Chapter 434 A Woman's Hair

Damien soon went out to pick up the tickets just before the basketball game began. When he arrived at Caleb's dorm, the atmosphere in the room changed instantly. It was as if someone of a high authority came to visit.

Hank was playing his game casually, but Damien's powerful aura shook him to the core. He immediately got up from his chair and asked politely, "Hello. Are you here to see Caleb?" "Yes. For the tickets."

Hank quickly took the tickets from Caleb's desk and handed it to Damien with

"Here."

Damien looked at it and thanked Hank. "Thanks."

Hank was a careless person. When he grabbed the tickets from Caleb's desk, he moved so quickly and accidentally tore a piece of paper from the stack of papers on Caleb's desk. That piece of paper happened to land in front of Neil.

Neil picked it up.

"Look, Daddy!" Neil handed it to Damien.

"What?"

respect.

"This corner of paper has hair drawn on it. It's the same as the scrap drawings in our house."

Damien patted Neil's head lovingly. "Let's go."

When Damien turned around, he thought to himself, 'Is Caleb in love? Why is he drawing a woman all the time?'

Damien took Neil's hand and left. After he left, Hank breathed a sigh of relief. "Where the heck did Caleb meet such a powerful man?'

Damien then took Neil to have a light meal. Afterwards, they went to the basketball court early.

Neil was having fun on the basketball court, but Damien was much too old for that.

Damien's subordinates in Genovia were texting him on WhatsApp. While Neil fooled around, Damien was busy replying to the messages one by one.

Clarissa wasn;t that interested in the basketball game. She simply wanted to talk to Caleb as soon as the game was over.

At noon, she spotted Chanel when she came back from the cafeteria. Chanel slipped two tickets into Clarissa's hand.

"What's this?" Clarissa was puzzled.

"Why are you acting like a fool? These are the tickets to Caleb's game! My student gave me two tickets, but I'm too old for this. You should go." After saying that, Chanel left without looking back.

It seemed everyone was treating her and Caleb as a couple. They knew Caleb was playing in the basketball game later, so they gave her the tickets to his game. Clarissa assumed the tickets were hard to come by. If she didn't go, would it not be a waste? Plus, Chanel even gave her two.

With that thought in mind, she texted Lisa and Rem on Whatsapp.

Clarissa: (Are you two going to the basketball game?]

Clarissa's research was about trust. Therefore, the three of them made a group chat named' Trust Trio'. Clarissa would assign them homework and other tasks in the group.

Lisa: (Do you have the tickets?] Rem: (I have something to do this afternoon. I can't go.) Clarissa tagged Lisa in her reply.

Clarissa: (We can't waste the ticket. I'll go. Lisa, see you at the basketball court this afternoon.]

In the afternoon, Clarissa went to the library to do some research. After that, she rushed to the school gym. However, she didn't expect to run into a familiar face. Had she not looked closely, she wouldn't have recognized her maternal aunt Cindy.

In fact, Cindy was not the shabby person she used to be. "Clarissa?" Cindy had a Hermes bag on her, and looked as though she had dressed up with the sole purpose of flaunting her wealth. She looked very shocked to meet Clarissa. "I didn't expect to see you here." "Aunt Cindy?" Clarissa was just as surprised. "Why are you here?" "Oh, Connie's filming here. I'm her manager now." "She's here?" Discomfort filled Clarissa at this revelation. She just came to this university! Was Iris's influences reaching her again? "Anyway, Clarissa. You've graduated with a Ph.D., right?" Cindy asked. She then looked behind Clarissa, and saw Caleb.
