Taylor's talent in the fashion design world is beyond question, especially when it comes to networking-few can match her, except maybe those at Rose's Studio. Even Lydia can't hold a candle to her.

Lydia, though, always figured it was just because she was younger. She was convinced that given a couple more years, she'd outshine Taylor. Plenty of top-tier fashion houses wanted her, including Rose's Studio. Was she out of her mind to come here instead? "No way... She actually brought Taylor over..."

"Oh my gosh..."

"Never underestimate her!"

The folks at Florik Entertainment were floored, and Diego swallowed hard, disbelief etched on his face. Their young lady was something special...

Henrik was caught off guard too, but he quickly pulled himself together, a mix of bemusement and admiration showing. His little sister was anything but ordinary. She knew all the top-tier players.

"Welcome to Florik Entertainment," he said, extending his hand with warmth and politeness.

Bennett and Lydia's expressions turned sour. Bennett, in particular, felt like he'd been dealt a severe blow. He had signed Lydia to flaunt his success, but they had turned around and signed an even bigger player. Next to Taylor, Lydia was... well, insignificant. This "Night of Destiny" fashion show was shaping up to be another loss for them!

Bennett quickly hatched a plan: "Taylor, I'm the CEO of Starlight Entertainment. In the realm of fashion design, Florik Entertainment can't compete with us. How about joining our team? How does an annual salary of ten million sound? Or name your price-Starlight Entertainment is rich in everything but cash worries."

Taylor and her crew looked at him as if he were out of his mind. Money? Who's short of that these days? They joined Florik Entertainment because of Flora.

"Starlight Entertainment-" Taylor mused.

"Yes, yes, exactly!" Bennett nodded eagerly.

"And what exactly is that?" Taylor smirked.

Bennett's smile faltered.

Noticing the tension between

Bennett and Henrik, Taylor didn't mince words "Also, Lydia's your new

hire, right? she said, turning to Lydia. "Consider this a heads-up: she might not even be qualified to attend the Night of Destiny' fashion show. You might want to check her track record before signing heron."

Rose's Studio was also investing in the "Night of Destiny" show, and with Howell's say-so, Lydia wouldn't even make it through the door.

"What are you implying?" Bennett asked, puzzled, turning to Lydia with a frown.

Lydia's face, already pale, turned a shade of embarrassment. Afraid Taylor might spill more, she bit her lip and bolted, practically fleeing the scene. Bennett sighed heavily and chased after her. en FindNovel

With that, the spectacle came to an end.

The crew at Florik Entertainment couldn't help but feel a bit smug. Strutting around so boldly before, and now scurrying off like a wet dog? Outside, Bennett caught up with Lydia. "Miss Lydia, what's going on? You didn't really mess up, did you?"

"You doubt me? Fine, then! Let's just cancel the contract; I'm done with your company!"

"No, no, no..." Bennett quickly reassured her. Even if she wasn't up to Taylor's level, she still had talent.

"So, just to be clear, you're sure you can participate in the 'Night of Destiny' fashion show, right?"

"Of course!" Lydia snapped, gritting her teeth.

She refused to believe Howell would actually ban her from the

competition. Surely, he'd consult Rose before making such a drastic decision, and Rose wouldn't be as rash.
