Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1532: Is She Pregnant?

Lisa's face grew uglier and uglier as she sullenly walked over to Blythe and sat down.

"Is that what you came to tell me?" Her gaze was cold as she watched the smiling woman, "Or did you come to see me laugh?"

Blythe raised her eyebrows, "Neither. I'm here to help you."

Lisa's eyes narrowed slightly, "What do you mean?"

Blythe leaned back on the couch and said slowly, "Bergerian stayed in the field for Paulina, a man like that honestly isn't worthy of your love anymore."

Lisa pressed her palms together, soundlessly.

"Think about it, he's so full of Paulina now, where's your balance? So ..." Blythe leaned close to her, "do you want to get even with him?"

"Yes!" Lisa gritted her teeth with a resentful face.

"A negative man like that, since you can't have him, destroy him before he's cheaper for someone else."

Lisa glared at her, "How do you want to help me?"

Blythe laughed, "That's easy enough. Now you want to stay in the country, so we'll destroy your business chain so you can't stay in the country, so naturally you'll leave." "Lisa." Blythe reached out and put her hand over his, "With your skills and my help, we can make things difficult for Bergerian."

Lisa hated Bergerian for his cruelty, but she still had feelings for him.

So she hesitated a little.

If she really did what Blythe said, then Bergerian's efforts all these days would be in vain, and she wouldn't be able to stand him after all.

Seeing the light in his eyes, Blythe asked in a lighter tone, "Do you want to see how he's getting closer and closer to Paulina?"

Lisa bit her lip, of course she didn't want to and wouldn't allow it!

She was relentless, "Yes, I promise."

The more Bergerian wanted to be with Paulina, the more she prevented him.

She wanted him to love, but he couldn't taste all the pain she had endured!

...

Over the weekend, Mark took Paulina and the two little ones for a rare day off from work.

In the afternoon, the four of them sat for a while in a coffee.

Paulina was talking about Edgar's unborn baby and asked him, "Do you want to go pick out a gift for the little one later? It's still a little early, but it doesn't hurt to prepare ahead of time." "It's up to you."

Marcos did as he pleased.

Paulina smiled and nodded, and in the evening the four of them went to a high fashion jewelry store.

Once inside, the salesgirl greeted them cordially.

"Welcome! How may I help you?"

Paulina smiled back, "Let's see for ourselves."

The sales clerk said "yes," but followed in her footsteps.

Paulina's eyes fixed on a long-life padlock, and the shopkeeper, very perceptive, immediately stepped forward to present it.

"This long-lasting padlock is small and delicate, it's comfortable to wear and, best of all, it's unique!".

"Bring it to me." said Paulina.

"Okay."

The sales clerk opened the counter, took out the long-life padlock and handed it to her.

Paulina took it and examined it closely. It was really exquisite, as the clerk had said, and the more she looked at it, the more she liked it.

So she turned her head to Mark, "Take this one."

"Yes, it looks good." Marcos looked at her sweetly.

Paulina smiled, "This one then."

The gifts are chosen and Paulina leaves, hugging the two little ones with great satisfaction.

As she walks past a mother and baby store, she can't move her feet again.

Perhaps being a first-time aunt, she wanted to get more for her children.

"It's still early, so if you want to buy something, come in and take a look." Marcos saw right through her and adored her.

"Okay!"

Paulina nodded happily and went inside to carefully pick out the clothes for the little girl to wear.

"What a coincidence, Mr. Marcos, Mrs. Leoz."

Paulina and Marcos turned their heads at the same time to follow the sound of voices, only to see Blythe standing a short distance away, walking toward Dulce with a smile on her face.

As she approached, Blythe saw the baby clothes in Paulina's hands and raised an eyebrow, "Mrs. Leoz, are you pregnant?"

Every time she saw Blythe, a layer of wariness grew on her body, Paulina leaned toward Marcos and replied lightly, "No, it's a gift I bought for someone."

"Oh." Blythe had a look of realization, "So that's it. I thought you had another one and I thought I'd put together a big red package."

Her gaze traveled down Paulina's stomach intentionally or unintentionally.

Paulina tugged at the corner of her lips, "No."

Her reluctance to say more struck Blythe as an attempt at a cover-up.

Blythe pressed her palms together, with furious cynicism, all those times she'd been with Mark and he hadn't touched her at all.

As much as she had seduced him, he had been indifferent.

But back with Paulina, memory loss or not, he had touched Paulina, how else could he ...

His eyes rested on Paulina's flat belly, cynicism in the depths of his gaze.

Paulina was acutely aware of the mischief in his gaze and unconsciously covered her stomach.

Blythe was even more certain that she was pregnant.

But didn't she still have the virus in her system, was she trying to die?

Blythe quickly sorted through all her thoughts, her smile returned to her face and she looked at them, "I'll leave you then, take your time." She turned and hurried away.

"Have you misunderstood something?" Paulina turned her head to look at Mark.

Just now Blythe had been looking at her stomach, could she have mistakenly thought she was pregnant?

"Don't mind her."

Marcos didn't want to waste time and energy on people who didn't matter.

Paulina lost her smile, "Fine, ignore him."

...

Blythe goes to Lisa and as soon as she meets her asks, "Given Paulina's state of health, will being pregnant affect her?"

"Is she pregnant?" asked Lisa instead of answering.

"I guess so." Blythe sat up, "I ran into her shopping for baby clothes, she said it was for a friend, but I didn't believe her."

Lisa narrowed her eyes, "If she's really pregnant, she won't even need us to do it, she'll be dead herself."

Blythe was quick to respond, "What do you mean?"

"Because of the virus, her body has been very bad, and once she gets pregnant, her body won't be able to handle it at all." Speaking of this, Lisa snorted coldly, "From what I know about her, she would surely choose to save the baby and sacrifice herself."

"Then God help us." Blythe gritted her teeth: "I never thought I'd be so desperate to hope she was actually pregnant."

"I'll send someone to keep an eye on Paulina to see if she's really pregnant..."

After Blythe left, Lisa thought it was such a good thing she should tell Bergerian.

With how much Bergerian cared about that bitch, he would be so irritated when he found out she was pregnant in spite of her own life.

And with Marcos' baby too!

The more Lisa thought about it, the more excited she got, and immediately sent Bergerian an anonymous message telling him that Paulina was pregnant.

After sending it, she tossed the phone aside and the corners of her lips curled up in a grimace, "Bergerian, as long as you're miserable, I'm happy."
