I’m Not Yours, Alpha – Chapter 56

Dominic slowly opened his eyes. It took him a long time to focus. He had slept for the last eight hours, but after three days of intense s*x calming his omega’s heat it was normal for him to still be exhausted.

It was close to noon which meant they had little left of the reservation. He would have liked to make better use of the place, but the positive part of it all was that their relationship had passed the hurdle that affected them the most. They would have plenty of time to vacation again. Maybe at one of the vacation homes his parents had in the Caribbean. She longed to take him there and perhaps later her puppies.

He knew it wasn’t right to think about that just yet. In addition to the immense workload she had, Aidan was still undergoing treatment and his hormone levels were unstable.

It was true that she had had s*x with him and knotted more than once after each o****m, but as she had been told at the last check-up, the chances of her getting pregnant were very slim. She would need at least, more than a year for her condition to become more secure and her uterus would not collapse carrying the puppy.

For the time being, he would give her everything she needed to make Aidan feel good and relaxed. No matter how long it took. And if he didn’t want to have puppies or finely couldn’t, he would accept it. He was an alpha, but he was not an animal.

He felt his omega stir against him and smiled.

-Did you wake up, love?” he kissed her forehead.

-Five more minutes,” she murmured almost without consciousness and then fell back to sleep.

Dominic smiled wider, noticing that really tender gesture. His skin was completely marked from top to bottom, starting with his red and swollen lips and ending with his thighs full of k****s and finger marks. It would take several days for them to fade, but she found she liked the way they looked.

Both one and the other had lost control getting carried away with the rutting situation. It had been really wonderful but their bodies were a mess, full of marks and to some extent sore.

He lay in bed for several more minutes until he deigned to get out of the cozy warmth of his omega and prepare the conditions for when he awoke.

He headed for the bathroom and set up the Jacuzzi, even with rose petals and scented candle. He liked to be romantic and have that kind of detail. Then he ordered food which was brought almost immediately, as they were simple dishes.

In the midst of the madness of s*x he had had moments of lucidity where he had been in charge of keeping them both hydrated and with some food inside them, but it was not enough. They would eat that light meal and then, with more strength they would go down to the restaurant. He was concerned about his partner’s condition after his first heat so he wanted him to regain strength as quickly as possible and have Madox check on him.

He returned to the bed and kissed Aidan’s forehead lovingly.

-Love, it’s time to wake up.

-He made a sound with his throat, but didn’t open his eyes.

Dominic kissed the tip of his nose and uncovered him, revealing everything he had done on his body and he found it beautiful. Especially since every mark was his.

She slipped her arm under his thighs and carried him in her arms cradling him to her chest. The omega’s limbs soon wrapped around her neck and she buried her nose in the curve of his shoulder sucking hard.

-It smells good,” he whispered sleepily.

Dominic smiled as he walked toward the bathroom.

-You smell good too, precious. Although after a bath I think we’ll be better off,” he laughed rubbing the tip of his nose against the boy’s shoulder.

Once in the bath, she immersed herself in the bathtub and laid him against her chest. She grabbed the sponge and gently scrubbed his thin arms and neck with the gel.

-Are you in pain,” she asked to see how he was doing.

-Yes- that alarmed the alpha a little- my stomach, I’m hungry- he opened his eyes slowly moaning at the good feeling of the warm water against his skin.

Dominic, at his back, guffawed.

-He kissed the back of his neck where his bite was- I sent for some appetizers, then we can go downstairs and eat whatever you want- she wrapped him in her arms- How’s your body, did you enjoy it- he knew that for being his first heat he was really strong but as an alpha he didn’t know the perspective of an omega.

Aidan rubbed against him and relaxed.

-I don’t remember much really,” he said honestly, “It was all very intense and I felt my body burning, but somehow there was relief when you touched me.

Dominic kissed her now damp hair.

-You finally accepted me. You weren’t afraid of me.

-I’ll have to thank Julian,” he smiled, “he has such good ideas.

-Was she the one who came up with the blindfold? Poor Madox, he doesn’t know what he’s messing with and he never takes anyone seriously- -Those words made Aidan turn around.

Those words made Aidan open his eyes again.

-I don’t mean to pry, but I never know what that alpha is thinking- he pressed his lips- I don’t think Julian deserves to have someone who doesn’t value him. He may look strong and smart but he’s not made of iron-

Dominic snorted, brushing his hair off his forehead.

-Don’t touch that subject even I’d like to punch him myself sometimes, but even though I’m his friend I can’t have any say in what he does with his life. Julian could dump him, but that would hurt him because part of his health depends on Madox, so even if they broke up, he’d still have to see each other and that would be really awkward.

Aidan also snorted.

-Then we just have to be spectators. I can only assure you that if he hurts him I’ll kick him where he deserves it.

Dominic guffawed.

-My omega is very energetic after so much activity. Maybe another round wouldn’t be a problem,” he bit his earlobe.

Aidan tried to let go without much success and looked over his shoulder.

-Three days in a row wasn’t enough for you,” Dominic grinned mischievously.

The couple was sitting in the restaurant eating, three hours later. A slight blush adorned Aidan’s face as he became more aware of the last time they had done it in the hot tub with the rut no longer present. Every image was etched in his mind and there was no doubt that Dominic’s body looked really beautiful and more so his aroused face.

Now eating in front of him very calmly he looked like a completely different person. She saw him stop and take his cell phone out of his pocket.

-Aidan, I’ll be right back, it’s a call from Leo,” he said.

He nodded and continued eating his plate quietly after his alpha stepped away.

-Mr. Aidan?

The appointee looked to the side and found a man standing there and he had a very good memory. He stood up and held out his hand.

-Hello, it’s nice to see you again Louis Stoler- he smiled slightly- I think I should thank you more sincerely for saving me that time- that was the alpha that once Dominic had left to have his rut, he had saved him from the clutches of predators.

-It’s incredible, I didn’t think I’d find him in Hawaii- he smiled in return, although he withdrew his hand quickly without being abrupt- I see he’s already bonded. Congratulations- there was sincerity in his words.

He was a tall, black-haired man and by some chance his facial features seemed familiar and not because she had seen him before, but something deeper.

-Aidan,” Dominic’s voice interrupted the meeting, putting his phone in his suit pocket, “Oh, Louis, we meet again,” she shook his hand. They were not close but acquaintances from several meetings- What brings you here?

-Work, why else would I travel. I don’t have much free time, but I’m at least taking advantage of the stay- his image stood out from everyone else for while the other people wore light clothes he was dressed in an elegant black suit- And I have to congratulate you for the achievement of your company- -It was nothing without my help- -I have to congratulate you for the achievement of your company- -I have to congratulate you for the achievement of your company-.

-It was nothing without help from my team.” Dominic was quite relaxed for two alphas having a conversation. Aidan sat back down as his legs were not very stable.

A new cell phone ringing sounded between the two having a conversation. Louis pulled out the phone and read the name on the screen.

-I’m sorry, but as much as I’d like to take up some more of your time, duty calls,” he turned to Aidan with a slight bow, “It was nice talking to you again.

She smiled at him and turned away before leaving. Dominic sat back in his chair and took a sip of wine.

-The world is a small place. Finding you here was quite a shock.” Aidan settled the napkin back on his thighs.

-Aidan,” Dominic’s voice became serious, “can I ask you an important question?

He blinked in confusion at the seriousness suddenly coming from him but nodded his head.

-Would you like to meet your paternal family?
