Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right -
Chapter 1030
Those delivery men exchanged puzzled glances.
Debra explained, "I'm in business, just like my husband. The lady beside me also works in the beauty industry. To put it simply, we're looking to make quick money through some side ventures in the business." "You mean..."
"I've heard that arcades are doing very well these days. Several of my friends have invested, and they're making tens of millions every month. I'm interested too, but I've been struggling to find a way in. If it's just about investing, the shares in those arcades are all taken up already. So, I'm thinking of starting my own."
She glanced at the machines in the box and added, "I know these machines are from Orkgate. I don't want to beat around the bush. If you guys can get me some genuine arcade machines, I promise the reward I give will be more than this."
Liza realized what was going on and was not happy. They were supposed to have beauty programs rather than talk about some shitty business, especially not one related to the Lowe family.
"I can get the machines, but the price..."
"I've got the money. If you can get the machines, I'll pay you the agreed reward, plus more."
The leader nodded and said, "Give me three days. I'll have the machines delivered to the East Dock. You can have someone meet them there."
"Great, thanks." Debra took out a bank card from her wallet and said, "Once we finalize the contract, this card will serve as my deposit. If the machines are fine, I'll pay the balance and the shipping fee. Is that alright with everyone?" Those men were all in it for the money, so there were no objections.
Once the manager and the delivery crew left, Liza complained, "You lied to me. Didn't you say we would be doing beauty programs?"
"Aren't these machines good enough?"
"But..."
"Wait a minute."
Debra pulled out her phone and dialed a number. The line connected soon, and a gruff voice came through.
"What is it?"
Liza's face darkened when she recognized it was Drake.
Debra cleared her throat. "Well, Miss Eaton something to discuss with Can you come to
"I'm busy," Drake refused.

Before he could hang up, Debra added, "What if we've got your machines here? Still busy?"
Drake glanced at the unfamiliar number on his phone.
"Debra?"
"Who else?"
"You bored or something?"
"Are you coming or not?"
"Wait there. I'm on my way."
Liza stomped her foot in frustration. "What's his deal? He doesn't have e for me, but he has time for you?"
