"Who even cares! It's just a simple trick, nothing to brag about!"

Brianna's face, still holding on to a touch of baby fat, was now flushed with anger. She huffed, slung her backpack over her shoulder, and stormed off.

In the past, everyone would have been worried about upsetting her and would have rushed to calm her down. But now, they were all eager to learn from Flora how she had managed to create such an impressive defense system. No one had the time to cater to Brianna's mood swings. After waiting in the hallway for what felt like ages and seeing no one come after her, she stomped her foot in frustration. "They're being so mean, so annoying!" she fumed.

Just then, Brianna's phone pinged. She glanced at the screen; it was Aisha calling.

"What's up, cousin?"

"Hey, where are you? I'm near your school. Wanna hang out?"

"Sure, send me the address. I'll be right there."

Brianna was feeling pretty sulky and needed someone to talk to. After hanging up, she headed to the café Aisha mentioned.

When she arrived, she saw Aisha sitting against the wall, wearing a hat and a mask.

"Cousin!"

She walked over and sat down across from her.

"Why does our little princess look so unhappy?"

Aisha scrutinized her expression, a flash of sharpness in her eyes.

"Don't even get me started! It's all because of that Flora! Ugh, I just don't get what's so great about her, why everyone is so obsessed with her!"

Brianna pouted and vented about Flora. The café was already warm, and her heated rant made her face even more flushed.

Hearing the name 'Flora,' a chill flashed in Aisha's eyes. She had only recently heard from Brianna that she knew Flora too. And coincidentally, not only did they know each other, but there was also quite a bit of tension between them.

Aisha was too embarrassed by her defeat at Flora's hands to tell Brianna about her vendetta.

"She's too much!"

After hearing Brianna out, Aisha echoed, "Who does she think she is, just some country girl from Cedarvale thinking she can strut around Maple Grove?"

"Look how mad our little princess is." Aisha tenderly wiped the sweat from Brianna's forehead with a tissue, her gaze shadowed and thoughtful. "You know, that woman is too arrogant. How about... I help you deal with her?"

That was Aisha's real purpose for contacting Brianna. She still harbored resentment from her last encounter with Flora, but her father had made it clear she was not to provoke Flora again. So, she turned her attention to Brianna. With Brianna's status, dealing with Flora would be a piece of cake, and it wouldn't involve her directly.

"Cousin, do you have a plan?" Brianna asked, curious.

"Isn't your team working on a project together? Just find an excuse to meet up with her, and I guarantee, she'll be humiliated and leave Maple Grove of her own accord." Aisha said, excitement flickering in her eyes, as if she could already see Flora's downfall.

Brianna frowned deeply, "Cousin... what exactly do you mean?"

Aisha smiled, "Imagine... if Flora's compromising photos were leaked everywhere, would she have the face to stay in Maple Grove? I guarantee, she'll leave school and crawl back to her countryside home on her own."
