Love Comes To Me
Chapter 503: My mother is awake?

Once the details had been worked out, the two men emerged from Mr. Lamphie's studio.

Eloise is still a little fluttery, holding a few macarons from Mr. Lamphie in her right hand, which she is now taking small bites of. Hector took her other hand and the two strolled down the romantic street.

The turquoise leaves rustle with the wind, sounding like a melodious piece of music.

With this scene rendered, Eloise's mind also slowly sketched out the style of the wedding dress.

The corners of her mouth couldn't help but rise when she imagined herself wearing it.

A sharp ringing of her mobile phone pulled her thoughts back.

Hector, carrying her bag, heard the sound and took the phone out.

"Who is it?"

Eloise came over and asked curiously.

"I don't know, it was a landline call."

Hector's long, slender fingers flicked across the screen and slid to the answer column.

The phone is held in her own hand and pressed against Eloise's ear so that she can answer it.

"Hello, hello, is this Miss Eloise?"

An unfamiliar female voice came and Eloise's swallowing motion froze.

Nodding his head, he asked politely, "I am, who are you?"

"I'm Mr Dawson's assistant and you're the family of patient Maryam, right?"

Eloise's heart thudded at the sound of her mother's name.

Fingers twitching, the macaroon in his hand almost fell to the floor when Hector bent down to catch it with a quick eye.

When he looked at her, he saw that Eloise looked extremely pale, and that look of joy faded instantly.

She grabbed the phone from Hector's hand and said urgently to the other end, "I'm her daughter. Is something wrong with my mother? Has her illness gotten worse?" Ever since her mother became seriously ill, the phone calls from the hospital have been a nightmare, causing her to panic every time they ring.

This time was no exception, and Eloise's mind was haunted by a wave of fear.

The more she thought about it, the more frightened she became and the more she spoke with a sobbing tone.

Watching Hector next to him was a heartbreaking moment, his brow furrowed.

As I listened to the women, my heart seized up.

"No Miss Eloise, take it easy, your mother has come to her senses today, Mr Dawson is examining her in detail and asked me to come and let you know." "You, you mean my mother is awake?"

Eloise's breath froze for a few seconds as her mind took in the barrage of information and her whole body froze.

"Right, you can come and visit if you're free." The other person said with a slight smile.

"I'm free, I'm free, thank you, thank you ..." Eloise said excitedly.

Tears of happiness welled up in her eyes and the feeling of joy swept through her brain, making her a little incoherent.

After hanging up, she looked over at Hector, her nose somehow sour.

Her feet went limp and she flung herself directly into his arms, clinging to his neck.

"Hector, the hospital said my mum woke up." Her eyes were red and her voice choked.

The consequence of great joy and sorrow is that the heel is unsteady and the whole person is unreal.

Only by feeling the blazing body heat on Hector's body could one perceive this as reality.

Seeing this, Hector's emotions were infected and his palms wrapped around her waist. Leaning down, his warm lips cut across her earlobe in a warm response. "This couldn't be better, we'll be right back." After calming Eloise down, Hector immediately had the fastest flight back home booked.

After flying for more than 10 hours, the two of them rushed to the hospital again as soon as they landed.

After asking at the information desk, a nurse led them towards the ward.

Just arrived at the ward and ran into Dawson.

He had just come out of the room when Eloise quickly stepped forward and asked urgently, "Mr Dawson, it's Eloise, how is my mother?"

Dawson, in his white coat, met Eloise with a kind smile on his face, "Eloise is here."

Sweeping over to Hector, who was carefully cradling her next to him, his gaze paused slightly, but quickly returned to normal.

"There is nothing serious wrong with your mother, she should still be awake now, you can go in and visit, we can talk about the details later." "Yes, thank you."

In the hospital bed, Maryam breathes heavily with a tube in her hand.

Hearing the sound, she inclined her head slightly over to look.

The moment mother and daughter looked at each other, both their bodies trembled.

Eloise walked over to her mother with red eyes, and when she saw her, tears came to her eyes.

With trembling lips she called out, "Mom..."

"Thur, Eloise ..."

Maryam looked at her daughter with tearful eyes, her frail body trembling as she tried to reach out and touch her.

Eloise stepped forward and held her hand tightly in front of her own eyes, crying silently, "Mum, it's me, you're finally awake, I thought, you were leaving me behind ..." Once in front of her mother, Eloise turns back into the aggrieved child, pouring out her emotions.

"How could... mum not want you, good boy, don't cry."

Tears of joy were shed as mother and daughter embraced each other.

After a long time, the two men were seen slowly calming down.

Hector silently passes tissues to both men, subconsciously wiping Eloise's tear stains.

It was then that Maryam noticed Hector in the ward and watched the intimate interaction between the two men, and couldn't help but see their eyes light up.

Hoarse, Maryam asked with a slight gasp of heavy breath, "Eloise, he is?"

At this Hector took the initiative and knelt down on one knee so that Maryam could look at him levelly and reveal himself with a flourish.

"Mom, first time meeting, my name is Hector and I'm Eloise's husband."

Maryam was stunned by the sound of her mother's voice, and didn't get over it for a while.

The atmosphere was instantly cold, and Hector, who had always been light-hearted, had a bit of tension on his face.

Eloise was inexplicably amused as she listened to Hector's self-introduction from the sidelines.

She took Hector's hand in return and said graciously to her own mother, "He's right, Mom, this is the son-in-law I found for you. But you won't blame me if I take the license privately and don't tell you, will you?" Maryam looked back at her daughter's words and scanned down at Hector.

The next second, a smile appeared on her lips and she said, "How could Mum blame you, now that she sees you have a family, Mum is relieved."

She could see that the way Hector looked at her daughter, it was a look of love and affection from the heart.

After she became seriously ill, she looked away from many things, but the only thing she couldn't worry about was her daughter.

Now that her daughter has found a home, her heart is a big relief.

She moved her thin, withered hand over the backs of both hands and smiled in relief.

Eloise was relieved to see this.

Maryam was about to ask in detail about recent events when a wave of sleepiness swept over her body.

His face is a little tired and his eyelids are open and closed.
