Rupert learns that his big brother has returned to Kyoto and immediately pushes his trip back and heads to Kyoto on his own.

As she watched the butler descend the stairs, Earlene narrowed her eyes, a gloomy look in them.

No matter what, there was no way she was going to give Hector back to Eloise.

Hearing the housekeeper say that Earlene would not see them, Eloise's emotions flared up and she pushed the housekeeper straight away and ran towards the stairs. She was going upstairs to find Earlene and ask for clarification face to face.

With shouts of alarm, Rupert and the housekeeper hurried after her.

Eloise quickly ran upstairs, ready to search room by room, but to her surprise, as soon as she reached the upper floor, she saw Earlene.

"Where's Hector?" Eloise asked out loud.

"He's sleeping." Earlene walked slowly towards her, "Can't you die when he's forgotten about you?"

Eloise sneered, "He's my husband, why should I die?"

"But he forgot about you." Earlene stood in front of her and looked at her with a pitying look, "Eloise, even if he came back to you now, he wouldn't remember the past, you'd only be sad, so you might as well just let it go." "He hasn't forgotten!" Eloise's voice couldn't help but rise a few notches, "He's just forgetting for now, he'll remember!"

Earlene slammed him hard and rushed up to stop Eloise.

Eloise opened the doors to two rooms in a row, but there was no Hector in sight.

There was just one last room left.

She looked at the closed door of the room and her heart, uncontrollably, beat fast.
