Spoiled by mr. russell chapter 2085-"Why would you waver because of a few words from that woman?" Fred's expression was grim, but he restrained his tone as he continued, "We've been conducting our research for so long and finally found a perfect match for you.

"We can't give up because of what she said. I know you're kind and reluctant, but think about your people and your country's unfinished missions. Our nation needs you the people need you!" The room fell silent again as if the person behind Fred was contemplating her words or he had persuaded her otherwise.

After not receiving an answer, Fred pressed on. "Your Majesty, if that woman's health is so bad, how could she manipulate the doctors and escape from us repeatedly? She's clever, physically fit, and, most importantly, highly compatible with your body.

"This experiment isn't just for you. Our entire country will benefit if it succeeds. We will become the strongest nation in the world, and no one will dare challenge us."

He continued speaking, each word striking a chord with the Queen's heart.

Although there was no response to his words, Fred knew the Queen had heard them because she was no longer hesitantly questioning him.

"Don't let that woman deceive you. It's just another one of her tricks. Leave everything to me and wait for the right time. Then we'll implement the plan, and you'll see it's all worth it!" After a long while, a long sigh sounded from behind Fred. Afterward, there was no more voice.

Fred smiled meaningfully, and a cold light flickered in his deep blue eyes.

A man returned to his empty home, feeling exhausted and empty inside. He removed his tie and kicked off his shoes before collapsing onto the couch without turning on the lights.

After some thought, he went to grab a cold beer from the fridge. As he was about to open it, the lights suddenly turned on, and two children rushed out to spray confetti at him. "Happy birthday, Daddy!"

He froze and slowly turned around. Everything before his eyes seemed like a dream as his two children surrounded him and sprayed him with confetti. Meanwhile, his wife held a giant birthday cake, smiling at him.

Everything felt so beautiful that he dared not move for fear it would all disappear, realizing it was just another dream. He did not move, but his children jumped into his arms. They pouted, saying, "Daddy, why aren't you saying anything? Aren't you happy?"

The feeling of his children in his arms assured him that it was real.

"You... You..." His voice trembled, still unable to complete a sentence. He rested his chin on their tiny shoulders, inhaling their scent.

"You're really here!" he said through his tears.

"Daddy, don't you like us being here?" The children did not understand and looked at him with confusion.
