Anyway, Rowan's attitude had finally changed a little.

After the walk, Rowan asked Scarlett to rest.

Raymond texted Scarlett half an hour ago that Larry had dropped him off at the hotel.

Hardly had she sent it than Raymond made a call.

"What are you doing tomorrow?"

Thinking of Rowan's proposal, Scarlett planned to trick him, "Grandpa said he would take me to see his friend's grandson tomorrow."

After a moment's silence, Raymond asked," Do you have any idea where that is?"

"Nope."

"Well, it's time to go to bed," Raymond then said nothing.

Scarlett thought he got angry, "Raymond?"

"Ah-huh?"

"Are you mad?"

"No, I'm not."

He knew Rowan was not happy with him, and it was not the first time Rowan had introduced Scarlett to other men.

He did not get angry but planned to have someone find out who Scarlett was meeting the next day.

His tone was the same as usual. It really didn't sound angry.

But if Scarlett did not make it clear, Raymond must believe it.

Scarlett chuckled, "I'm kidding. I'm going to the hospital to visit Mr.Fratelli."

Raymond was stunned. After knowing her trick, he smiled, "God, I almost fell into your trap. Don't trifle with me, okay?"

Scarlett snorted, "I didn't expect you to believe it."

"I believe whatever you say."

Scarlett blushed, though Raymond was not in her presence.

Seeing the dark sky, Scarlett touched her burning face and said, "I got an early day tomorrow. I'll get washed.”

"Okay, good night."

Scarlett smiled after hanging up.

Rowan was old. He slept and woke up early.

When Scarlett came downstairs at seven, she met Rowan, who had just finished morning exercise. Seeing her getting up so early, Rowan asked with concern, "Why are you waking up so early? Not used to the strange room, are you?"

Scarlett shook her head and said, "I went to bed early. I slept fine."

Rowan nodded reassuringly, "Good.

Sleeping early and waking up early is good for your health. Young people always stay up late. That's unhealthy. Larry often goes to bed after twelve!"

Scarlett smiled, "He's busy."

Rowan snorted, "Forget him! Let's have breakfast."

'This guy works all day. He is in his thirties and has no girlfriend!'

If he goes on like this, when will I have a great-grandchild?' Rowan thought.

"Well, let' go."

When they finished breakfast, Larry went downstairs and greeted lazily, "Morning." Scarlett then said, "Morning, Larry."

When she thought of Rowan's complaints about him, she couldn't help laughing.

Then Viviana also smiled, "Alas! Your brother's in his thirties, but he doesn't even have a girlfriend, let alone a wife."
