have gone too far, so he just called me. He said that he was sorry to get you in trouble and asked me to treat you to a meal."

Scarlett knew that Clair said so just out of politeness. Henry took it seriously, but she didn't. "I'm not a celebrity. These things won't affect me."
