Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 203: Bearing His Kiss
Grandpa Fletcher was in a good mood, so he asked, "Little girl, I suppose you like my grandson in your heart, don't you?"
Eloise Thompson was confused by the sudden question, her cheeks flushed slightly and she didn't know how to answer for a moment.
The old man smiled and continued, "You two are already together, when are you going to get married? To give Solomon a stable home?"
It was not easy for his grandson and great-grandson to find someone they liked, and the old man himself was very happy with Eloise Thompson, so he naturally had to give her a hand.
Solomon did the same, blinking a pair of eyes at Hector Rogers and then at Eloise Thompson, Daddy and Auntie Eloise getting married, so wouldn't he get to see Auntie Eloise every day, that would be great!
When she heard this, Eloise Thompson almost choked on the food she had just eaten. She wanted to tell the old man that she and Hector Rogers were not together, let alone married, but thought he wouldn't believe her. Eloise Thompson had to turn her attention to Hector Rogers ...
The corner of Hector Rogers' mouth ticked up and he spoke nonchalantly, "Grandpa, it's early days yet, so don't worry about it."
"What's early, it's not early, Hector, I'm telling you, I've now decided that Eloise is my granddaughter-in-law, if you dare to bully him, Grandpa will never let you go."
The old man grunted and looked at Eloise Thompson and smiled as he continued to speak, "Eloise, if this boy dares to bully you, just tell me and grandpa will help you." Eloise Thompson was a little embarrassed for a moment, not knowing what to say.
Hector Rogers laughed helplessly at his own grandfather's appearance, how could he ever want to bully Eloise Thompson himself!
A few people continued to eat, and Eloise Thompson had a moment of emotion in her heart; she never imagined that Hector Rogers was Grandpa Fletcher's grandson and that such a coincidence would happen to her. The events of the past few days seemed like a dream.
After dinner, Solomon hadn't been to the cottage for some time so spent a long time playing with the Shiba Inu, which had been owned by the old man, on the doorstep, while Hector Rogers played a game of chess with Grandpa Fletcher and Eloise Thompson watched from the sidelines.
The game was over and the men were about to leave when Eloise Thompson brought out the birthday present she had prepared for the old man yesterday.
"Grandpa, I'm so sorry, after what happened yesterday, I didn't have time to give you the present I had prepared for you, and I couldn't even cut the birthday cake with you."
Grandpa Fletcher accepted the gift with a smile, "Well, you don't need to feel guilty, it's all behind us now and this birthday present will be treasured by Grandpa."
Eloise Thompson smiled, it was getting late and Solomon was already tired of playing, so after saying goodbye to the old man, Hector Rogers carried him, followed by Eloise Thompson, and the two strolled home.
For a moment, Eloise Thompson was in a trance, wishing that the three of them could just keep walking.
...
When they arrived home, Solomon had bounced off Hector Rogers and was in Eloise Thompson's arms, the little one's soft voice speaking, "Auntie Eloise, can Solomon stay here and sleep with you tonight?" Naturally Eloise Thompson wouldn't say no to the little guy's request, except that Solomon stays here and that Hector Rogers ...
Hector Rogers was clearly not going to leave and Eloise Thompson, blushing a little, coughed dryly and said, "You'll just have to sleep on the sofa."
Last night at the hospital Hector Rogers slept on the couch, and today he's still sleeping on the couch, and Eloise Thompson can't help but feel a little sad thinking about it.
Hector Rogers didn't mind sleeping on the couch, but just sighed and spoke, "We're all together and we're sleeping on the couch?"
At that, Eloise Thompson blushed even more and spoke tongue-in-cheek, "Who agreed to stay with you, if you don't want to sleep then leave!"
Having said that, Eloise Thompson snatched Solomon and carried him into her room.
A helpless smile flashed in Hector Rogers' eyes as he just leaned in the doorway and watched Eloise Thompson tuck Solomon in. Carefully.
"Solomon, you fall asleep while Auntie Eloise goes and washes up and comes back later to tell you a story."
Eloise Thompson spoke softly and Solomon nodded good-naturedly.
Watching this scene, Hector Rogers' cold eyes melted away and his heart was filled with warmth.
Eloise Thompson, all but oblivious, grabbed her pyjamas and prepared to go and wash up, passing Hector Rogers in the doorway when the man in front of her wrapped his arms around her and pinned her against the wall. Eloise Thompson was startled, and before she could react, his lips were on her own.
"Well ..."
Coming back to her senses, Eloise Thompson subconsciously tried to push away, but Hector Rogers held on tight and wouldn't let go.
Smelling his familiar scent, Eloise Thompson's eyes twinkled slightly and she slowly relaxed into his gentle kiss.
Seeing her like this, Hector Rogers kissed her even deeper, and gradually his hands became even more unrestrainedly plundering.
It was some time before Eloise Thompson went limp and Hector Rogers slowly released her just as she felt she was about to lose her breath.
"Go take a shower first!" There was a hint of huskiness in his voice, and God knows how Hector Rogers had managed to hold back from wanting her.
Eloise Thompson blushed bloodily and, after catching her breath, rushed into the bathroom as if she had run away.
In the bathroom, Eloise Thompson's beating heart remained unsettled for a long time, finding herself in deeper and deeper, less and less able to resist this man...
After a bath, Eloise Thompson lay down on the bed and read a story to Solomon, watching him fall asleep as she drifted off.
...
In the middle of the night, Eloise Thompson woke up thirsty and when she got up to get a drink of water, she saw Hector Rogers lying there in the cramped sofa. Eloise Thompson started to wonder if she should get a bigger bed, and then was surprised by herself. How could she have come up with such a bold idea? Eloise Thompson hurriedly put aside the jumbled thoughts in her head, drank her water and went back to her room to sleep.
...
The following morning, Eloise Thompson got up to make breakfast and Hector Rogers on the sofa was awakened.
Looking at Eloise Thompson, who was busy in front of the kitchen, Hector Rogers couldn't resist stepping forward and reaching out to hug her from behind. "Morning."
With the man's low, sexy voice in her ear, Eloise Thompson's cheeks couldn't help but blush a little and was just about to tell him to let go of her when a childish voice came through. "Auntie Eloise, what are you doing? It smells so good!"
It was only after Solomon had finished that he saw the scene in the kitchen and the little one blinked in confusion, was he interrupting Daddy and Auntie Eloise?
Eloise Thompson blushed to the point of dripping blood and broke away from Hector Rogers' arms in embarrassment.
The man... is really getting loose.
Hector Rogers acted as if nothing was wrong, a faint smile curling up at the corners of his mouth before leading Solomon off to wash up.
