"In the dining room of the Ink Garden, the family was having breakfast around the table.

Maud was seen rushing over.

Everyone else was startled when hearing his words.

Calvin held her hand and walked out of the dining room.

"Belle, you don't have to be worried about this. It isn't worth it to be upset over someone like Liya. She doesn't deserve your attention. You have to be confident in yourself. Calvin held her in his arms, as he snuggled into her hair and said with a tender tone."

Belle didn't say anything. She gently shoved him away.

"Calvin, don't worry. I understand what you mean. You should go to the entrance and deal with Liya first. We shouldn't allow anyone to threaten us. Belle smiled graciously."

"Calvin noticed that she was forcing a smile, and he felt terrible for this. He held her hand tightly."

"Belle, you have to trust me. I can just give up on my inheritance. We can start over in another country with Jerry. I am just an ordinary man. I don't need that stuff, Calvin said. His gaze was filled with pain and helplessness as he comforted her."

Belle smiled without saying anything.
