Chapter 507: I won't forgive daddy

Eloise also smiled as she watched the two play in the living room.

"Solomon, come here." The door to the study was suddenly opened and Hector, with a dark face, looked over at the two men in the toy room. Seeing him with a stinky face, he seriously reprimanded Solomon, "Is this what I usually teach you? To take things from people indiscriminately?" When he looked at Catherine, Hector's eyes were full of indifference.

Solomon saw this and was so shocked that his body shivered and he gave the toy back to Catherine.

"Daddy, I'm sorry..."

The atmosphere became stagnant for a moment.

Eloise scrambled over to Solomon and calmed him down.

"It's okay Solomon, Daddy didn't mean it like that, go back to your room and read your book."

"Miss Eloise, I'm going to go back first." Catherine, seeing how the atmosphere had turned out, had the good sense to say goodbye.

Eloise went out to see her off and said shyly to Catherine, "Sorry, he's a bit up."

"You go about your business too, Solomon won't come out if you're here." Eloise glanced at Hector and urged him to leave as well.

After Hector left, he went straight to the study.

I'm afraid Eloise would be completely on her side if she was allowed to come to the Rogers family on a permanent basis.

Dialing Thomas' number, Hector instructed, "Find out where this new Catherine is from, I'm afraid she has some premeditated plan to hurt Eloise." "Yes, Prince, I know."

Thomas got his orders and immediately went to work on it.

"No matter who it is, of course." Eloise had an impartial look about her.

Only when he heard Eloise say this did Solomon smile again.

Jumped off Eloise's body and started playing with the toy.

Eloise was relieved to see that he was back to his old self and sort of put his mind at ease and played with Solomon.

Solomon had a lot of toys, so many that the whole toy room could barely fit, but Eloise still noticed the box in the corner with the seal taped to it.

This does make Eloise a little curious as to what it is that would have to be sealed up by Solomon.

Walking over to Solomon, Eloise softly interrupted Solomon who was playing.

"Solomon, Mummy saw a box in the corner that you had put a seal on, why is that?"

"It's from the woman Daddy doesn't like, and I'll never take it out again, and I'll never forgive Daddy." Solomon was still a little angry when he said this. Eloise took Solomon in her arms and said in a soft, soothing voice, "Solomon, listen to Mummy, Daddy is only being mean to Solomon for our safety.

And your daddy is teaching you not to just accept gifts from people in the future, like the story Mummy has told you before.

Otherwise Solomon will suffer later when he grows up. In this world, the only people who treat you well unconditionally are your family, the relatives who have blood ties between us. Just now Daddy was just a little too anxious, afraid that you would be hurt, so we must not hate Daddy oh."

"Oh." Solomon muffled back, seeming to understand.

By late afternoon, Solomon was still pestering Eloise and Hector's eyes were a little lowered.

Eloise had seen the look in Hector's eyes, but Solomon was really hurting today, so she had to give her husband the benefit of the doubt for tonight.

After putting Solomon to bed, Eloise was just about to fall asleep when there was a knock on the door.

Eloise got out of bed quietly and gingerly opened the door.

With a peck on Hector's cheek, Eloise was about to enter the door.

But Hector didn't give her a chance and pinned her directly to the wall and kissed her fiercely. "Well, go back now, I'm afraid Solomon will wake up later."
