Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1553: Who dares to trash my house?

An hour later, Bergerian arrived at the subway casino.

The subway casino was located underground in an abandoned suburban neighborhood, with a very hidden entrance that had to be accessed by people with special channels. In order to develop his career in the country and gain a foothold, Bergerian had expanded his contacts in the private sphere during this period.

The casino owner was very powerful and had all the contacts Bergerian wanted.

As soon as Bergerian entered the neighborhood, someone immediately approached him to accompany him to the casino.

The casino was subway, but it was brightly lit and crowded.

"Mr. Bergerian, our boss is waiting for you in the booth."

The other man led Bergerian out of a private room and pushed the door open.

Xabat, who was sitting in the middle of the couch, turned his head, saw that it was Bergerian, immediately got up and greeted him.

A smile piled on his greasy face, he gripped Bergerian's hand tightly, "Your guest, your guest, come and sit inside."

He made an inviting gesture.

Bergerian entered and took a seat at one end of the sofa.

"And bring me the wine from my collection." Xabat turned his head and ordered his men.

They rushed out to get the wine.

Bergerian looked at him tilting his mouth, "Good business, Chief Xabat."

"Not as good as you."

Xabat took it, opened it and poured wine into the two glasses.

Lifting one, he handed it to Bergerian.

"Have a drink, it's a good wine from my collection. I wouldn't even bring it out if I wasn't a valued guest." Xabat said this to show Bergerian how much he valued him. Bergerian took the wine and took a sip, nodding, "It's good."

"Then drink more." Xabat helped him fill the wine.

Bergerian took another sip and pondered for a moment, "I guess Boss Xabat won't have any problems with the new project we're working on together."

Xabat smiled broadly, "Of course not. Don't worry, I have special channels from me, not only for imported drugs, but even for drugs that are normally difficult to get into." "What, you don't trust me?" Xabat glared at Bergerian.

Bergerian clinked his glass and smiled, "Why not? It's an honor to work with you."

Xabat smiled, bowed his head and poured as much as he could from the glass into his mouth.

"Since there is no problem on your end, we can split the profits when the time comes." said Bergerian.

To be able to work with Xabat would be to have a sort of firm footing in the country.

"Good. Good cooperation."

At the same time, several cars pulled up silently on the outskirts of the neighborhood.

Marcos got out of the cars.

The neighborhood was no longer inhabited, save for a few street lamps lit along the roadside, a somber, silent, eerie place all around.

Had it not been known beforehand that there was a subway casino inside, no one would have noticed.

Marcos narrowed his eyes and his heatless voice echoed in the silence of the night.

"Come in."

Vega saw that he was going in too and quickly spoke to stop him, "Prince, inside is too dangerous, stay outside and wait for us."

"Dangerous?" Marcos' eyes were cold, "There's nothing more dangerous than the Bergerian.

He had to take care of Bergerian himself today!

Vega had long since discovered the hidden entrance to the casino and led his men there.

His sudden entrance spread chaos throughout the casino.

...

Just as Bergerian and Xabat were talking and drinking, Xabat's men rushed in.

Instantly, Xabat grimaced and scolded, "Can't you see I'm receiving an honored guest? You'd better have something important to do or I'll skin you."

The henchman looked nervous, "Boss, someone has come to crash the party."

Hearing this, Xabat slammed his glass down on the table and said angrily, "Who among you has the nerve to trash my Xabat's place!".

Bergerian frowned as he heard the noise coming from outside and a bad feeling came over him.

"Chief Xabat, do you need help?" asked Bergerian.

"Not necessary." Xabat declined with a wave of his hand as he stood up, took a long swig of his drink and wiped the corners of his lips with the back of his hand, his face full of implacability. "I'll go meet the ingrate, you wait for me here."

With that, Xabat led his men out.

As soon as Xabat crossed the casino lobby, he saw his men and those of the other side engaged in a fight, and the guests ducked and dodged for fear of getting caught in the crossfire. The scene was chaotic for a while.

"Who is it, which one of you has the guts to trample on my place, seeking death?" roared Xabat.

After shouting, one of his men was knocked down by the other at his feet.

"You piece of shit!" Xabat kicked the henchman and spat.

He ordered the others to go up to help as well.

But the situation was getting worse for him as one by one, his men fell and lay on the ground, the rising moans/grunts made his face look harder and harder.

...

Bergerian waited for Xabat to return as he sipped his drink in the box, but minutes passed and Xabat did not return.

He realized that the situation could be problematic, so he ordered Carl to go out and help.

Carl lifted his foot and was about to leave when suddenly the door to the booth was kicked in from outside.

Bergerian made a frightened face and unconsciously squeezed the glass.

Carl went into a state of alertness.

Marcos entered slowly, with a cold face and a body that gave off an aura of horror, like a king of hell.

As soon as he saw Marcos, Bergeriano reacted immediately.

It turned out that it was none other than Marcos who had come to ruin the place.

Obviously, he had come for himself.

Bergerian put down his glass and, without flinching, poured himself a glass of wine, picked up a new one and poured it for himself as well.

He lifted his glass, looked at Marcos and curved his lips into a smile, "It's rare for Mr. Marcos to make the trip to a place like this. Why don't you have a drink with me?" There was a stony silence in the room.

Bergerian suddenly burst out laughing, "Surely the wine here is not suitable for Mr. Marcos."

He bowed his head and drank from his glass, with a quick flash of sadness under his eyes.

Marcos had not come here to listen to her bullshit.

Rushing toward him, he lifted his foot and kicked him.

Bergerian dodged the kick, scrambled quickly to his feet and stepped back.

Carl threw his fist at Marcos and hit him hard.

Marcos dodged the fist by deflecting his body and delivered a direct kick by lifting his long leg.
