Chapter 25

Abby’s P.O.V.

It has been a couple of days since Willow disappeared from the hospital. Matt has kept me in our room since we left, and Kaiden and Brandon have been in charge of the cleaning up on the pack grounds. It so happened that the night our little sister goes missing, me and Ellie’s heat starts. F*****g good timing, huh? And it was so awkward too. Well, for her and me, it was. For everyone else, it was as natural as breathing.

I got hot flashes amid my anxiety attack of Willow going missing. Ellie, I noticed, showed signs of the flashes as well. Suddenly, before we know it, both Matt and Jason are growling at every male in our proximity. Even the mated ones. I try to make them stop being assholes, but they both have dark eyes, and Matt’s are glowing.

Then out of nowhere Kaiden sends everyone away, and makes sure both me and Matt and Jason and Ellie have an escort back to our respective pack houses, but only by female or mated warriors. They sent a pack link out for every unmated male to stay in doors for the time being, Matt making the link and putting his King’s aura behind it to make them follow suit.

Our crazy mates thereafter lifted Ellie and me, to be carried by wolf speed back to our rooms, and having lots and lots of s*x. Ellie needed an explanation before any action could take place. I had figured by the time we arrived back and how edgy Blade was, what was going on.

So, in turn, it has occupied both alpha couples for a period of a minimum of four days.

Our beta and gamma have been great at taking charge and get everything organized. Especially when they have to clean from the battle, make a rescue mission on a ranked member’s family, and make sure the transmission from two-to-one pack goes smoothly. New borders were drawn with the help of the beta and gamma from White Moon, as well as alpha Benjamin, and new schedules have been made for the joint warrior quads.

Matt only left for a couple of hours the first night to speak to the two packs, telling them we are going to unit them to one gathered pack called the Silver Moon pack. Many were happy about the news, but some of the older werewolves were not so fond of the idea of change. Matt used his King’s aura to make them all submit to him, showing them he is the one in charge here, and telling them, with the mind-link approval of me, that if they couldn’t or wouldn’t accept the idea of the packs merging, they could move out and be realised. But he was sure I was out cold, and to be back before another round of pain started. We’ve been going at it nonstop for the last three days, and today or tomorrow should be my last. But seeing as I am the Queen and he is the King, my heat might last for 5 – 6 days instead of the four a ranked member usually lasts.

He also told everyone that Jason and he would do the everyday leading together, and they would still address Jason and Ellie as alpha and Luna. We, Matt and I, had officially taken on the responsibilities and titles of royals, even though for the last couple of days we’ve been M.I.A. Luckily for us, everyone understands.

I know Jason has been keeping Ellie busy in their room as well, because we often mind-link. We have been talking and making plans. Plans for the new pack, our family, but mostly on how to locate Willow. We have not given up hope, and neither will we ever give up. She is the witch Princess and our little sister.

“Baby, what are you doing?” Matt asks when he enters our room. I am sitting at the tea table with a map over the realm, again, getting lost in my mind.

“Trying to think of where she can be. I can’t just let her.. She needs to be found, and soon. And where did Jax go? Have anyone heard from him?” I say with a counter question. Matt sighs and puts down our lunch.

“No. No one has seen or heard from him since the day at the hospital. We just need to keep faith in the goddesses. They would never keep you apart from your family, baby.” He says reassuring me, but not commenting on my obsession with finding my sister. I know he is worried about me, and he has been so sweet in his support.

“Hm.. His energy and aura that day. When the doctors told us she was gone, he changed in front of us. He became someone else. I have some suspicions, but..” Matt puts a finger to my lips, which I k**s.

“I know, and we will figure this out. But right now, you need to eat and drink to keep your energy and strength up. We still have a couple of days left here.” He gives me a dazzling smile, one that makes my core pulsate, and every thought of food loses its interest.

“Mmh. I have something else in mind, I must rather would like to..” I can’t finish before Matt has me pinned against the wall, his member at attention and his eyes dark with l**t.

“Don’t say things you can’t finish, love.” He says in a low husky voice, before he enters me to the hilt. I m**n as my eyes roll back into my head. The pain and pleasure of nonstop s*x is amazing, and I love being able to have it so much with my mate after the busy couple of weeks we’ve had since I came here.

Matt pounds into me relentlessly, working me into a frenzy. Then suddenly he pulls out, but before I can do or say anything, he has me bending over the nightstand. He enters swiftly, holding on to my h**s as he starts in a slow rhythm. Agonisingly slow he speeds up, but every time my m**n reaches a certain peak, he slows down again, denying me of my realise.

I look back at him and see it is Blade, who is in charge.

“Hello my beautiful little Queen.” He says in a gruff voice, full of emotion as his eyes rack over my entire naked body. I smile at him. He is as much my mate as Matt is and I know it scared him when we had to go our separate way under the battle.

We’ve been letting him and Galaxy have some mate time as well, but I feel like he needs me this time, so I let him do his thing. He holds me up to him, still going in and out at a slower pace. One had held on to my breast, one going down to my clit. He makes a pinching movement with the lower hand, while the pace picks up a bit.

