Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 375: You don't deserve her
After coming out of the fitting room, Eloise ran in a dead run towards the street, luckily the street was full of people and she could hide her figure for a while. It seems that there is an event taking place on the street today and Eloise is being pushed and shoved forward in the crowd.
Taking advantage of this, Eloise rushes to dial Hector's phone.
At that moment Hector was discussing a response with Hall and immediately picked up when he saw the name flashing on the screen.
"Eloise, what's up?"
"Hector, I'm outside and there's a group of people chasing me." Eloise's voice was tinged with a slight anxiety and there was a lot of noise around her. Hector's face sank at the sound of her voice, it looked like someone was already on to Eloise.
He calmly said to Eloise, "Eloise, find a place to hide and send me the location."
Eloise looked around at his words, then selected the department store across the street and sent his real-time location to Hector.
Looking at the location sent by Eloise, Hector didn't hesitate and rushed over with Hall and Ramm.
Marian also received the message at this point and immediately chased after them.
On the way there, Marian saw a few sneaky men who kept looking ahead, and it seemed that these would be the members of the group. But in order not to spook them, Marian did not confront them.
On the other hand, after running into the department store, Eloise hid in the bathroom inside the mall.
She thought that at this time of the day, when the mall was so crowded, they would not dare to come in so brazenly.
Rubbing her sore legs, she was vaguely afraid that if those men had come to catch her, she would have been in grave danger.
They hadn't figured out who she was yet, so they hadn't rushed forward.
At that moment, Hector's phone came in, and as soon as he picked up, he heard Hector's worried voice coming out.
"Eloise? Are you okay now? I'll be right there."
Upon hearing his voice, Eloise was truly at ease, "I'm fine, I'm in the bathroom of the department store, I think I lost the group."
"Marian will be with you soon, remember never to wander off, stay with Marian, she will protect you." Hector, fearing that Eloise might run off somewhere else, did not forget to admonish. "Yeah, I got it."
When he hung up the phone, he heard the bathroom door open.
"Where are you?"
It was Marian's voice and Eloise, somewhat elated, opened the door straight away and walked out.
When Marian saw Eloise, the fire of jealousy flared up in her heart and she sneered, "Please let me know next time you go out.
The prince is very busy now, so please don't make any more trouble, you won't be so lucky next time."
It was ridiculous to protect one's love interest.
Seeing the look on Marian's face, Eloise frowned, how could she not hear the implication of Marian's words as if she was declaring war on her.
It was bad enough that she was being chased, but with Marian's attitude, Eloise said, "How can I be in trouble when the company needs me to meet a client? How was I supposed to know I'd run into those guys."
Marian snorted and said disdainfully, "I don't know how the prince could have fallen for a woman like you. You are not worthy of a man as good as the prince, you will only cause him trouble, if you are sensible, you should leave him early." Marian's words were full of provocation, but Eloise was not a soft touch, so she said coldly, "It's not up to you to decide whether you are worthy or not. Even if you're not happy about it, I'm the one who's with him now, and I'm his fiancée, so as long as Hector doesn't mind, it's enough that you're an outsider who doesn't deserve to be here."
Hit the snake and talk to the heart.
Since Marian was unforgiving, Eloise didn't have to give her any more shit.
It was at this point that she realised why Marian had had a hostile look in her eyes when she saw herself; it turned out that she actually liked Hector.
No wonder she had been reluctant when Hector had asked her to protect her, who would want to protect someone they hated?
Not wanting to argue too much more with Marian, Eloise went straight out.
"YOU!!!"
Marian was a little furious when she heard Eloise's words.
This woman was really arrogant on account of the prince's fondness.
Looking at Eloise's back, Marian clenched her fist, one day she would make Eloise leave the prince.
Eloise came out of it in a somewhat depressed mood, Marian's words ringing in her ears.
Marian was right, she was indeed a little weak, and when something like this happened, she had to wait for someone else to come to her rescue.
The sun was shining down on her and Eloise couldn't help but hold her hand up to block it.
The sun was fair, no matter what happened in this world, it rose and set as it always did.
At the hospital, Rupert had also heard about Eloise being hunted and talked to Aisly about it.
Aisly was shocked to hear, "So is Sister Eloise alright or not?"
Rupert put his hands behind his head and said, "With my brother around, what else could happen, but you should be careful from now on, someone might be watching you too."
Rupert's words were not alarmist, he knew that the group would not only be watching Hector, even this hospital was not said to be safe, with Aisly by his side, there was no telling which group might make a move on her. "No way, don't you scare me." Aisly said with some disbelief, and the force in her hands increased.
It made Rupert grimace a little, "Eww, you be gentle, I'm just saying maybe, from now on you'd better go home early after work, don't go anywhere else and stay close to me the rest of the time."
Seeing the way he jumped, Aisly couldn't help but laugh, "Who told you to scare me, it hurts like hell."
She had gotten to know Rupert pretty well over the past few days, so she wasn't so concerned.
Just then Hector's mother opened the door and walked in, her eyes revealing a little relief at the sight of the two of them fighting.
After a few days of contact, she had got to know Aisly well enough. She seemed to be a nice girl, and Rupert treated her differently than the others.
Rupert turned his head and saw Hector's mother at the door and couldn't help but say, "Mum, why did you come in without saying anything?"
