Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 789: Self-Driving Tour
Solomon was very serious in asking the question, but who knew that the crowd would hear it and burst into laughter. Hector's mother blushed and gave Hector's father a stern look.
Unexpectedly, Sweety added immediately afterwards as she glutinously said, "Sweety can't sleep either ..."
Now, even Hector's mother couldn't help herself and laughed with everyone else.
At night, Rupert sneaks Aisly back into his room while Hector's mother is asleep.
In fact, Hector's mother knew this, so she turned a blind eye to it.
The following day, after breakfast, the two children followed Hector's mother to the toy room upstairs.
Eloise had nothing to do but go and sit in the flower room and, bored, began to stare at the sky.
Just as she was about to fall asleep in the sun, smelling the flowers in the room, there were regular footsteps at the door.
Without guessing who it was, Eloise leaned back in her chair and drifted off to sleep with a cuddle pillow.
This was the sight Hector saw when he entered, the beloved woman lazing in the sun.
Next to it, the rose vine flowers scatter their petals in a lazy breeze.
He walked quietly over to her with lighter footsteps and could not resist bending closer as he looked at her sleeping side.
Eloise is a light sleeper and is about to fall into a dream when she feels a darkness before her eyes.
Snapping her eyes open to see Hector's handsome face magnified in front of her.
Their eyes met without warning and Eloise froze, gently pushing him away and sitting up.
Hector's motive of kissing her while she was asleep was recognized and he sat down next to her with a dry cough of embarrassment. "Isn't that a bit boring?"
Hector took Eloise's hand and placed it in his large palm to play with it.
Eloise, never used to such intimacy, glanced towards the door to see that no one was there before settling down.
Over the course of two days, she also became accustomed to the occasional intimacy of men.
Holding her in the man's large, bony hands, Hector gently took her shoulders and leaned them against his chest. Eloise was a little stiff at first and then got used to the feeling.
Only then did she say slowly, "It's fine, I just don't know what to do all of a sudden, there's a bit of nothing to do." Hector chuckled lowly, the vibrations coming from his chest making Eloise want to lean in closer.
However, she only dared to think about it.
As if knowing what was on her mind, Hector wrapped his arms around her and gently drew them closer to his bosom.
Then he suggested, "How about a trip? There are lots of famous places to see nearby, so let's go through them one by one? It wouldn't be too boring." Eloise's mind was tingling with his offer.
She was unfamiliar with many places and it was good to take the opportunity to have more fun.
Instead, what Hector had in mind was that more time alone between the two of them would be more conducive to their relationship.
"I don't know where to go, do you have any arrangements?"
Eloise glanced up at him, touched his intently watching eyes, and lowered her head in embarrassment.
"We'll ask Rupert about that later, the guy is a master of fun and he's afraid he knows better than anyone else what good places are nearby."
With that said, Hector went to see Rupert and on his advice the two chose to go to Five Springs Mountain.
Five Springs Mountain, as the name suggests, has five springs located in different parts of a mountain with natural springs and natural hot springs all year round. Hector's mother came down from upstairs, heard a few people talking and followed, suggesting, "You guys go ahead, I'll watch these two grinders for you." Solomon heard the two discussing going out and broke away from Hector's mother to run over to her.
"Mummy Daddy where are you going? I'm going too."
"Your daddy and mommy will definitely take you along when they go to Five Springs Mountain."
Rupert turned his back on Hector and scowled at Solomon, not daring to look at his brother's expression at the moment.
But Hector could also guess Rupert's little move and narrowed his eyes slightly, his face sinking slightly.
It's OK, this brother of his has got a lot of guts.
"Mummy, will you take me?" Solomon rushed over and tugged at her coat.
Sweety followed suit at this point, "Mummy ..."
When Eloise saw the two children begging, she couldn't help but agree.
"All right, take you there."
Behind him, Hector looked helpless and silently stroked his heart with bitter tears as his plans for a world of two went down the drain.
The four of us plan a self-drive tour, leaving in the afternoon and arriving at the hotel at the attraction in the evening, resting overnight just in time to go the next day.
It was getting dark, but the four men were stuck at a stalled toll booth on the highway.
Eloise looked at the long convoy of cars in front and behind her and was a little worried about the accommodation for the night.
If they don't reach the site before dark, they can negotiate with the two adults but not the two children.
After being stuck in traffic for almost an hour, the sky gradually became grey and cloudy.
Hector looked at the thick clouds in the sky with some sense of foreboding and took out his phone to check the weather forecast, which showed heavy rain later on.
The long line of cars began to move and Hector breathed a sigh of relief, hoping to get off the highway as much as possible before the rain.
After walking for ten minutes, bean-sized raindrops fell abruptly, smashing against the car windows as if a hole had been poked in the sky, and the rain grew heavier and heavier.
Eloise couldn't help but get worried, "Can we get off the highway? It's raining too much and it doesn't feel very safe."
Glancing out at the convoy, Hector reassured, "It should be fine, we'll get off the highway early at the next junction."
Ten minutes passed and the men finally got off the highway before the rain became heavier, and hadn't gone long before they got stuck in a mud puddle.
Forced to abandon the car, Hector put on his spare mackintosh and instructed in a very quick voice, "I'm going to see if there's anyone out front who can help, you wait for me for a few minutes." After saying this, she ran straight into the rain, with Eloise waiting in the car with the two children.
As I watched his back fade away, my heart felt empty to the point of panic.
Luckily, Hector returned quickly and took them to check into a dated B&B not far away.
The wooden door creaks and Granny enters with a pot of ginger tea, just as Hector returns from pouring a cup of hot water for Eloise.
The grandmother smiled benevolently, "The girl is a good person at first glance, her children are lovely and her husband is capable and loves you."
Eloise smiled shyly and lightly.
As the night wore on, the rain stopped and the only sound was the rhythmic "dripping" of raindrops falling from the eaves.
Eloise lay in bed looking at the man and child breathing long and hard beside her, feeling immensely content.
Eloise drifted off to sleep to the sound of raindrops.