The build up is fantastic, and just as I am about to explode, he slams into me while biting my mate mark on my neck. I see stars and suns as a tsunami overwhelms me. Shaking, cramping and flooded with pleasure, Blade realises my neck, only to slide out of me and carry me to the bed. He puts me down, enters again and makes sure I come for him another three times before finishing himself.

Good thing Matt only brought sandwiches, water and lemonade because anything warm would have gone cold by the time Blade let Matt take control again.

“Are you okay?” Matt asks in concern. He knows Blade can be rough in the lovemaking department. I smile, a smile of pure happiness for once.

“He didn’t hurt me, love. He made me feel beautiful and sexy. And he made me forget, even for a little while.” I say as I get out of bed to get something to eat. I’m hungry now, working up an appetite.

Matt follows me to the table, sitting down opposite me and taking a sandwich himself. We sat there in silence for a while, each one in our own head. After a while of eating and drinking, gaining fresh energy, I had hot flashes again.

Matt sensed the change in my aura immediately and picked me up bridal style, taking me to the bathroom.

“I think it’s time we get you cooled down for real, don’t you, baby?” He asks in a rumbly voice. I nod fervently, and whimper slightly at the loss of contact when Matt sets me down on the counter to start the shower. In a flash, he is by my side, holding me.

“I…. I.. Please, Matt.. Please..” I plead him, the need in me is so overwhelmingly strong. He k****s me hard as he enters me. He lifts me up by the thighs, entering the shower, not waiting on the water to get the right temperature. Not that I cared at all. We were in for a long last couple of days.

– A month later –

A month has come and gone. My heat ended up lasting for six!! days. It was so embarrassing when we finally descended the stairs and eat in the kitchen again. Everyone has been really sweet about it, though.

We have started the planning and construction of the new and improved pack house. One that can hold all of us. It will be six stories high, with me, Matt, Ellie and Jason at the top. A room for Willow and Jax will be at the ready for the day they return to us. We have not given up hope, and are still looking for them both.

Matt had a telephone meeting with Queen Dana and King Jayden last week, discussing when and how they would be visiting. It will not be soon, seeing as they have a lot going on, on their end as well. We have concluded it will have to wait until everything settles down here and there. But we got to have a conference call, where both couples swore an alliance with each other as reigning Queen and King of the respective fractions. This means we have an alliance between witches, werewolves, and vampires. It is an important step, but we all know a meeting in the future will be necessary, however neither will haunt the other about it. We know the others will come should the need ever arise.

The last couples of weeks I have been feeling slightly dizzy over the tiniest amount of work. And it can come out of nowhere too. I first thought it was because of the stress of my sister missing, the packs being joint, a new pack house, the very real threat of Sylla and her minions. I talked to Nata about it, as the exhaustion got worse. She then squealed like a schoolgirl before mind-linking Matthew. When he came rushing into the room, his mother only smiled.

“I have made an appointment with Dr. Kaylee. You both go there, and she will explain everything.” She says as she stands up and walks out the door.

Matt looks at me, clearly feeling as utterly confused as I did. But we both shrug it off and go to the infirmary.

There, a young-looking doctor greets us. She smiles sweetly at me and Matt, but not flirty, which I am grateful for.

“This way, your highnesses.” She says with a head bow.

She leads us into an empty room, made for ultra sounding.

“If you would please take off your pants, my Queen? This has to be done internally so early to detect anything.” She says kindly. I c**k my head to the side, not following anything. To my luck, Matt asks what I am thinking. The doctor is now the one to look confused.

“Uh.. Uhm. The former Luna says you might be pregnant. Isn’t that why you are here?” She asks back, looking at us. Matt looks stunned for a second before a smile graces his features.

“Pregnant?” I don’t even know what to think? I can’t be pregnant with that psycho bitch out there seeking my life and position.

Finally, I take off my pants and underwear, laying on the bed. The doctor puts a blue linen on my legs to cover me up a bit. She then takes the long thingy, explaining its called a wand and has to be inserted to make the scan.

Matt takes my hands and stands by my head to view the screen with me.

“What if I am pregnant, Matt?” I ask in a concerned voice. I didn’t plan on this. This is to early for us to have children. Does he even want children? Ok, I’m getting ahead of myself. Child. Does he want a child already?

“If you are, I am going to be the best dad in the world, as you will be the best mother.” He answers confidently.

Then the doctor speaks from my side. She has started the ultra sound while I was preoccupied.

“Aha! Oh, my. Well I’ll be damned.” She says while looking at us, tears in her eyes. Uh oh. This is not good news. I’m not pregnant. This was all just a misunderstanding and now everyone will be disappointed. I take a deep, shaky breath just as Galaxy tells me to get a grip.

“What is it, doctor?” Matt asks, staring at the screen. She just smiles, presses a button, and then the most beautiful sound surrounds us. Thump, thump, thump.

“My Queen, My King, congratulations. You are having twins.” The doctor says excitedly.

Before the thought can settle in my mind, I hear a heavy ‘bump’ beside me. Matt has royally fainted! Great!
